15 year-old Lexus thinks she's in labor and heads to the hospital. As a pregnant 16 year-old, McKayla finds prom dress shopping nearly impossible. 16 year-old Lilly's family gets to know the father of her baby, James, at his party.

McKayla. 17, decides to move out of her grandparents' house with her baby. Lexus, 16, reveals the details on her breakup with Shayden. 16 year-old Chloe's boyfriend Max has a lot to learn. Pregnant Emiley, 18, is frustrated with her boyfriend, Diego.

Parents-to-be Emalee and Nate attend school and Nate's motocross tournament together. Jenna and son Luca return to Pennsylvania from a summer spent in Myrtle Beach. Expecting 15-year old Kayleigh facetimes her boyfriend Graham and serves her family during a shift at work.

Shelly meets her granddaughter, despite McKayla's wishes she stay away. Amidst tension with Alex's family, Tyra reconnects with some old friends. Hailey begins to fear childbirth. Chloe gets ready for the prom and Max gets some bad news.

Chloe worries that Max might start trouble at Ava's baptism. Tyra is in the hospital and ready to have her baby. Matthew has been texting with Hailey's best friend. Rilah gets upset when her mother moves the family an hour away from her boyfriend.

Tension grows between McKayla's and Caelan's mothers; Kelsey realizes teen parents-to-be aren't prepared for what's next while driving home from Lexus' false labor; Lilly and her mom are upset when James bails on birthing class.

Lexus reunites with her child's father. Shannon tells her daughter, McKayla, she can move in, but her boyfriend is not welcome. Diego does not participate at Emiley's baby shower. Chloe reveals to Max that her mom doesn't like him and tension build.

Chloe has to miss school because Ava has pink eye. Tyra worries she's losing friends because of her pregnancy. Hailey finally meets Matthew's sister at a birthing class gone awry. And McKayla and Caelan have an argument they might not come back from.

Tensions are high as Myrka and Ethan confront Michelle for kicking them out. Alex walks off set, leaving Tyra to pick up the pieces. The teen moms discuss babies and boyfriends, and they give exciting updates on their lives.

Myrka and Ethan take a shopping trip with Ethan's parents. Alex drives Tyra and Layla to Tyra's cousin's house for a playdate. Jenna and Aden make pizzas with Jenna's high school friend. Lilly and Lawrence have fun at a family pool party.

Lawrence and his groomsmen head out for a bachelor party full of tequila and surprises -- much to Lilly's concern. Aniyah and Dakwon go out to lunch, and both seem concerned they'll be unable to stay faithful and present if he leaves for the Air Force.

Kayleigh has a successful C-section -- and welcomes baby Easton -- but he comes back to reality during the painful car ride home, where Graham offers little support. At her bachelorette party, a surprise stripper makes Lilly uncomfortable and infuriates Lawrence. Emalee and Westley have moved out of Taryn's, and are no longer speaking with her, putting Nate in the middle. Aniyah tries to get Dakwon to babysit so she can head out for work promoting at a party -- making her boyfriend jealous.

Jessica worries Reanna may be going into early labor. Tyra is furious that Julie’s internet boyfriend has moved in. Myrka invites her mom to her gender reveal party. Jenna refuses to move her pet rabbit’s cage to make room for a new crib.

Kylen and Jason's birth plan is derailed at the birthing center. Tiarra comes home from the hospital to a full house. Emersyn's mom confronts her over the rule breaking. Lilly adjusts to raising her two kids without her mom's help.

Aaliyah totally throws off Lilly's wedding planning when she comes down with the flu. Tension between JJ and Dalanie gets in the way of Jenna's birthday.
