The team battle with what were formerly legal highs, psychoactive drugs that could be legally bought from high street stores. Officers respond to a man who has been stabbed in mysterious circumstances, and a pair of boozy day-trippers are sent packing by Bath's city centre team after one of the pair is caught short in the bus station.

The team rush to a neighbourhood dispute that has escalated into a violent break-in, an unruly twelve-year-old is taught a shocking lesson in an attempt to make him learn the error of his ways, and the police help coordinate a search-and-rescue mission when a rambler becomes stuck in Weston-super-Mare's treacherous mud flats.
