Stunt #2 (Fear Factor Barber Shop) One team member would be seated in a barber chair and their partner would spin them. When the chair stopped, they would have to get whichever haircut their head was pointing to. The options were Mohawk, bald spot, patches, the taco, sideways Mohawk, and bald. Teams would advance to the finals if both members got their designated haircuts. Stunt #3 (Exploding container) As a crane lifted a large container to 200 feet in the air, both team members would have to climb rope ladders hanging from the container. Once they reached the container, they would both have to scale a narrow ledge on the side, collect two Allen wrenches, and climb another ladder to the top. Once on top, they would have to use the wrenches to unscrew hatches and climb down into the container. When they were both inside, they would have to touch two pieces of a livewire together in order to blow themselves out of the container and into the water below. Home Invasion Stunt (Stink beetle transfer) Competing in this week’s Home Invasion would be the Kutz family of Memphis, Tennessee. Two family members would have to take turns using their mouths to transfer stink beetles from one bowl to another. If they could transfer all the stink beetles in one minute, they would win a $5,000 Capital One Credit Card.

Stunt #1: Boat to Boat As two ultra boats sped down a lake, contestants would have to leap back and forth between the boats and transfer flags from the second boat to the first boat. Stunt #2: Worm Wine Contestants would have to use their bare feet to stomp on night crawlers in a large vat. Stunt #1 (Bullfrog coffin) The women would be locked in a bamboo cage by two locks in a pit of bullfrogs. The men would have to run across a swamp and retrieve a key from a pit of scorpions, then run back across the swamp and use the key to unlock the first lock. They would then have to run back across the swamp, retrieve the second key from a pit of live rats using only their mouths, run back, and unlock the second lock. Once the woman was free, they would both have to run across the swamp and both of them would have to drink a glass of blended bullfrog and swamp water. Stunt #3 (Psycho Shower Rescue) The women would be handcuffed to the showerhead in one of the Bates Motel rooms as blood rained down on them. Outside, the men would have to unscrew an axe from the bottom of an ice chest filled with disgusting slop and use the axe to chop down the door to the room. They would then have to find a key which would be hidden in a vase, a potted plant, a lamp, or a nightstand. Once they had had the key, they would have to chop down the bathroom door and use the key to free their partner from the handcuffs. The couple to complete this stunt fastest would have two options: They could accept a pair of customized bikes from Metropolitan Choppers or be exempt from the next stunt. They would have to give the prize they didn’t choose to another couple. No one would be eliminated in this stunt. Stunt #4 (Street luge flag snag) The men would be lying on a sled being pulled behind a hearse as a semi truck followed behind. The women would be on the back of the hearse and would have to turn a crank to unwind the cable attached to the sled, getting the men closer to the truck. The men would then have to reach up and grab a flag on a pole jutting from the front of the truck. Once they had the flag, the women would have to tow them back in, take the flag, climb over the hearse, and clip the flag to a flagpole on the hood. The couple with the slowest time would be eliminated. Back at the Bates Motel, the remaining couples would be receiving an unpleasant surprise… Home Invasion Stunt (Eat banana slugs) Competing in this Home Invasion would be the Easton family of Queens, New York. Three family members would have one minute to eat four banana slugs between them. If they could do this in the time limit, they would win a $5,000 Capital One credit card.

Stunt #2: Swimming with the Fishes Contestants would have three minutes to swim around in a tank containing 10 tons of dead squid, retrieve 5-pound weights, and hang them on a hook overhead. The contestant to retrieve the least weights would be eliminated. Stunt #3: Flag Snag Contestants would have to shimmy out to the end of horizontal pole jutting from a rooftop 20 stories high. They would have to grab a flag, bring it back to the rooftop, clip the flag on a pole, and raise it. The contestant to complete this stunt the fastest would win the $50,000.

