Just when Fara has hit the roads of France with her food truck, she's called back by her family to deal with her grandmother's inheritance, only to find that neither Safia nor Najet are being totally honest about certain personal issues. And it looks like Rania too has some dark secret she's hiding. Then again, when it comes to honesty, Fara isn't exactly a role model either.

Fara is hesitant to join her group of friends for the France-Algeria match in the evening. The event reminds her of how her mother Najet, shown as a young woman in 1975, met her father Kader. It’s an opportunity to dig into the past and better grasp what’s gone wrong with the present.

The family searches frantically for Rania's gold coins. An extremely pregnant Safia decides to set off with Nassim and Fara in pursuit of the van that removed all of Rania's furniture. The journey could help the couple's marriage, just as it could drive the two even further apart.

In the middle of the night, Damien discovers Rania lying on the kitchen floor. Her stay in the hospital with everyone coming to visit becomes a chance for them to finally settle their scores. For Fara, it’s the moment of truth that spurs her decision to set out in search of her estranged father.

Surrounded by her friends and family, Fara contributes as best she can to organizing the wedding of her sister Safia and her groom Maxime. Meanwhile, their grandmother Rania refuses to leave the kitchen to join the ceremony. Fara is ready to do whatever it takes to avoid a family drama.

Though Maxime has fully embraced his newfound spiritual path since the wedding, Safia is extremely angry at her sister. Fara knows she’d better fix the damage she did if she intends to return to the family home. But this could prove a bigger task than she can face, especially in the middle of Ramadan, which she has decided to observe properly for once.
