Famous artiste manager HONG NGA YIN successfully helps her artiste SO MAN to get the ticket for a mega fashion show in town. However, the rich woman HONG NGA SZ tries hard to prevent MAN from entering the venue because the media has reported that her husband YEUNG CHI KAU is having a secret affair with MAN. HONG CHING YEUNG is caught in a traffic jam on his way home and he realizes that his wife PAK SIU YAU’s car is slightly damaged in a car accident. YEUNG learns one of the three diamond brooches he cast for his daughters is sold and he suspects that his second daughter NGA TUNG is in trouble. TUNG broke up with the family, ran away and got married with her lover LAI KEI in Canada three years ago. She has returned to Hong Kong recently trying to seek help from her sister SZ. SZ tells her mother that she has lent 1 million dollars to TUNG but YAU points out that SZ has done this for her own benefits.… ...

After a body check, the doctor wants YAU to carry out a rectum check and YAU agrees. After separating with KEI, TUNG stays in YIN’s home. YIN encourages TUNG to work with her. SZ learns from the magazine that TUNG is the new lover of KAU. She is enraged and she scolds TUNG in front of the reporters. KAU reveals to SZ that his company is in deep trouble and SZ is very worried. YAU agrees to join a charity party. YEUNG has bought back the diamond brooch of TUNG and YAU asks YIN to give it back to TUNG. YAU thanks YIN for helping to eliminate the reports of the fight between SZ and TUNG. However, she accidentally discovers that YIN acts intimately with the actor OSCAR. YIN’s husband TIM is a pilot. TIM returns from a trip but he treats YIN coldly. During the charity party, YAU meets up with OSCAR privately for she suspects that YIN has committed adultery with him. TIM runs into them accidentally.

YIN learns from TIM that YAU has met OSCAR privately. She blames YAU for misunderstanding her and YAU is shocked. The staff CHEONG has disappeared when delivering diamonds. YAU attends her good friend Mrs HO’s funeral. The tycoon HO CHIT NAM comes with a group of people to fight with Mrs HO’s son. YAU YAT TUNG, yacht expert who manages NAM’s yacht, meets SING accidentally after having dinner with some chef friends. SING used to learn cooking in the same chef school with TUNG and SING asks TUNG to help him. NAM tries to stop TUNG from working for SING but he fails. YEUNG learns that somebody wants to sell a jewellery shop. He is very interested but he doesn’t have enough money. KAU is willing to purchase the shop with YEUNG. TIM tries to date YIN but YIN rejects him for she has a business appointment with SING. YIN accidentally falls into the swimming pool because of SING. TIM suddenly arrives at the scene. He is deeply disappointed and embarrassed to find YIN in a totally unsatisfactory manner. TIM proposes a separation with YIN and YIN is deeply shocked. YIN blames the drunk SING for ruining her marriage and she hits him angrily with her high heel shoes.… ...

YEUNG learns from TAK that the jewellery shop they wanted to purchase has been taken over already. YAU finds that YEUNG is worrying about something. While trying to question him, YAU suddenly collapses because of serious stomachache. TUNG finds that SZ is still shopping in luxurious shops and she blames her for telling lies in front of their father but SZ humiliates her in return. NAM and his girlfriend witness the scene coincidentally. NAM buys an expensive dress for TUNG. YIN deliberately flies to Qingtao for signing a contract with SING. They are shocked to discover a group of reporters at the pier. YIN tries to arrange personal identity cards for TUNG so that she could return to Hong Kong. Before YIN leaves, TIM asks her to sign the divorce agreement. On her way back, YIN receives a call from SING.… ...

KAI FAT, the owner of a newsstand in Mongkok, hates TAK’s jewellery shop very much and he behaves strangely all the time. YEUNG visits his daughter. He plans to work in the jewellery factory again and he doesn’t need her to return the money to him. WO helps TUNG to work as a salesman in TAK’s jewellery shop. KEI tries to put the diamond from SING to a diamond necklace. After investigation, YEUNG discovers that some diamonds on the necklace are fake. SING meets his ex-classmate from the chef school. His classmate blames him for making use of TUNG and TUNG has been arrested by the police in Qingdao. SING suddenly changes his schedule and he returns to Macau to visit his mother. SING is always cold-hearted at work but he is a warm and caring son in front of his mother. SING goes to Qingdao to rescue TUNG. He tries to give TUNG 600 thousand dollars as compensation but TUNG refuses to take the money. TUNG reminds SING of their friendship in the past and SING is deeply touched. It is raining heavily and the tunnel is waterlogged. FAT carries TUNG on his back to pass through the tunnel and TUNG is very grateful. FAT learns that TUNG will be transferred to other shop for further training and he is depressed. FAT brings his girlfriend to dine in an expensive restaurant.… ...

