Dimmy is very sick from Snorkitis. Galeo diagnoses it and as Tooter describes, Dimmy, Tooter catches it. Then everyone in Snorkland gets sick. Galeo wants All-Star to finish what he started a while back. He gets help from Casey and they try to get Galeo to read the notes for them. Galeo then finds the cure in snork bubbles. The Governor then recognizes Galeo as a hero.

Casye and Dimmy meet a Doubleheader named Red and Ed. They introduce them to All-Star and Tooter. They might by two, but they are so different in every way. Red is an avid eater and ends up eating everything in sight, even Casey's mother's flowers. Then Red makes trouble while no one is looking. In the morning, Red goes around acting like an innocent bystander. Then Galeo finds out that Red and Ed caused all the trouble. Actually, Red caused all the touble, but he sees the error of his ways when they save Casey from a waterfall.

Junior is thinking about running for Governor one day and goes campaigning. While chasing down local votes, he falls into a hole cause by a sea quake. The hole Junior falls down in sends him flying into the future where there the ruling is very strict. Because he says All-Star, he gets taken to court, The judge gives him 10 years in jail. While in jail, he meets old Casey. Casey tells him that All-Star was the governor's worst enemy and everything about him is illegal. Junior says Wetworth and is let out of jail. Junior gets the shock of his life when the Governor turns out to be HIM! Then the whole town escapes from jail and tehy all chase him. Junior then realizes that he has been campaigning in a bad way and plans to change his ways so it will not end up being like what he had just seen.

All-Star, Daffney and Galeo enjoy a nice lunch when Junior comes yelling about a watch he has lost. Occy chases Junior off. Then All-Star tells Galeo that Occy used to be Junior's dog. Three years ago, Junior got Occy to protect him from people whom he accuses as thieves. All-Star helps him out by putting Junior's stuff back. On a field trip, Junior is training Occy, who gets stuck. All-Star and Casey help Occy out and Occy takes a liking to him. Then Junior tries to get Occy to track down and catch a butterfly shrimp. Occy leads him to a cave with a giant snorkeater. Occy leaves Junior and goes to All-Star's rescue when he is chased by the Snork eater. From that point on, Occy became All-Star's pet.

All-Star meets a kelp helper who is facing a lot of trouble because of what he is. All-Star then makes friends with the kelp helper, but the grandfather is uncertain about all this. This friendship is ruined when Junior insults them. The Kelp helpers all pack up and leave. Because of all the kelp helpers leaving, Snorkland is all full of algae. Everyone has to clean up and it's all the Governor's fault. All-Star goes to the kelp helpers and apologizes to them, but they expect an apology from the governor himself. It takes a giant snorkeater terrorizing Snorkland to set the governor straight. The Kelp helpers really did make a great contribution to Snorkland after all.

Galeo displays his new invention called the Minaturizer, which shrinks things. All-Star watchs the invention, but Dr. Strangesnork steals it without All-Star looking. Occy then follows him and his cat to his laboratory. They are caught by the scientist, which turns out to be Galeo's brother. He uses the minaturizer to shrink his mind swapper to take over Snorkland, but he uses it to swap Occy's and All-Star's minds. All-Star (as Occy) tries to warn governor Wetworth about Dr. Strangesnork's plan, but he dismisses him. Occy (as All-Star) then guides Casey to Strangesnork's lab. Meanwhile, the Snorks find out that All-Star is really Occy. Dr. Strangesnork then goes to the auditorium where the Governor is giving his speech. The Snorks catch up to him, but he gets away. But not before Galeo swaps All-Stra and Occy back to their original selves.

While having lunch, a storm blows a creature named Lucky into Snorkland. All-Star shows him around and he loses his breath. Galeo finds out that Lucky comes from a fresh water land and has to get back immediately. Lucky and All-Star go back to the current and Lucky goes back, but All-Star gets sucked in with him. All-Star meets Riverland and Lucky's parents. All-Star finds out that he cannot stand fresh water. All-Star decides to help them with their problem for things falling from above. All-Star has to go back because of the frshwater environment and he goes through the current. Back home, All-Star makes it back for Casey's aunt's show and Casey doesn't believe a word of his adventure.

