Each round, the families must choose one member to compete in a challenge that will earn a key advantage in the next round. First, they must make their family favorite on a tight budget. Then, Guy Fieri asks them to make their best burger, but he gives them a list of key ingredients they can't use. Finally, the last member of each family decides which dish they'll be making from Guy's refrigerator magnets.

Guy Fieri honors America's men and women in uniform by inviting four military vets with a culinary second-calling to play his GGG games. They join forces with the Messlords, a group of DDD chefs who travel the world cooking for the troops. First, Guy has the Messlord-veteran teams run through a Flavortown obstacle course while shopping for their American comfort classic. Then, the Messlord must carry their team's rucksack while shopping double-time for a victory dinner. In the end, one of the heroic duos will complete the mission and shop Flavortown for up to $20,000 while a platoon-sized audience of fellow vets cheers them on!

Summer just isn't summer without a vacation, so Guy Fieri treats the remaining five chefs to a Flavortown vacay. In the first round, one chef's destination dinner has a chance at earning "Best Dish," an instant $5,000 and a guaranteed spot in the finale. Then, the bottom four chefs compete against each other, and one chef's trip will get cut short. One week remains in Guy's summer grillin' games where one chef will win the grand prize of $25,000.

First, they must make their truck's best seller while taking a tag-team shop, where each family member shops in 60-second sprints as part of a four-minute grocery relay race. Then, the remaining two teams make their personal food truck favorite while also incorporating a dish style and condiment determined by two spinning food truck wheels. The winning food truck family will roll out of Flavortown with up to $20,000.

The chefs are taking a big spin around the market with three rounds of Food Wheel games! First, chefs spin the budget wheel to win a paltry $9.04 for their pork dish. Next, chefs whirl the color wheel and land on a high-end lunch featuring the color yellow and wild boar sausage. Finally, a turn on the high/low wheels send them in search of wagyu rib eye and popcorn for their spicy dinner.

Four chefs are fixin' for a Thanksgiving in Flavortown. First, they must make a regional Thanksgiving dinner using only seven pounds of ingredients. Next, in a GGG first, the chefs have only 15 minutes to whip up a party plate for unexpected houseguests. Then, the final two chefs have just two minutes to shop for an upscale Thanksgiving dinner, because Guy Fieri's closing up early in honor of Turkey Day.

Guy Fieri challenges four chefs to make a dozen ingredients last through breakfast, lunch and dinner. First, he makes them shop for the only 12 ingredients they can use throughout the competition, and they start off by making a high-end brunch. Then the chefs are challenged to make specific styles of lunch and dinner determined by Guy's wheel of meals. Despite the tough games and even tougher competition, only one chef will outlast the others and earn a shopping spree worth up to $20,000.

It's frightful fun and games in Flavortown! First, the chefs must use tiny jack-o'-lanterns to grab all the ingredients to make a tricked-out treat. Then, things get weird as chefs wear blindfolds to find the key item for their "dinners to die for." Finally, the chefs can only use their bare hands to shop for a mummified dish, all while contending with a frightening trick-or-treater.

In Guy's first game, the chefs must create an Asian Stir Fry using no more than 5 ingredients. In the second game, they are given an unusual grocery list with the items that must be used for their fun family meal.