They would have to push themselves along the ground to a set of screwdrivers, use rods to retrieve the screwdrivers, and use the screwdrivers to unlock the boxes. Stunt #3: Merry-Go-Round Contestants would have to walk a narrow balance beam structure as it spun over 100 feet high. Extending out from the center were four limbs. They would have to take flags from the center and clip them on flagpoles at the end of each of the limbs. After clipping all four flags, they would have to return to the center to stop the clock. Stunt 3: Ledge Walk After climbing out an eleven-story window, players had to walk 110-feet along a narrow ledge filled with obstacles (i.e.: plants, fake birds, buckets etc). Whoever make it to the fire escape in the quickest time would win.

This episode featured six celebrity contestants competing for charity. The winner would receive $50,000 for their charity, and the others would receive $10,000 for their charities. Stunt #1: Spiderman Contestants would have to scale the outside of a building 36 stories high using hand holds and the one-inch window sill. They would have to transfer flags from one open window to the other. The two men and the two women to transfer the most flags the fastest in three minutes would advance to the next round. Stunt #2: Coffin Contestants would have to lie in a Plexiglas coffin with their legs covered with thousands night crawlers, their midsections covered with 100 snakes, and their heads covered with 3,000 Madagascar hissing cockroaches. Stunt #1: Speedboat to Helicopter Ladder Contestants would be riding on the back of a speedboat as a helicopter flew overhead. They would have to grab on to a 20-foot rope ladder hanging from the helicopter and climb it. The two men and the two women to climb into the helicopter the fastest would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated. Stunt #2: Worm Transfer Contestants would have to eat a shot of night crawlers, and then use their mouths to transfer night crawlers from a box to a scale. Sometime before time ran out, they would have to down a second shot of night crawlers. The two contestants to transfer the most weight in worms in 3 minutes would advance to the finals. Stunt #3: Car Thru Building Contestants would have to race a car up a ramp and crash it through a small house. The contestant to launch their car their furthest from the building would be the Fear Factor Champion.

This was part one of a two-part Championship edition. In Part 1 of the Fear Factor Tournament of Champions, the 13 players who had won before on Fear Factor during the second season competed again to compete for the Fear Factor Championship and $100,000 prize. There are five stunts. The men and women will compete separately until the last stunt. Stunt 1 (Men): Jet Climb The first stunt for the men would required stamina, strength and good ab muscles. Two at a time the players would be hoisted by their ankles, over 100 feet in the air. Four boxes would be strapped to their bodies, form their chests to their ankles. Each box contains a key to open the next box. Working from their chests down, players must unlock each box in order - finally releasing a FEAR FACTOR flag from the final box. In this episode, the top five couples from season four's Couples Fear Factor series returned for a rematch. Stunt #1 (Sliding floor transfer) Both members of each couple would be standing on a platform high above the ground. As the two platforms making up the floor slid further and further apart, both players would have to jump the gap, transferring flags from side to side. The couple to transfer the highest total of flags before both falling would win a pair of fully loaded 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokees. Stunt #2 (Water cage) Both members of each couple would be locked in a cage with a wall of bars separating them. The cage would be submerged underwater and both players would have to retrieve keys on their side of the cage and exchange key's with their partner through the bars. Both players would have to unlock three locks to open the cage, then swim to a buoy. The three couples to do this the fastest would advance to the next round, the other two would be eliminated. This episode featured six contestants competing in Las Vegas. The winner would have to bet half the $50,000 on a hand of blackjack. Stunt #1 (Fremont rope swing) Hanging high above the Fremont Street Experience were three platforms, each with two knotted ropes between them. Contestants would have to use the ropes to swing from the first platform the third platform. The two men and the two women to complete this stunt the fastest would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated. Stunt #2 (Eye Jackpot) In a high-roller suite at the Mandalay Bay Hotel, contestants would have to play a Fear Factor slot machine with four logos: A cow, a sheep, a fish, and a Fear Factor logo. For each animal logo that came up, contestants would have to eat a pair eyeballs belonging to that animal. Each Fear Factor logo would add zero eyeballs to their plate. The episode featured four sets of twins competing as teams. Stunt #1 (Helicopter box jump) Both twins would be hanging from the skits of a helicopter over a lake. As the helicopter flew over an island of boxes, the first twin would let go and try to land on the boxes. The helicopter would then fly over a second island of boxes and the second twin would have to try and drop on that box island. They both would have to collect a flag from their box island, jump in the water, swim to a platform, and clip the flag to a flagpole. If they missed the boxes, they would have to swim in the opposite direction to a penalty buoy to get the flag. The time would stop when the second person clipped their flag. The three sets of twins to complete this stunt the fastest would advance to the next round. The slowest team would be eliminated. Stunt #2 (Save Your Twin in Bees) One twin would be chained by both arms and legs to two poles and covered with bees. The other twin would have to search t