Daffney is unsecure about her looks when someone says that she has a big snork. Daffney's fears are confirmed when someone does a wicked stature of her. Casey then sees an ad on TV on how to shrink her snork. They get the product, but something goes wrong and Daffney's snork sticks straight up! She wears a big hat when she goes on a date with All-Star. She gets ridiculed by Junior in the movies and runs out. Then Casey looks like a sitting duck fish and everyone laughs at her. She runs away and is chased by a giant green fish. After All-Star saves herm, he tells her that she looks great the way she is.

The Snorks go to see the flying fish and Dimmy's dad lets him use his new snorkoculars. Dimmy sees a wolf fish but no one believes him. All-Star and Casey gets on Dimmy for crying wolf, menaing that he shouldn't exaggerate. Then, a hawk fish takes him to its nest and keeps him there. All-Star and Casey never even knew what happened to him. In the nest, Dimmy sees a real wolf fish and protects the baby hawk fish. All-Star and Casey look for Dimmy and the wolf fish gets at them. Dimmy then gets rid of the wolf fish again. Then he tells them about the hawk fish episode and they don't believ him until the family flies by and waves to him.

All-Star's dad is making stew and needs some salt. All-Star goes to the market where it is crowded with people wanting to get salt. All-Star goes to Galeo to see what is going on and Junior follows him. Galeo then tells him about ancient Snorks and their sea salt adventures until he falls out from dehydration. All-Star and Junior go off to find the legendary saltfish. Junior then finds some salt and takes it all for himself. He gets out but he doesn't get very far when two green guards catch him. The leader, Slugworth, gets them to start working in the salt mines. Junior gets in good with the leader, who wants more Snorks for the salt mines. Meanwhile, All-Star gets the workers to stand up to the leader. All the workers start a revolution against Slugworth. Junior then gets a well-earned lesson when the Neandersnorks want him to work.

Junior writes a speech for class and gets a C in it for using a lot of words and saying nothing. Tooter gets an F in speech and his parents decide to get him professional help. It is then discovered that Tooter picked up his toot from a day at work with his dad. Tooter then joins a band and gets very famous until Junior spoils it by ridiculing his speech impediment. Of course, Tooter ends up saving Junior from a Snorkeater by imitating a Snorkeater-eater. All-Star then tells Tooter's parents that everyone likes Tooter just for who he is.

A baby whale gets separated from its mother when another whale chases them. Casey gives Daffney a driving lesson and they come across the whale in the net. They try to help the whale find its mother, but they try to hide it from anyone, especially Junior. Junior comes across the whale when he tries to snitch on All-Star, Casey and Daffney. The killer whale gives chase again and eats the Silverfish. The baby whale bumps into the whale and gets knocked out. The mother whale finds her baby when it comes to.

Mrs. Butfish asks All-Star and Dimmy to housesit for her and she wants them to watch her seashell collection. Junior then finds out about the job and he tries to ruin it for them. Then Junior gets Occy to chase Polly, his myna bird, and they accidentally change the address number on the houses. The house next door is going to be demolished the next day and the changed addresses make the workers think that the Butfish house is the one that they are to tear down. While all this is happening, Junior steals the seashells and then tells her that All-Star and Dimmy stole the shells. Luckily, Occy had the foresight to hide the shells.

Daffney wants Dimmy to appreciate her, but when he doesn't oblige, an accident brings her and Jo Jo together. Jo Jo tries his best to woo Daffney. Dimmy is jealous when Jo Jo goes with Daffney to the Debutante Ball. Jo Jo learns to be civilized and a refined gentleman. Dimmy tries to prove that he can be as brave as Jo Jo, too. He tries to tame a wild fish and totally crashes the party. Jo Jo saves the day by luring the fish away.

