A young girl in the hospital wishes for her favorite actress, Han Kang-hee, to write back her fan letters. Her father tries his best to grant her wish, but it's not easy getting a top star actress to write back. Meanwhile, Han Kang-hee faces the biggest crisis in her career when rumors of her throwing out her fan letters without even reading them show up in the media.

Kang-hee finds out that the rumors about her, although good, stemmed from the fake reply letters Jung-seok wrote in her name. Even though she hates things that aren't true, Kang-hee decides to protect Jung-seok and Yu-na's pure hearts. Meanwhile, another scandal regarding Kang-hee begins to arise.
