The family finds out that Brianna is taking birth-control pills. Meanwhile Cora is attracted to her school's new principal, who was her old high-school friend, and decides to spend time with him and gets more than she bargained for in a spin class.

Cora lands a post as a substitute educator---but it's to teach the school's roughest, toughest pupils. And there's a passion for fashion when Brown and London square off in a fashion showdown.

Brianna's school is holding a career day and Will is planning to attend, but Brown must replace him after Will is sidelined by an emergency. Meanwhile, Brown decides he's in need of a makeover.

Will and Joaquin magically switch bodies after Joaquin wished to be an adult. Mr. Brown tries to get in contact with the electric company regarding his electric bill.

Tanya (Tasha Smith) wins custody of Brianna and Joaquin---but she may be in over her head. And Brown must face the music when he breaks Edna's record player.

Cora's class sets out to throw a farewell bash, but the party mood fades when Gordon spreads distressing news. Meanwhile, the Colonel contemplates living with Edna again.

Cora and Russell's romance continues to bloom, despite Brown's interference. Elsewhere, Brianna and Joaquin's onetime foster family agrees to adopt them, which upsets Sasha and Will.

After learning that her childhood friend has died broke and alone, Ms Edna becomes very depressed and says she's lost the will to live. Cora is shocked and gets the residents to do a "This is You Life" night to show Edna just how appreciated and cherished she is.

The Brown's organize a surprise "family day" for the residents after a chaotic day within the house. Lo and behold, the only person to appear is the estranged daughter of the Colonel. Meanwhile, the neighborhood frat boys set up a step show for the residents. And Will and Sasha undergo a marriage rite of passage: their very first fight.

Cora gets addicted to online shopping. Meanwhile Brown finds an artifact in his backyard, which leads him to digging for treasure.

Derek has a crush on Renee. Brown gets fired from the school, forbidden to return until he apologizes to Gordon: a loathsome prospect.

Cora asks Renee to do a product-demonstration at her women's social group and they're shocked when Renee reveals the products. Brianna confronts pregnant Simone when she drinks at a party.

A man emerges and asserts that he's Cora's father. Elsewhere, Renee presides over a blood drive.

The men are determined to boycott Valentine's Day, but they change their tune when the ladies plan something special. The romantic theme continues when Brown concludes that Renee has a hush-hush crush on him.

Reggie chooses to stay in California, upsetting Cora. Meanwhile, Brown, having more courage than the others, gears up to teach Brianna to drive.

Cora provides helpful words of wisdom to an insecure plus-size student. Elsewhere, Derek helps Brown produce an exercise tape.

A delicate secret threatens to shatter Will and Sasha's marriage. Elsewhere, Joaquin resorts to blackmailing Brianna after he discovers she's been secretly leaving the house.