All-Star has a date with Casey, but his mother wants him to take Samantha, a friend of the family, out to show her around Snorkland. All-Stra cannot be in two places at the same time, and he doesn't want Casey to know about his visiting friend. At the movies, Samantha tells All-Star about a boyfriend that she has back home, and he's a big one at that. All-Star then tries to be at both the movies and the prom with the help of Dimmy and Tooter. Just then, Bubba, Samantha's boyfriend, comes to visit and goes after All-Star. As All-Star goes to be with Casey, Junior joins Samantha! Bubba gets on Junior!

Two oceanographers are exploring communication skills of porpoises and pick up the Snorks. The Snorks are having a balloon contest. Something goes wrong with Junior's balloon and anchors All-Star's balloon to a rock. All-Star fixes it and is in the race again. In order to finish, the teams all face the wrath of Junior's cheating and a big sea current. Now, after saving Junior, they get lost and Tooter, Dimmy, and Daffney's balloon gets carried away by the porpoises. The baloons are caught by the oceanographer's net and are saved by the porpoises. Then, they are caught by a giant funnel, and the town loses hope. The porpoises save all of the balloons in time.

Junior makes up a story about a big wolf-fish for the newspaper, so he employs Willie to make his story come true. A sea current comes along and blows Willie away and Junior gets it all on film. All-Star notices that the fish was fake, and Junior vows to get a picture of a real wolf-fish. The Governor is worried about Junior (and Willie who followed him) and All-Star and the Snorks try to find him. Junior finds a real wolf-fish, and it chases him. All-Star and the rest of the gang get him in no time. The story is in the newspaper and Junior is mad again.

Junior talks about All-Star and his toy drive buit he forgets to mention that he sleeps with a toy turtle. Willie accidentally gives away Junior's turtle and Junior secretly pines for it. Junior then breaks into the school to get the toy turtle back, and gets caught by a guard. The Governor bails him out and he makes up a story about donating toys. At the toy drive, Junior tries to take his turtle back, but Baby Smallstar claims it as her own. Knowing that all is lost, Junior goes out and buys a stuffed seahorse.

The Snorks enter a seahorse race. Junior, with the help of little Willie, cheats in the race. All-Star and Junior have to compete in a Snorkel chase. Junior thinks that All-Star's seahorse is all washed up because his horse ""won"". All-Star tries to prove him wrong by training his horse Sea Biscuit. Galeo creates a machine for the Silverfish with a magnetic compass. All-Star takes it by mistake and finds out that Junior and his horse cheated. All-Star and the Snorks cook up a plan to get back at Junior.

The Snorks go on a snorking trip. Everyone is having the time of their lives, except Junior. Junior is all shook up after a story about a sea creature. While on a nature hike, they get lost thanks to Junior's ""sophisticated"" compass. While finding the way back, they come across an old sunken ship. As they explore the ship, they almost get caught by a strange giant form reaching into the ship. All-Star gets them all out safely, and he is commended for his efforts. The strange form just happened to be a diver just exploring under the sea.

A barrel from the world above falls into the ocean, letting out a reddish fluid that makes people frightningly zany. Meanwhile, the Snorks are performing in a talent show and Dimmy really sets a bomb with his jokes. Then the red stuff seeps in and makes everyone laugh. Of course, it gets out of hand when the entire town starts laughing crazily. The Snorks go out in the Silverfish to find the the problem at the Great Reef. The barrel is about to fall in the reef, but the Snorks get it out in time. But Junior and Occy, under the spell of the red stuff, take over the Silverfish! Eventually, Occy gets back to normal and so does Junior.

To make some money for All-Star's uncle Galleo, All-Star and his friends put together a band. The singing might be a little bit bad, but Occy fooling around as a keyboardist proves to be a great success. Soon, Occy is a huge star of Snorkland. Junior, however, wants to ruin Occy's success in any way he can. He even goes to his Dad, the Governor, who wants the band to stop playing so that he can promote his bad playing band. With Occy's help, that band starts playing perfectly. Both the Governor and Junior's plans backfire on them when the steam power controlling the instruments goes out of control and hits the Elder's house!