Stunt #1 (Helicopter net crawl) Contestants would have to crawl around a cargo net on the underside of a helicopter and release flags. After releasing all 6 flags from the net, they would have to slide down a rope with no knots and release 3 more flags. The two men and the two women to release the most flags the fastest before dropping into the water would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated. Stunt #2 (Elevated platform leap) Contestants would have to leap back and forth between two Plexiglas platforms 5 feet apart and over 250 feet in the air. They would have 45 seconds to transfer flags from one platform to the other before the platforms dropped and sent them plunging downward on a bungee cord. The contestant to transfer the most flags before the drop would win a seven-day all-inclusive trip for two to the Grand Lido Resort in Jamaica. No one would be eliminated in this stunt. Stunt #3 (Intestine Chew, Milk and Chug) Contestants would sit in a glass

This episode featured four couples competing as teams. Stunt #1 (Submerged limousine) One member of each couple would be seated in the driver's seat a limousine and the other would be locked in the trunk. The limo would be submerged underwater and the person in the driver's seat would have to wait for a red light to come on. That person would then have to swim to the back seat, retrieve a key, escape through the sunroof, and free their partner from the trunk. Both players would then have to swim to a buoy. The three couples to complete this stunt the fastest would advance to the next round; the slowest couple would be eliminated. Stunt #2 (Gross blow tube) One member of each couple would have to slurp up mouthfuls of blended fish heads, roaches, and beetles. That person would have to transfer it to their partner through a tube. The partner would catch it in their mouth and spit it into a cylinder. The couple to get most slop in their cylinder within the two minute time limit

This episode featured four pairs of siblings competing as teams. Stunt #1 (Spinning helicopter platform) Siblings would be handcuffed to a spinning platform swinging underneath a helicopter. They would have to pull up a rope with handcuff keys, unlock themselves, and jump into the water below. The time would stop when the second sibling hit the water. The three pairs of siblings to complete this stunt the fastest would advance to the next round. The other pair would be eliminated. Stunt #2 (Spider head) Siblings would have to stick their heads into a box full of spiders. The sibling on the left side of the box would have to pass keys by mouth to the sibling on the right side of the box. The sibling on the right side would have to pass the keys through a hole into his or her hand. Once the keys were outside the box, the siblings would have to unlock four locks on the outside of the box. The pair of siblings to complete this stunt the fastest would win an all-inclusive 7-day

This four-stunt episode featured six former contestants from reality shows. The contestants were Omarosa (The Apprentice), Ryan Sutter (The Bachelorette), Ethan Zohn (Survivor Africa), Jenna Morasca (Survivor Amazon), Reichen Lehmkuhl (The Amazing Race), and Nikki McKibbin (American Idol). Stunt #1 (Dual heli rope crawl) Contestants would have to crawl across a rope hanging between two helicopters. As they made their way across, they would have to release up to 9 flags attached to the rope before dropping into the water below. Stunt #2 (Gross obstacle course) Contestants would be handcuffed to a rail with one arm. Using their free hand, they would have to reach into a box of biting Amazon Tree Boas and unscrew four nuts and two washers from screws in the bottom of the cage, freeing a key. This episode featured four contestants from New York City competing against four contestants from Los Angeles. Stunt #1 (Helicopter rappel) Going head-to-head, contestants would use a hand-break to rappel down ropes hanging from a helicopter. While rappelling, they would have to release 5 flags from a rope hanging adjacent to them and then drop into the water below. The man and the woman from each city to get the best time would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated. Stunt #2 (Meat Locker) Paired with the other person from their city, contestants would be bound by their wrists and ankles with duct tape and locked in a frozen meat locker. Once they had worked together to free themselves, both contestants would have to dig through a barrel of lard and cow innards to find a wrench. Once they had their wrenches, they would use them to dig through an ice tunnel and retrieve keys bolted inside the tunnel. They would have to use the two keys to unlock the two loc

