Peter and Wendy are enjoying their second day in Paris. No walking this time, but a private tuk-tuk taking them past the city's most beautiful highlights. Peter is no stranger to the courtroom by now and is standing trial once again. This time, the case concerns suspicion of intentionally failing to file a corporate tax return, or filing it late. The Public Prosecution Service is demanding an unconditional prison sentence of 18 months and a fine of 1.3 million euros. All that hassle surrounding those lawsuits is taking a heavy toll on Wendy as well.

Peter has been struggling with his weight for some time. He calls his coach for an update on his progress. An inspection is scheduled at the Blue Lake, where Peter soon discovers a number of problems. His three children gather at the castle, not for a get-together or royal treatment, but to roll up their sleeves. They have to deliver invitations to the local residents for the castle open day.

Peter faces a major challenge when it turns out Wendy has a new hobby. That means only one thing: the garage needs to be cleared out. His beloved motorcycle collection must make way for it, although it remains to be seen whether that will go smoothly. Mark and Ruud have their hands full with another problem at the closed Prinsenmeer park, where it turns out that empty holiday parks attract more visitors than expected. Peter and Wendy, on the other hand, are in high spirits, as a new addition to the family is on the way. This new family member certainly doesn't suffer from flight shame, although it remains uncertain for now whether she will actually arrive. And as if that weren't enough, another typical Gillis men's outing is on the schedule. This time with a striking twist, because Wendy is joining them too.

Although many Gillis parks are closed, Hengelhoef remains open. Mark and Ruud carry out daily checks, regardless of the weather. Wendy and Peter have a new dachshund: Roses. Although the little dog is small, it provides big surprises. The couple has their hands immortalized. The Gillis family visits Peter's latest Dutch acquisition: city campsite Den Driesch in Valkenburg. After only a few weeks, the campsite had to close by order of the municipality. However, Peter does not dwell on the past, and the family visits Valkenburg to have fun. Peter also stops by to see his nutrition coach. After starting weight-loss medication at the end of the previous season, he is still struggling with his weight. Wendy dreams of grooming her own dogs, and Peter dreams of the money he can save doing so.
