Finally, the programme visits Moldova, a tiny country where a quarter of the population rely on wine for their livelihood, to find out just why Russia stopped buying their wine.

In this edition, Joe visits Israel, to explore some wines grown in the promised land - but also close to the border with civil-war-torn Syria. Claire Smith aims for perfection in pairing an expensive white burgundy with turbot, and Gizzi cooks for two Napa Valley winemakers on a train.