All-Star finds a golden lamp, and Bigweed swipes it from him. A giant genie pops out and sucks them in a vortex. They enter a Wonderland where they hear cheerful music from a tuner fish. Then, a smidgen with a GIANT appetite follows them and they get sucked in a slow motion tide. When they get out, they meet the Genie and they run into a cave with the Tunerfish. Bigweed rests in a whale's mouth and they run when they realize that and falls into another vortex. They land in a place of mirrors where Bigweed steals All-Star's lamp. They break out, only to see that the tunerfish has brought them seahorses. All-Star and Bigweed come to a kelpburger stand. They meet a weird maitre 'd who gets them free food, but he's out of everything. When they eat, they put the lamp togteher, but a crab takes it apart. Bigweed grabs the piece out of the crab's claws. They find out that some of these creatures have been chasing them because of the lamp. They dress up as harem girls to see what is up. The ma

Casey and Jo-Jo plan to surprise Corky with a vacation and Corky thinks the worst. Casey and Jo-Jo explain the concept of time-off to Corky so that he acn have some fun in his life. Casey gets on Corky for being too cautious and uptight. They decide on a picnic in the tycoons. While on their picnic, a tattered Egyptian snork needs help. Prince Eli, the tattered Snork, had a powerful empire until his evil sister Alexandra stole his scepter and took over Seagypt. Corky, Jo-Jo and Casey enlist to help him get his kingdom back. Eli and the Snorks get through some serious booby traps to get through the pyramid and get his scepter back. They go to confront Eli's sister and Eli and Alexandra get into a magical fight. When they get into the dungeon, Eli turns evil. Alexandra tells the truth about Eli, and it turns out that he was the mean seed after all. Corky comes in and they get together to pull off a plan to get Eli's power away from him so that justice can be served.

A sneaky Snail comes to town to sell his ware. Junior's brother, Willie, is discouraged because he is too little to go on the rides and stuff. Casey is discouraged as well because she seems to have a boring life. All-Star wishes he had a life like Occy. On cue, the Snailsman comes up and tries to sell stuff. He brings out a wishing pearl, a trinket that can only grant one wish. All of the get their wishes, and one by one they start to feel very successful. Then Willie starts to feel too big to do anything, Casey starts to feel the pressures of being a superhero, and All-Star gets in trouble with a dog fish catcher. All-Star then finds out that being a dog isn't all that it is cracked up to be. The Snailsman then gives them one pearl, and Casey and Willie starts fighting over it. All-Star then makes a wish for all of them back to normal.

All-Star and the gang meet a supposedly faceless snork who is just lonely and needs companionship. He is a backwards snork who was exiled for being different. They try to help him save his home from being town down by Governor Wetworth.

Casey gets out her telescope for a famous starfish, and notices a flash in the sky. She investigates and finds a flying saucer. An alien named Molly from Seaturn is looking for a root that happens to be in Snorkeater-land. On the word ""reward"", Smallweed pops up again and goes into the ship to find treasure. Casey and Molly get the root and the Snorkeaters come after them. Molly helps her out and they go back to the spaceship. They find Smallweed and they accidentally get launched in space! On the way to Molly's planet, a bunch of sea pirates try to zap them out of the air. They get caught in a meteor shower and take a smooth fall. Luckily, they land in front of a gas station and a dance hall. They find a fabled bird fish and Molly needs a bird feather for her potion. They pull off when the crowd gets ruly and Molly tells them that they need some sort of formula for the potion.

It's Casey's birthday and evryone has brought a present, except Junior who wants to sell his toys. Casey's mad because of how Junior acts all the time. All-Star tells how Junior used to be mice and respectful. All-Star tells everyone how Junior used to be so shy that he would run away or get laughed at. Junior used to be picked on by a big bully named Moose and All-Star feels sorry for him and comes to his defense.

