The neighbors fight with the community's financial situation by Antonio's great plan to open a casino in the building.

Araceli begins to rule by herself and to make decisions on her own. She removes the tax payments and establishes an Eco farm in the building.

Enrique is depressed. Araceli tries to cheer him up to with no avail, so Doña Charo gives her some "miraculous" pills. Izaskun and Mari Tere want to prevent her eviction while Cristina's seduction continues to create problems for her

Maite and Amador continue to try to earn money to pay for their apartment but this leads to a dead end. Maite receives bad news from Raquel. Enrique tries to save Fran from a Brazilian girl twelve years older than him.

After losing his wallet, Recio calls a meeting to question the neighbors. Javi tells her that he can't be suspicious without proof, but then he discovers that Lola found the wallet and paid for a purchase with the neighbor's card.

The men organize the reopening of the community's pub, and to attract new clients, they decide to offer Estela a performance and the patronage of the ventriloquist Mary Carmen. Enrique receives the demand for divorce.

While Berta is still absorbed in her new job, Antonio finally finds a way for his mother-in-law to help him build his empire. Amador meets the mother of his neighbor Oscar, an attractive woman who helps him take the maturity leap he so desperately needs. The tension between the president and her teenage daughter reaches its limit when Greta denies her permission to go to a concert.

After her sister's death, Doña Charo travels to town to take care of the inheritance. Shortly after, the old woman returns to Montepinar with a cow, chickens and a pig. This urban farm will put the neighbors on War Footing.

Izaskun and Mari Tere still occupy the show floor. An oversight will make Raquel, Joaquín and Eric end up realizing it. Cristina is willing to seduce her crush, but her strategy fails the target.
