Wisam and Arie are on the scene when a drunk man hits several people before his car comes to a stop on its head.

The whole of The Hague Central is evacuated and the arrest team is also on standby. Then they go to the beach in Scheveningen, because a man would harass women there.

Wisam and Arie go in search of a beggar who has been fooling residents of The Hague for a while.