YIN and SZ arrive at home coincidentally to question YAU but YAU is not there. They later discover that YAU has her own reasons. In order to gain the chance for collaboration with SO MAN, SING hires YIN despite the fact that they dislike each other. SZ is interested in a man called TIN YUI who runs a hotel. However, she discovers that TUNG is happily discussing art related stuffs with YUI and she is upset. SZ helps YEE during the exhibition. DAISY finds SZ really smart and she invites her to work in her PR firm. YIN requests SING to assign more staffs to her department and SING asks YAT TUNG to help her. YIN thought that YAT TUNG is only a follower of SING but she later discovers that he is very smart and helpful. FAT’s jade pendant is sold at the price of 70 million dollars and everybody discuss the case enthusiastically. FAT becomes a rich man suddenly. TUNG is trapped in the office and she could not return to the banquet. SZ gains the chance to dance with YUI during the banquet. NAM plays tricks during the land auction to bring up the price. MAN has no choice but to purchase the land in high price. An oil tanker collapses in Indonesia. TAK wins the case by providing WING’s statement to the court. TUNG moves back to home and she apologizes to YAU sincerely. FAT loses the case. SING decides to stop supporting him financially and he takes back everything from him as well. FAT is mad. He attacks SING angrily and is later arrested by the police. In order to please Mrs. WONG, SING invites her to take ownership of IP FEI’s concert. YIN is upset and she resigns. TING asks SZ to coordinate the Opening Ceremony of FUNG’s resort in Phuket and SZ is overjoyed. TING and FUNG are both satisfied with SZ’s performance. MAN’s 3rd mistress MAN WAI learns that MAN’s 2nd mistress is staying in the resort and she rushes to Phuket immediately. SZ tries hard to prevent WAI from meeting the 2nd mistress. SZ returns from a 2-week business trip and TING is very satisfied with her performance. NAM tries to hide away from his father and he meets TUNG on the street accidentally. WO gets free tickets for a famous soprano’s concert. He invites SZ to go with him but SZ rejects. SZ reveals the truth to WO and WO is heart-broken. TAK invites TUNG to work in their jewellery design team and TUNG says that she needs to consider it. LING practices car racing on the road and she nearly knocks TUNG down. LING is enraged and she put the blame on TUNG. FAT witnesses the scene and he put LING’s car on fire. The police go to TUNG’s workplace to investigate the case. LING accuses TUNG for sending FAT to burn her car. TUNG is embarrassed and she resigns from her job. FAT looks for TUNG in the evening and he misconceives that TAK has given TUNG a hard time at work. FAT breaks into TUNG’s office on the next day to threaten TAK with a knife… NAM takes TUNG to lunch and he voluntarily offers her a secretary post after knowing that she is unemployed. TUNG and her sisters go shopping together. She meets LING on the street and they fight with each other again.… ...

SZ meets LING and she tries to embarrass her. During their conversation, LING discovers that SZ is dating with FUNG. FUNG invites SZ to a fashion show in Paris and SZ is overjoyed. LING tells NAM that FUNG is dating with SZ. NAM is shocked and he strongly objects the relationship. SING prepares a lunchbox for YIN. However, the food is contaminated and they are sent to the hospital together. After this incident, people realize that they are dating. FUNG invites SZ and her parents to dinner. YEUNG is shocked to learn that SZ is dating with FUNG and he leaves the place angrily. TUNG sends SZ a wedding ring designed by her to show her support. A helicopter suddenly arrives at SZ’s office and somebody is declaring love to her with this helicopter. SZ discover that this admirer is NAM. TUNG attends a job interview at NAM’s company. NAM decides to hire her immediately but TUNG says that she needs to think about it. LING visits NAM and she is not pleased to find TUNG there but NAM speaks for TUNG. TING reveals to FUNG that SZ had been trying to get close to him deliberately. YAU learns that YEUNG has hurt himself at work. FUNG uses YEUNG’s accident as an excuse to meet SZ. However, FUNG reveals to SZ that he would like to cancel the Paris trip which implies that he wants to separate with her. SZ is heart-broken. All staffs in the company say that SING, YAT TUNG and YIN are involved in a love triangle. SING discovers that YAT TUNG is depressed these days. He asks him out for a chat but he discovers nothing from him. YIN believes YAT TUNG has fallen in love with her so she voluntarily asks him out to console him. YIN discovers the secret of YAT TUNG unintentionally.

