However, Mayor Lindoso decides to ban the distribution of the ointment, claiming it could turn the people of Pitombas into lizards.

Audiences pack the Cine Holliúdy theater to watch the movie, residents crowd around their televisions to catch the soap opera, and amidst the town's commotion...

An aspiring actress arrives in Pitombas. Riding a tricked-out trike, Lilibeth—or Lili to her friends—pulls into town seeking a big-screen break, just as Francis and Munízio are discussing the need for a new leading lady for their films.

Francis decides to make a horror movie and invites the greatest vampire of Brazilian cinema: Count Vlad! Meanwhile, Lindoso prepares to face Olegário at the polls.

Lindoso and Olegário remain in the race for mayor. And Francis's future seems to be taking shape: he has put Cine Holliúdy up for sale, and Marylin is going to act in soap operas.

Inspired by Bruce Lee and driven by the need to save Cine Holliúdy, Francis agrees to fight Quebra-Quengo and also to travel to the capital to face Ted Boy Bigorna on TV.