Bigweed and Little Seaweed are at it again. This time, they are after a white kelp in a shark country for a potion to take over Snorkland. They steal the kelp and put a phony one in its place. Meanwhile, Junior finds an ad to make big money and Grandpa Wetworth finds an ad as well. Junior and Grandpa have a race, Junior wins and brags about his youth. Grandpa thinks that he is too old to live and is very insecure about himself. Casey tells him that he needs to have some fun in his life, so she and All-Star take him to a snorkboard park. That falls through, and Grandpa threatens to go to an old snorks' home. Granpa meets an old snork named Rose. Meanwhile, the bombs that Bigweed made turns everyone into babies! Meanwhile, Junior visits Grandpa and Rosie and they go into town where they notice the baby mayhem. They notice that Bigweed has taken over and Grandpa tries to get the seniors together to stop him. He gives the old people spirit and the verve that they need to come up with a big

The Snorks are playing video games at Grandpa Wetworth's house when the power goes out. Grandpa suggests a game of Story Circle, where the players make up their own outcomes of a story.

Dr. Strangesnork is up to no good again. This time, he has invented a freezerator. Galeo invents a big telescope with a powerful range. Strangesnork and Galeo have it out about how they have always never got along. Strangesnork reveals that Galeo has always stolen his ideas and all that. Galeo tells another story, about how he wanted to be like Strangesnork for a science fair. Galeo invents glue and his brother scoffs at him, But not the science teacher. Galeo's glue is a hit and Strangesnork's invention is a miss. In the present, Galeo uses his time machine to show what really happened. It seems that Galeo was right all along, but Strangesnork tries to change the outcome in his favor. Galeo talks to his younger counterpart about his invention. Dr. Strangesnork talks to his younger counterpart about the fair. At the science fair, Strangesnork sabotages others' projects and accidentally makes Galeo's life even better.

Daffney and Casey go off to the circus. Meanwhile, Bigweed and Little Seaweed are setting up a Snork trap. At the circus, the Snorks see a sign looking for circus acts and they sign up. Even Little Seaweed and Bigweed join the circus. After seeing a gorgeous trapeze artist, Daffney wants to be one. She gets her chance when the star takes leave. She immediately signs up not knowing that she has joined the circus for life. And Little Seaweed is her roommate and she also wants to be a trapeze artist. They try out practice swings and they let their fears and their reservations of each other get the best of them in their act. As time goes by, they do really well. After doing a dangerous act, Daffney and Little Seaweed want to drop out. For the first time, Bigweed and Little Seaweed help out Daffney.

The Snorks find a little Snaillike creature and a lot of other things as well. They catch him and take them back to Snorkland. Daffney says that it's not right to trap animals, but All-Star learns how right she is when he is captured by a big baby creature. The baby locks him in a small trunk and the Snorks get him out. The baby captures them again, but the baby's momma lets them go saying that he plays too roughly. After this experience, the Snorks let all the animals that they captured go.

In the Snork Pole, a giant oil drill trashes the town. The Snorks, while visiting Espy, travel to the source of the problem- an oil rig boat. Casey and Daffney try to talk some sense to the mean captain, but he tells them to get lost. The Snorks go back to the boat and try to stop the drill, but the Capatin dismisses them again. The Snorks try to throw a rock in the works and it's a success. The captain goes down and gets the rocks off the drill. The Snorks try to stop the captain because his air tube is getting wrapped around the drill. They end up saving the Captain and Espy gets the captain to go elsewhere to drill for oil. Hopefully he has learned a lesson about kindness towards others.

It's the last day of school and everyone is looking forward to the Snork Prom. All-Star gets cheated by Junior during a football game, but the Snorks see through his trick and win the game. All-Star makes the winning shot, but breaks his foot. All-Star gets Tooter to go out with Casey, but Junior tries to ruin the date by making himself like Tooter, right down to the green makeup. Occy knows the difference, but no one listens. Galeo makes up a new dance without knowing it and All-Star goes to the prom with his new dance. Junior gets uncovered and has to dance with an overexcited Snork girl who has been chasing him throughout the episode.

Tooter has a record to play and it is a very big hit on a dance show. Tooter then becomes very popular that he even has his own concert. All of a sudden, a strange melody fills the air, but it's not Tooter but an organ playing monster. All of the Snorks fall into the trance of the monster. Tooter and Daffney go off to search for the Snorks. Inside the monster, they all meet Galeo's old friend who was trapped in for 20 years. He had a plan of counteracting the sound of the Piperfish, but he now has a chance to put his plan in action with the help of the Snorks. Tooter finds out about the monster and plays his music to free the Snorks. It's an all-out musical war, but Tooter wins.