This was an extended four-stunt Thanksgiving episode. Stunt #1 (Ship net climb) Contestants would start in a dingy being dragged by a cargo net behind the Fear Factor ship (resembling the Mayflower). They would have to climb out of the dingy and climb up the cargo net, collecting six flags along the way and releasing a final flag to stop the time. The two men and the two women to complete this stunt the fastest would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated. Stunt #2 (Thanksgiving feast) Night-crawler green beans, maggoty mashed potatoes with fish sauce gravy, bile gelatin with African cave spider topping, beetle worm and cockroach stuffing, and sheep brain pie topped with worms. Contestants would have to choose three of these five gross food items to consume within the 9-minute time limit. For each item they consumed, they would receive one hatchet to throw at a target. The contestant with the hatchet closest to the bullseye would win the Activision video gam

Stunt #1: Sage Coach Drag Contestants would start out holding onto a cargo net being dragged behind a covered wagon pulled by two horses. They would have to pull themselves up the cargo net and get inside the wagon. Everyone who completed this stunt would advance to the next round. Stunt #2: Fish Dinner Contestants would have to reach deep inside a dead 15-pound cod fish and pull out a numbered chip. The number on the chip would determine whether they would have to eat cod liver, cod sperm, cod egg sacs, or a combo plate of all three. The two men and the two women to finish their fish dinner the fastest would advance to the finals. The others would be eliminated. Stunt #3: Pipe to Pipe to Pipe As water rained down on them, contestants would have to walk along three large pipes suspended over 100 feet in the air. To get from one pipe to the next, they would have to jump the gaps. The contestant to make to the end the fastest would be the Fear Factor Champion.

This semi-final round featured twelve of this season's 24 winners. The two contestants remaining at the end of this episode would win a new 2004 Mazda RX-8 and advance to the final episode where they would compete with the two winners of the next semi-final episode for the title of Fear Factor Grand Champion and $100,000. Stunt #1 (Head-to-head floor drop) Contestants would be inside a Plexiglas box over 100 feet above the ground. Going two at a time with a divider between them, they would have to search through 20 keys on the wall and find the correct key to unlock a box and pull a ripcord. The first contestant to pull the ripcord would drop the bottom out from their opponent's side of the box. The winner of each race would advance to the next round, the loser would be eliminated. Stunt #2 (Milk the Goat) Going two at a time, contestants would have to use their mouths to suck milk from the udder of a live goat and spit it into a glass. Once they had filled the glass to a line,

Stunt #1: Rolling Flag Snag Contestants would have to shimmy out on a horizontal pole jutting from the front of a giant dump truck and release a flag. They would then have to return to the top of the truck, release another flag, then shimmy out on a second pole and release a third flag. After releasing the last flag, contestants would have to drop off the pole to stop the time. The two men and the two women with the fastest times would advance to the next round, the others would be eliminated. Stunt #2: Sand Crab Panning Contestants would be shackled by the wrists and chained to a stake in the sand. They would have to free themselves by rolling around in the sand to unscrew the shackles. Once they were free, they would have to run into the ocean, unlock a floating box containing seven live sand crabs from a buoy, return to the shore, unlock the box, and eat the crabs. The three contestants to complete this stunt the fastest would advance to the final round, the slowest contes

