It’s a star-studded Olympic-themed episode of “The Biggest Loser: Couples” to help kick off the winter games! This week, the contestants head to Colorado to train like Olympic athletes at the U.S. Olympic training facility in Colorado Springs.

Ali reveals to the contestants that two people will be going home, but there's a second twist. In addition to the yellow line, there will also be a red line. Whoever falls below the red line will be automatically eliminated and sent home prior to the voting. This causes tension between two players.

A contestant gets frustrated because medical conditions prevent them from working out at full capacity. The contestants are shocked when they find out the kitchen is off limits and learn why it's off limits. One team gets an amazing prize during a pop challenge about calories. Jillian and Bob help contestants learn how to make healthy choices when eating out by taking them to a restaurant. The contestants endurance is challenged before weigh in.

This week, the tables are turned when contestants get to train their trainers and are only too happy to put Bob and Jillian through the paces! Later, the remaining five players have to race up and down hills while carrying bags representing their total weight loss so far in a particularly grueling challenge. Then it's time to visit Dr. Huizenga for a progress report and to find out their new "real ages" now that they've lost so much weight. The players also try on their "goal outfits" and are amazed to see how far they've really come. Then after weighing in and eliminating one more contestant, the final four players head home, where they'll stay for 30 days before returning to weigh in at the ranch one last time.

Two finalists are named along with the two players who will compete for the third spot in the finale. Also: The contestants pull the weight they've lost up a mountain; the kids and the contestants receive health updates and reflect on their weight-loss journeys.

Investment guru Suze Orman, makes a guest appearance on the show to advise the contestants and to administer a quiz. She says she is there to help them find the balance between health and wealth. She tells them that obesity is a very expensive disease. She asks them financial questions relating to health and weight.

Chefs Curtis Stone and Lorena Garcia guide the players during a timed cooking contest. Elsewhere, the blue and black teams face off in a dragon-boat challenge, and the players choose one person from each team whose weight will count at the weigh-in.

Tracey tries to protect herself and Coach Mo by making controversial decisions that end up antagonizing the other players and frustrating her trainers. A temptation gives one player control of the game and the Challenge offers immunity. When two teams fall below the yellow line, one team sacrifices itself for the other.

The contestants all go home for 60 days, in which they have to find time to balance time with their families, their jobs, and find time to work out. Each player gets a phone call from either Bob or Jillian, explaining that they are going to run a marathon.

In this must-see, exciting live finale, the 15 contestants from this season return for a special reunion and a chance to weigh in one last time - and show America how much weight they've all lost since beginning their weight-loss journeys. Those who have been eliminated will compete for the $100,000 "at home" prize. Then it's the moment viewers have been waiting for, when one of the three finalists will be named this season's "Biggest Loser" and win the coveted grand prize of $250,000.

Previous winners John Rhode, Olivia Ward and Patrick House return to take on a difficult obstacle course along with the players. Also: The contestant who loses the highest percentage of weight for the week wins an SUV; the trainers and players watch videos documenting their progress.

This is the week the contestants are split into Bob's Blue team and Jillian's Black team. Alison tells the contestants that the winner of the temptation challenge will pick which players go to which team. The winner picks the new teams and splits up old teams; another player is sent home.

In this season six finale, all eight teams of families will return for a special reunion and a chance to weigh in one last time and show America how much weight they've lost since the beginning of their weight-loss journeys. The transformations will be profound, not just for the finalists, but also for the eliminated contestants who all continued to lose weight after they left the "Biggest Loser" ranch and returned home. Well aware that kids are often the toughest food critics, the red, white and blue teams race against the clock to prepare a nutritious and tasty dish that will be a hit with the kids - and earn the winning team members an incredible prize. Also this week, one team works out with a very special and inspiring group of women who have survived or are battling cancer. Later, it's time for the weigh-in and saying goodbye to another contestant

The contestants are on their own this week when trainers Bob, Jillian and Dolvett leave town to surprise kid participants Biingo, Lindsay and Sunny and their families with a visit to their hometowns. Some players struggle without their trainer, but others rise to the occasion, and an unexpected leader emerges. In honor of this week’s "Pay it Forward" theme, contestants run a 5K and money is donated to a local Boys and Girls Club, with the winning team earning $15,000 to split among themselves. The trainers plan special surprises for each kid in their hometown before returning to the ranch in time for last chance workouts, when Jillian has a run-in with a player on another trainer’s team. Later, the weigh-in brings welcome news to one player who has been struggling, before another player is sent home.

Michelle Obama discusses health and fitness with the six remaining players and meets with their families. She also joins the gang for a workout at the White House. Elsewhere, Bob counsels a player who turns to food for comfort; and Dolvett leads a last-chance workout in front of the Ulysses S. Grant Memorial.

The contestants swap teams and trainers after a calorie-counting challenge, and the realignment causes some tension. Later, the new teams face their first challenge together; and the trainers hold last-chance workouts away from the ranch.

The players try river surfing during a challenge, and the winner receives immunity and a helicopter ride. Elsewhere, the contestants begin competing as singles; a special visitor makes a surprise entrance; and the group go zip lining, rock climbing and bungee jumping.

The players compete as duos, which are arranged by the winner of a dinner temptation, but the pairings don't please everyone. Elsewhere, Bob and Jillian address the issues that are holding some contestants back. Then, the pairs stack sugar cubes for a challenge before a particularly tense weigh-in.