YIN ensures YAT TUNG that she will keep his secret. SING agrees to have YAT TUNG back but YAT TUNG plans to leave. YIN tries hard to encourage him and YAT TUNG agrees to stay eventually. SZ talks with YAU about her relationship with FUNG and she realizes that YAU doesn’t believe that the relationship could last. FAT is sentenced for eleven months of imprisonment. NAM receives a call from the family doctor and he misconceives that his father has health problems. He rushes to the doctor’s office and the doctor tells him to stay in the hospital for investigation since his body is overloaded after working hard for a long period of time. TUNG keeps receiving letters from FAT and CHING asks her to visit him. TUNG visits FAT and she asks him not to send her letters again.

WO’s younger brother TAI CHUEN returns after graduating from Italy. WO arranges a job interview for him. CHUEN is very sociable and he gains favorable comments from everybody during the interview. CHUEN meets LING while dining with his classmates from Italy but LING has no good feelings on him. TUNG decides to work in a Japanese firm instead of working as NAM’s secretary. TUNG dines at a high class restaurant. MAN’s 3rd mistress MAN WAI suddenly appears and she blames TUNG for seducing MAN. TUNG is very embarrassed and NAM arrives to help her. The pollen on YIN’s clothes has triggered SING’s asthma and YAT TUNG gives him first aid treatments immediately.

TUNG is assigned to work as NAM’s secretary and she suddenly receives a call from a woman. This woman claims that she is NAM’s ex-girlfriend and she just discovered that she is HIV-positive. TUNG is very worried about NAM. SING brings YIN to Macau to dine with SIU HO and SIU HO asks YIN to take good care of SING. After the dinner, YIN suddenly proposes a separation with SING and SING is shocked. With the help of MAN WAI, MAN’s business in Indonesia performs well and he decides to send MAN WAI an expensive gift. MAN’s wife YUEN YEE is enraged to learn that MAN has sent MAN WAI an expensive horse but she tries to suppress her anger in front of others. TUNG follows NAM to his yacht for she wants to inform him about the HIV-positive case but she discovers that LING is there.

TSUN starts working in the jewellery factory. He invites his brother and YEUNG to a celebration dinner. YEUNG meets CHI KAU on the way and they fight with each other. While TSUN drinks with friends at the pub, an executive producer from the TV station invites LING to join an entrepreneur contest, which is a live TV show featuring potential entrepreneurs in Hong Kong. TING is one of the judges in the show and TSUN becomes a contestant. WO blames TSUN for resigning from his job suddenly. After separating with YIN, SING indulges himself in gambling for one whole week in Macau. YAT TUNG is worried about him and he tries to console him. All staffs are discussing the case and they worry that SING’s company will not be performing well. SZ sends in her resignation to TING and she reveals that she only wants a simple wedding. TING appreciates her thoughtfulness. FUNG asks SING out for dinner. He wants to know if SING has stopped NAM from selling his company shares. SING reveals that nobody would buy NAM’s shares because they are afraid of FUNG. NAM fails to expand his business since he doesn’t have enough capital. His subordinates suggest him to sell his shares in a low price to the Singapore tycoon Mrs WONG and NAM reluctantly agrees. NAM believes that FUNG wants to discuss business issue with him but… LING suddenly decides to give up accusing SAMSON. WO questions TSUN but TSUN declares that he is not involved in the case. With the help of Uncle CHIU, TSUN regains his CEO position. WO is afraid to meet up with YEUNG because of LING’s case and TUNG tries to console him.

KEI meets up with SZ and he reiterates that he will carry out his promise to offer SZ the company he purchased earlier. LING starts working at TSUN’s company. YIN is puzzled for FUNG suddenly put MING in an important position but SZ doesn’t mind at all. YEUNG and YAU meet YUEN YEE and the others but YAU didn’t greet them at all. YEUNG questions YAU for the reason but YAU claims that she didn’t see them. SZ receives an investigation report from NORMAN on YIN and YAT TUNG.
