There's no time to relax at Renovation Resort, as the competition moves into the living room; a fun fishing trip inspires Scott and Bryan to surprise the teams with a task that pays tribute to the resort's history.

Scott and Bryan are back with a new resort property bursting with potential and an epic challenge unlike any before! Four new talented builder-designer duos are set to take on four empty, dry-walled shells and transform them into breathtaking lakefront retreats; but before tackling their individual lake houses, for the first time ever, the teams are required to pair up and go head-to-head to tackle the neglected and dreary beachfront.

Creativity is put to the test in the third cabin challenge, as the teams head upstairs to turn the loft into a dual-purpose flex space; Savannah and Kyle create a family-friendly cosmic space while Rotem and Troy build a hidden room.

In the fourth cabin challenge, Scott and Bryan serve up one of the most important rooms for a vacation rental: the kitchen! Savannah and Kyle get things cooking with a bold cabinet colour while Rotem and Troy have a crisis of confidence.

The teams are in for a big surprise as they're each tasked with building a whole other building, a bunkie! It's the ultimate test of both building and design skills, as the teams create unique purposes for the extra space that has to feel connected to their main property; Scott & Bryan catch some rays while teams struggle to complete their first build from the ground up; as the competition spreads out, the pressure mounts to finish in time.

The competition intensifies as teams head into their lake houses to transform their primary bedrooms and bathrooms; comfort and creativity take center stage as they showcase their vision and skill; while out on the lake, Scott and Bryan come up with a bold twist that pushes each duo even further out of their comfort zone; poor planning sends some teams scrambling towards risky shortcuts, and ambitious ideas spark clashes that threaten timelines.

To wrap up the interior transformation, Scott and Bryan task the teams with transforming the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom. Kyle makes a costly measuring mistake and April is forced to tackle the power tools.

To complete their lake houses, the teams take on the biggest task yet: the living room & and deck; these expansive spaces must flow together seamlessly, bringing the indoors out and the outdoors in to create a true lakefront oasis; with the finish line in sight, the pressure is higher than ever, and just when they think they've got it handled, Scott & Bryan introduce a surprise extra space that no one saw coming.

All four vacation rental homes are completely transformed, and the exhausted teams are surprised to discover that they must take on one final challenge to benefit the entire Resort Community. This is their final chance to impress Scott and Bryan before the Renovation Resort Champions are crowned. The top team will walk away with bragging rights and a game changing prize of $100,000!

The teams move onto the guest bedrooms, needing to transform two full spaces that must feel unique yet cohesive with the rest of their Lake House; these rooms must suit any type of guest, and maybe even outshine the primary! But as a blast from the past shakes up the challenge, the teams must get creative to adapt and impress; riding the highs of recent wins and reeling from tough losses, teams take bigger risks, and dig deep as time, energy and patience run thin in the final weeks.

With the interiors complete, Scott and Bryan send the teams outside to tackle their Outdoor Spaces. Rasheeda and Jake grapple to make their exterior opulent with a dwindling budget. Hollie and Graham cool down the competition with a big splash. Will the judges shower Cami and Chris' Riverbank Retreat with accolades or choose to join the party at Melissa and Shannon's Global Getaway?