This was a special blind date episode. Four single men would be introduced to four single women, and the women would get to pick which man they wanted to be paired up with. The four couples would then compete as teams for the $50,000. Stunt #1 (Hanging boat) One partner would be driving a boat across a lake while the other partner would grab a hook hanging from a helicopter and attach it to the boat. The helicopter would then lift the boat out of the water and one person would have to climb onto a cargo net on the underside of the boat, release four flags, and drop into the water. The second partner would then have to do the same. The couple to get the most flags in the fastest time would get to choose which couple would be eliminated. Stunt #2 (Crab Dump Escape) Couples would be locked in a large tank filled with 45 degree water and large Dungeness crabs. As more cold water and crabs were pumped into the tank through two pipes, both team members would have to find which of four keys unlocked caps from the floor of the tank and use the caps to plug the pipes. Because of the dangers of hypothermia, there would be a ten-minute time limit for this stunt. The couple to complete this stunt the fastest would win a twelve-day trip for four to Belize. No one would be eliminated in this stunt. Stunt #3 (Ice box) Couples would be in opposite sides of a Plexiglas box, separated by a wall. As the box filled with 2,000 pounds of ice, one partner would have to collect pegs from their side of the box and transfer them to their partner through a hole in the wall. Their partner would then have to put the pegs in a box. After they had transferred all 52 pegs, they would have to pull a lever that would open the bottom of box and drop them into the water below. The bottom would automatically drop out after two minutes if contestants had not completed the stunt. The couple to transfer the most pegs the fastest would be Blind Date Fear Factor Champions and win $50,000. Home Invasion Stunt (Bobbing for hagfish) Competing in this episode’s Home Invasion segment would be the Okolowitcz family of Providence, Rhode Island. Two family members would have to transfer five hagfish from a tank to a bucket using only their mouths. If they could transfer five hagfish in one minute, they would win a $5,000 Capital One credit card.

This special episode featured four contestants on Spring Break in Cancun competing for 50,000 pesos (around $5,000 in American dollars). Stunt #1 (Squid jacuzzi) Contestants would have to climb into a jacuzzi full of dead squid, remove their bathing suit bottoms, find another bathing suit bottom somewhere in the jacuzzi, and put it on. The three contestants to do this the fastest would advance to the next round. The slowest contestant would be eliminated. Stunt #2 (Blender of Fear) Contestants would have to drink Fear Factor shakes made from various blended gross food items. The two contestants to finish their shakes the fastest would advance to the final round, the slowest contestant would be eliminated. Stunt #3 (Snake Face-off) Contestants would have to bob for plums in a tank full of water snakes. The contestant who could retrieve the most plums within the time limit would win the 50,000 pesos.

This was the 90-minute finale of a two-part Championship edition. The remaining nine players will battle it out in the final stunts and compete for a grand prize of $100,000. Stunt 2 (Women): Swim with Gators Inside a giant-sized fish tank, several alligators dropped into the water. The gators had razor-sharp teeth and lethal claws. The women would have to slide carefully into the tank and retrieve three poles from the bottom. One at a time they would have to place the poles on a rack alongside the tank. The two women that completed the stunt the fastest would move on to the final round. Stunt 2 (Men): Buffet Each player would lie down on the Wheel of Fear - a spinning contraption bordered by three colors: red, black and yellow. Whatever color the player's arrow lands on would determine which table of ""food"" they have to run and eat from. On the Yellow Table: pig rectum, night crawlers and habanero peppers. On the Black Table: fermented squid guts, cow brains and Madagascar hissing

Stunt #1: Counter Balance Beam Contestants would have to release up to 12 flags from the edges of an 8-foot by 24-foot see-saw platform over 100 feet in the air. The two men and the two women to release the most flags the fastest before falling would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated. Stunt #2: Weenie Roast Contestants would play a matching game to determine whether they would have to eat the penis of a deer, elk, bull, or water buffalo. If they got the deer or elk penis, they would have 5 minutes to eat it. If they got the bull or water buffalo penis, they would have 10 minutes. Contestants who ate their animal penis within the time limit would advance to the finals. Stunt #3: Swinging Rope Bridge Contestants would have to cross a series of wooden swings suspended over 100 feet high. The contestant to make it across the 'bridge' fastest would be the Fear Factor Champion.

