Diane and Russ aren’t your typical couple and they aren’t looking for your typical deck. Diane is an artist and musician and wants a deck that reflects her creative personality. The couple also wants a space that reflects their gorgeous backyard that actually has a stream running through it. And at one point the stream has Paul running towards it. Paul decides to build the deck in the shape of a guitar, with a hot tub area that has an interactive metal sculpture above that you can actually turn, and a fire feature.

What do you do when you have a yard with a strange shape? If you’re Paul you take full advantage of it. In this episode Paul takes a pie shape yard and creates a triangle-shaped deck to compliment it. The deck has three areas that all encourage huge parties.