A wild creature with two snorks named Jo-Jo meets the Snorks. The Snorks try to get him and his pet Fenji to see that Snorkland is a good place to live. They show him how to have fun and to be like all of the Snorks. Junior tries his best to catch Fenji and take him to the zoo. Jo-Jo and the Snorks then go to the zoo to get back Fenji. Jo Jo doesn't understand why all the fish are in cages and lets them go. The Governor catches Jo Jo and locks him up. All-Star and Casey try to get him out so he can free Fenji. Of course, the famed Wolf-fish chases Junior and Jo Jo saves him by scaring away the Wolf fish. The Governor then frees all of the fish for Jo Jo.

In the middle of a seahorse polo game, a giant boot crashes down on the field. Everyone thinks that it is an alien from beyond the limits. Galeo tries to communicate with it while the governor thinks that the boot will attack Snorkland. Tooter finds out the truth about the so-called invader and examines it. While examining it, Junior comes up and Tooter plays a trick on him, making him think that the aliens are attacking. Junior starts a story that gets out of hand. Tooter tells All-Star that there are no alins at all. Galeo uses his machine to contact, but it calls a giant crab toward the boot.

Snorkland gets ready for a big Steam Festival, which is voluntarily called off due to a steam shortage. There is a reward for 5000 pearls for anyone who can go to the Source and try to restore the town's steam. The Snorks, along with Junior, travel to the Source where they find out that a space rocket particle had fallen on the steam source when a rocket blasted off into space a little while earlier.

Junior wants to make a lot of money, but he wonders how he can be in two places at one time. A peddler who was refused by Galeo gives Casey a multiplying formula. Junior gets a hold of the formula and produces three Juniors out of photographs. The three Juniors do his work for him, but then things get out of hand when the doubles sell Junior's stuff and get him in trouble. He employs Galeo's help to turn his doubles back into pictures again.

The Snorks are rehearsing for a play, in which Tallulah Bankfish will play the lead role. Daffney will be the understudy. The Seaweeds plan to kidnap Mrs. Bankhead for ransom. All-Star gets the role that Junior wants, and Junior tries to ruin it for him. he uses a Phanton disguise to scare All-Star into giving him the role. All-Star and the gang uses Junior's trick on him, not knowing that Bigweed and Little Seaweed are following the same plan to kidnap Tallulah Bankfish. While Mrs. Bankfish is kidnapped and giving the Seaweeds hell, Daffney is a great success in her role in the play. Mrs. Bankhead gets back in time for the final scene and the curtain call.

Everyone is having a good time at a carnival, everyone except Occy who is excluded from everything. He finds a love interest in a fishing lure in the guise of a girl octopus. This relationship takes a dangerous turn when a swordfish follows it along with Occy all over Snorkland. The Governor blames Occy for causing this whole mess and banishes him to the Great Beyond. The Snorks then help Occy out when the Swordfish chases him again. They find out that the cause of the whole trouble was the girl octopus lure and Occy has to give her up for the good of the town.

The Snorks take a field trip to the Snork Ness. They can go anywhere except any of the caves because of the Snorkness monster. An old man tells them that the Monster likes kids- for mysterious reasons. Casey encounters the moster while picking weeds and Occy goes into the cave. The Snorks check it out and find a big pearl. It turns out that the pearl is an egg laid by the Monster. The Snorks take the Silverfish with a communicator that lets them talk to the monster. Casey tames the monster and the monster tells them that her egg is gone and she wants it back. All-Star goes to Junior's house and try to get the Egg back, but the Wetworths catch them. The egg hatches and out pops a baby Snorkness monster!

On a field trip, the Snorks get swallowed by a whale. As they split up to find some means of escape, Junior finds a lot of treasure. All-Star tries to teach them all how to work together.