This episode featured four duos (two pairs of best friends, a set of twins, and a dating couple) competing as teams in Las Vegas. The winning team would have to bet half their winnings on a hand of blackjack. Stunt #1 (Inverted fall and car flip) One team member would be handcuffed and hung by their ankles 120 feet in the air while their partner waited in a car on the ground. The person hanging by their ankles would have to unlock the handcuffs and pull a rip cord. When the rip cord was pulled, the person would drop to the ground head-first and a pipe ramp would be lit on fire. When the ramp was lit, the person in the car would have to have to hit the ramp and flip the car into a wall of road-block barrels. The three teams to complete this stunt the fastest would advance to the next round. The slowest team would be eliminated. Stunt #2 (Fear Factor cocktails) Contestants would be playing poker Fear Factor style at the Excalibur. In order get cards, each player would have to

Teams do a helicopter/jet ski stunt, transfer objects by mouth while locked up with frogs and alligators, and drive an ATV off a pier. Fear Factor travels to Huntsville, Alabama for a Home Invasion.

Stunt #1: Helicopter Jump Contestants would be riding in a helicopter as if flew 25 feet above a lake. As the helicopter flew over an island of boxes, they would have to jump out and try to land on the boxes. Contestants who hit any part of the boxes would advance to the next round. Anyone who missed the boxes entirely would be eliminated. Stunt #2: Tarantula Torture Cell Contestants would each have to stick their head into a box of 50 tarantulas. Everyone who stayed in the box for three minutes would advance to the next round. Stunt #3: Water Tube Contestants would have to lie in a Plexiglas tube as it filled with water. Once the tube was full, the contestant who could hold their breath the longest would win the $50,000.

Stunt #1: Roof to Roof Jump Contestants would have to jump from a rooftop 10 stories high and clear 16-foot gap in order to land on a lower rooftop. Contestants who successfully jumped to the second rooftop would advance to the next round. Stunt #2: Fear Factor Spaghetti Contestants would have to use their faces to dig through a plate of night crawlers and find 5 coagulated blood balls wrapped in pig intestine. Everyone who ate their 5 coagulated blood balls in four minutes would advance to the finals. Stunt #3: Submerged Fuselage Contestants would be strapped into the font seat of a fuselage, submerged underwater, and flipped upside-down. When a red light came on they would have to unbuckle themselves, escape through the rear hatch door, and swim to the surface. The contestant to complete this stunt the fastest would win the money.

This episode featured four parent-child pairs competing as teams. Stunt #1 (Raft to raft transfer) As a speedboat pulled three rafts behind it, the kids would be on the first raft and the parents would be on the back raft. The kids would have the jump from raft-to-raft and hand a flag to their parent. Once the parent had the flag, they would have to get to the front raft and plant the flag. The three teams to complete this stunt the fastest would advance to the next round. The slowest team would be eliminated. Stunt #2 (Lard tunnel) Family members would be on opposite sides of a tunnel filled with pig lard and pig parts. The kids would have to grab cow tongues and crawl to the middle to hand off the tongues to their parents. The parents would then have to take the tongues to a bucket at their end of the tunnel. The team to transfer 7 cow tongues the fastest would in a seven night trip for six to Breezes Curacao in the Caribbean. No one would be eliminated in this stunt. Stu

Stunt #1 (Helicopter swing rings) Contestants would have to swing around a circle of swing rings underneath a helicopter over a lake, releasing a flag on the final ring to stop the clock. Stunt #2 (Bug ropes) Contestants would have to use their mouths to collect bugs from sticky ropes and transfer them to a scale. Among the bugs on the ropes were worms, crickets, cockroaches, and three types of large beetles. The three contestants to transfer the most weight in bugs in one minute would advance to the next round. The slowest person would be eliminated. Stunt #3 (Tube flush) Contestants would have to swim up into an above-water tube with 1500 gallons of water vacuum packed into it. Once inside, they would have 30 seconds to attach as flags as possible to the insi

This episode featured four pairs competing as teams. Stunt #1 (Human cannonball) As a truck drove along a pier with a crane hanging off the side, one team member would hang from the crane and drop into the water when they passed a buoy. They would have to retrieve two flares from the buoy, swim to a platform, and use the flares to light the fuse to giant cannon. Their partner would then be shot out of the cannon and into the water. Once in the water, their partner would swim to a boat, climb aboard, and clip a flag to a flagpole. The team to complete this stunt the fastest would get to choose which team would be eliminated. Stunt #2 (Trash Can Scavenger Hunt) Teams would have to dig through two dumpsters to find items including a toaster, a shoe, a gas can, a baseball glove, a hard hat, a tin can, a thermos, and a radio. Another of each item would be hidden among barrels filled with oil, mud, rotten fish parts, and lard. To retrieve the items from the barrels, they would have to unscrew them from the bottom and match them with the corresponding items from the dumpsters. The team to match four items fastest would win a four-day trip to Las Vegas and $20,000. No one would be eliminated in this stunt. Stunt #3 (Pavement drag) Both team members would be hanging on to handlebars attached to a helicopter and be dragged across pavement on their stomachs. Along the way, they would crash through three exploding walls and a wall of barrels before coming up to a finish line. They would have to let go as close to the finish line as possible. The team to get the least combined distance from the finish line would be Fear Factor Champions. Home Invasion Stunt (Worm wine) Competing in this week’s Home Invasion segment would be the Whitman family of Dubuque, Iowa. One family member would have to grab worms from a bowl and put them in a meat grinder, another family member would have to grind the worms to make the slop spill into a glass, and a third family member would have to drink the slop. If they could do this, they would win a $5,000 Capital One credit card.

Stunt #1: Burning Building Contestants would have to climb a ladder and enter on the fourth floor of a firefighter training tower. Once inside, they would have to follow a hose line to a room where a fire was burning at upwards of 2,000 degrees, use the hose to put out the fire, find a rescue dummy in the smoke-filled room, and place the dummy in a basket outside the building. The two men and the two women to complete this stunt the fastest would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated. Stunt #2: Scorpion Pit Contestants would have to lie in pit covered with over 3,000 scorpions for 3 minutes and 30 seconds. After the first 30 seconds had passed, they would use a joystick to pick up scorpions with a robotic claw and transfer them into another pit. The two contestants to transfer the most scorpions in 3 minutes would advance to the finals. Stunt #3: Rotating Climbing Wall Contestants would have to stay on a climbing wall over 8 stories high as it repeatedly

Stunt #1: Triple Beam Walk High above the ground, contestants would have to walk three 40-foot long beams which were only 3½ inches wide. The beams were suspended at different levels, so contestants would have to climb rope ladders to get from one beam to the next. When they reached the end of the final beam, they would have to release a flag. The four contestants to complete this stunt the fastest or get the furthest the fastest before falling would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated. Stunt #2: Glass Walking Contestants would have to walk on broken glass with bare feet. They would throw rocks at windows numbered 5-10 to determine how many feet they would have to walk on broken glass. All contestants to complete their glass walk would advance to the finals. Stunt #3: Magnetic Car Drop Contestants would be standing on the hood of a car over 100 feet high as a magnetic arm swung it over a junkyard. When they felt the car was over an X mark, they would

Stunt #1: Barrel Rolling Over seven stories high, contestants would have to stand on top of a large plastic pipe and use their feet to roll it across a set of beams from one rooftop to the other. The four contestants to complete this stunt the fastest would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated. Stunt #2: Rat Transfer Going two at a time, contestants would have to use their mouths pick up dead rats from a table and toss them into buckets from behind barricades. Each race would last for 2 minutes. The contestant from each pair to transfer the most rats would advance to the finals. The loser would be eliminated. Stunt #3: Car into Pond Contestants would have to drive a car off a ramp and into a pool. Once the car was submerged, they would have to grab a flag, exit the car, and swim to the side of the pool to post the flag on a flagpole. The contestant to do this the fastest would be the Fear Factor Champion.

This special 100th episode was filmed in New York City. The winner would get to choose from five Capital One credit cards, ranging in value from $60,000 to $100,000. Stunt #1 (Tram traverse) Contestants would have to traverse a cargo net on the underside of the Roosevelt Island Tram as it traveled hundreds of feet over the East River.