Corky and Jo-Jo are travelling through and they see the Seaweeds trying to release the Big Ooze, which will destroy Snorkland. They get there too late and the Ooze is set free. The Ooze takes over Snorkland and uses electricity to get big. The Ooze also tricks the Seaweeds into getting in a cave where he has captured the Snorks. All-Star brings all the Snorks together to stop the Ooze. Bigweed agrees to help them out against his will. The Snorks get out of their jail by tricking the Ooze, and they swim for a sunken ship. They use his electric power to power the ship and make him shrink down to size. When Bigweed reneges on his word, the Snorks get him.

The Snorks try to find a shell for Galeo's machine. They split up and makes a game out of it. The winner has to be waited on for a week. All-Star, Corky, and Jo-Jo are pursued by Snorkeaters, and Junior, Daffney and Casey come across a golden stingray. All-Star finds a giant egg. Meanwhile, Dr. Strangesnork is spying on Galeo to steal his ideas. The egg hatches and out pops a mysterious creature. Galeo finds out that he is a Snorkasaurus. Dr. Strangesnork tries to get him for money. As the Snorks try to find the shell, the evil doctor steals the Snorkasaurus.

Bigweed has invented a giant clomp machine to conquer Snorkland. He and Little Weed's intentions are to ruin the Snork Awards for Defense. At the awards, All-Star wins for his machine and Junior, as usual, is upset because his invention didn't. Little Weed takes advantage of this and weasels to get it away from Junior. She trades her goopgun for it, and the Seaweeds use this machine to infiltrate Snorkland. Junior tries to show everyone his goop gun but no one listens. Junior ends up saving the day, unusual for him, by using the Goopgun on the Seaweeds.

When the Snorks play a game, a man in a limosine come sup and looks for Occy. It seems that Occy is one of the long lost pets of the Snorkhamptons, which means BIG BUCKS! The Snorks disagree with him, but Junior thinks otherwise. the Snorks think it over and Junior makes All-Star say that Occy is not wanted, against his very will. Occy then runs off with the wealthy man to the big mansion where he meets the master. Occy goes through some rigorous training in order to behave like a rich dog. Occy misses his friends and his master invites them all to the Snorkutante Ball. The master decides that All-Star and Occy really belong together and this calls for a real celebration.

The Snorks fix up Corky's sub, and Smallstar gets inside and starts it up. The sub goes haywire and it crashes into the Boo Lagoon where the Skull Castle lays. The Snorks plan to help out, and tricks Junior into going with them when they say that there is a treasure. They meet a ghost, and they think that he was going to eat them. This ghost is a friendly one who was terrorized by the One-Eyed Pirate. They find Smallstar and the key to open the ghost's chains. They help the ghost fing his long lost love, Penelope.

The Governor unveils a new painting of himself in the town square, which is ruined by the mark of a red crayon. Interestingly enough, Casey was missing a red crayon from her set. Junior and his family blame All-Star and his friends for ruining the painting. Tooter later finds the red crayon and starts scribbling with it. Unfortunately, Junior catches Tooter with the evidence. Tooter is charged with defacing property, but when the trial begins, Tooter is nowhere to be found. The Snorks find Tooter by using Professor Galleo's secret weapon, the Silver Fish. While the Snorks find Tooter, someone else is scribbling red mustaches on the Governor's painting. The Snorks find Tooter being chased by a giant crab and almost gets caught in a bad sea current. Casey finds her red crayon when Baby Smallstar is found scribbling red mustaches on the painting! The charges against Tooter are dropped.

While on a field trip at the kelp factory, Tooter meets a hummerfish who follows him home. When the Snorks find out that the Hummerfish is to be killed, Tooter tries his best to protect him from Junior's dad. Tooter lets it go, but there is a whole lot of hummers in town and they are in a mad feeding frenzy.

At school, Galeo shows the Snorks some great archaeological finds. One of the interesting items is ancient handcuffs. Galeo fastens the cuffs on Junior's and All Star's arms and they spend the whole day handcuffed together. Galeo suggests that they climb the mountain where Galeo found the handcuffs and they have to work together to find the key.

To work on his football skills, Dimmy takes ballet lessons. He is ridiculed by a buch of bullies who instantly dub Dimmy a sissy. But Dimmy proves them wrong by using a few moves on the team. Dimmy then gets the whole team to take ballet lessons. The bullies then take over the dance school where the football team really gets at them.

Snorkland is getting ready for the Kelp Festival. All-Star and Junior vie in the kelp harvest competition. It seems like Junior's machine is better than All-Star's, put picks up a lot faster. Junior then picks a girl octopus to keep Occy busy while he sabotages All-Star's machine. All-Star's machine starts to go out of control and crashes. Occy then enters the race and tries all his might to pick the most kelp to help All-Star win the contest.

Junior finds a book on Famous leader Julius Seastar and decides to run against Casey using Julius's guidelines. Soon, all of the Snorks are rebelling against Junior.

Corky, Jo-Jo, Casey and All-Star rescue a dolphin that is in trouble. An evil captain is looking for him and tries to catch him as the Snorks help him get to the reef. Jo-Jo calls some whales to help him out, but he is caught anyway. The Snorks go on the boat and they are pursued by the captain. Corky frees the dolphin and makes the captain sink his ship.

The Sand Witch is terrorizing Snorkland and Corky tries to stop the magic portal. Bigweed messes up his submarine and they both get sucked in. Corky meets a Seastar to help him get out. Bigweed meets the Sand Witch who starts chasing him. The Sand Witch catches up with Corky and Bigweed to try to get out. They get out in time and seals up the portal, but the victory is short-lived.

Dr. Strangesnork creates a machine that steals people's shadows and makes them his slaves. Of course, Willie gets caught in the machine and his shadow is used against him. And the Shadow causes trouble for Snorkland and gets Willie blamed. Willis discovers that his shadow has been causing trouble, but no one believes him.

Tooter meets another tooting snork named Tadah and tries everything to get her to notice him. If only they can get her away from Tubah, the bully. Galeo creates an invention that magnifies his tooter that really blows Tubah out of the water! Tadah leaves with Tubah because of this. When a Clam Cruncher pursues them, Tubah loses out. Tooter makes contact with it and makes it go away.

Jo-Jo saves the town from a hammerhead shark, but he thinks that the Snorks like him because he is strong. The Snorks try to make him feel important to them. In Sculpture class, Jo-Jo creates a statue of a monster and everyone thinks that aliens have come to attack them. The Snorks then try to make him feel useful and he goes on a helping spree. His strength will destroy the town if the Snorks do not to something.

The Governor buys the Snorkshire estate, unaware that the place is haunted. Junior bets that they cannot stand a chance staying the night. While Junior scares them, there are real ghosts on the prowl. They find a treasure chest, only to be scared off by a monster. The ghosts are chased out too, but they are friendly ghosts who just want to keep the treasure. The ghosts and the Snorks go back to the house and find out that Bigweed was behind this caper the whole time. The Snorks and the ghost devise a terrific plan to get rid of the Seaweed thieves.

In the library, Junior and Daffney come across a rare back room. They find a magical book with a magical princess. The princess wants to trade places with Daffney. The princess is trying to find out about everything in the Snork world, while Junior is trying to get her wand. In the book, Daffney is having a ball with the help of the storyteller. Of course, she starts messing up all the stories. The princess, meanwhile, is getting in trouble and Junior bails her out each time, only to get the wand. He uses the wand to get hsi own way. The princess sees his true nature and wishes that she was back in the story. Meanwhile, Daffney changes the stories around and everyone is mad at her, and now she wants to leave Storyland. Junior gives the wand back to the Princess after being famous gets him in trouble.

While looking for both Daffney and Tooter, All-Star, Casey and Corky are caught by three ogres and are used as bait. They buy time while Daffney and Tooter try their best to get help. Daffney then disguises herself as a ghost to help her friends. Her plan fails and the ogres start arguing over who's gonna eat who. The Snorks escape to safety. Daffney finds out that she can do anything if she puts her mind to it.

All-Star and Junior compete against each other in a gymnastics event and Junior cheats. All-Star finds out and gets Junior in trouble. To get back at All-Star, Junior buys a myna bird to spy on all of the Snorks' plans.