The contestants spend a week training with marines at California's Camp Pendleton. Their regimen includes hiking with large backpacks, rifle exercises and an obstacle-course challenge. At the end of the week, Bob and Jillian lead last-chance workouts before the next weigh-in.

The players compete in a 30-minute cook-off, which requires them to prepare an appetizer, entrée and dessert using only 12 ingredients. Judges Curtis Stone and Ali pick the best-tasting entries and name the winners, who receive a weigh-in advantage. Also: The winners of a surprise food-trivia challenge receive a day of pampering.

Bob and Jillian take turns making phone calls to the latest couples that will be arriving at the ranch. Each trainer is met with loud cheers and crying on the other end of the phone. The couples also find out their initial weigh-ins will take place in front their entire community.

The contestants are literally kept in the dark during a wild baked goods temptation; the contestants compete in the longest challenge in ``Biggest Loser'' history; a contestant tries to decide whether to stay at the ranch or go home.

Since The Biggest Loser is a global phenomenon, the last five players are surprised with a trip to the other side of the globe - Australia! Once there, they get a visit from The Biggest Loser: Australia winner, Adro, compete in a race around the city of Sydney, and climb the legendary Sydney Harbor Bridge. In the end, the final four players are determined by an emotional weigh-in and elimination.

Bob and Kim teach their teams how to exercise and eat healthy while on a cruise vacation. Their weekly challenge will consist of them, the contestants, delivering room service orders all over the cruise ship for an opportunity to win time with their loved ones.

Before participating in the weekly challenge, the remaining men share their dreams with everyone else. This week, the challenge will prove to be one of the hardest ones yet. The contestants must hang on with their arms and legs to a tube hanging above a swimming pool. Can the remaining five contestants handle it?

""Final Weigh-In at the Ranch"" It's payback time as the contestants turn the tables and ""train"" the trainers. This episode is the final weigh in at the ranch, preceded by the contestants reflecting on this journey that has changed their lives, and followed by a vote to trim the players' numbers down to three.

The contestants are given an overwhelming surprise when they come face-to-face with their old, bigger, selves - cardboard cutouts as they apperaed the first day they arrived. The players run around a track with a weighted vest carrying the weight that each has lost so far. Ryan comes closest to his time from a previous run, winning himself immunity. At the weigh-in, Maurice and Lisa find themselves eligible for elimination, and when the other players vote, Ryan betrays his pinky promise with Lisa by being the swing vote for her ticket out of the house.

The teams are dissolved, and the 10 remaining players compete in an endurance challenge before a double elimination takes place. Meanwhile, the trainers work out with different contestants; and a player struggles with negative thoughts.

It’s the halfway point in the season, and the contestants find out that the weight of only one player on each team will count this week, but they won’t know who it will be until the weigh-in. With this week’s theme of “Leading by example,” trainers Bob, Jillian and Dolvett skype with kid participants Biingo, Sunny and Lindsay, and motivate each one to do just that. While Sunny creates a circuit training routine for her fellow classmates, Biingo tries to recruit more friends to his after-school sports club. Lindsay gives an anti-bullying speech to her peers, joined by special guest Cody Simpson, who also talks about his experience being teased before performing for the kids. The adult contestants compete in a crazy challenge requiring them to avoid three swinging pendulums while walking on a balance beam to retrieve calorie-coded plates matching five specific dishes.

The contestants celebrate Thanksgiving week with a special challenge - racing to load boxes of Thanksgiving food into trucks headed to help tornado victims in Moore, Oklahoma, where one player has a special connection. Members of the winning team are very thankful for their prize - a holiday dinner shared at the ranch with loved ones flown in for the celebration. Emotional reunions follow, as the winning team, their trainer and their family members gather for a Thanksgiving feast and share what they are most grateful for. Also, one player gets encouragement from his trainer to talk to his family about a long-kept secret, and the show catches up with one of season 14's child ambassadors, Sunny, to see how she is doing today. Then it's time for weigh-in and another elimination, which leaves one trainer giving a very tearful and emotional farewell to one of their players.

The contestants receive makeovers, with fashion guidance from Tim Gunn and new hairstyles from Ken Paves. They then return home to reveal their new looks to friends and family. Meanwhile, the players aim to lose a certain percentage of body weight in order to win immunity for everyone.

As the teams continue to lose teammates, one team begins to lose their confidence. So, their trainer brings in a special visitor from the past to talk to them and help them regain their confidence once again. But will this be enough to get the team back on track, or will the team continue to fall apart, despite their trainer's efforts?

This week kicks off with the players returning from a workout, only to find that the kitchen and refrigerators are empty. Tasked with trying to affordably stock the kitchen with a week’s worth of healthy food, the contestants race against time to make healthy purchases within their budget at a grocery. Later, one contestant struggles to keep trying her best despite weight loss setbacks, while Dr. H and one of the trainers help a contestant realize the importance of addressing the emotional issues that contribute to weight gain. Trainers Bob, Jillian and Dolvett skype with kid participants Biingo, Lindsay and Sunny, and then a swimming challenge puts the players to the test as they compete for one of the most coveted prizes of all. Finally, a tearful elimination sends another player home.

The off-site contestants move to the ranch and face their first elimination. The ranch players, however, learn they'll be able to skip elimination if they combine to lose more than 48 pounds. Elsewhere, a player's weight-loss secret is exposed; and the teams compete in a challenge involving weights.

The identities of the unknown trainers are revealed. Elsewhere, the players compete for a healthy meal prepared by Curtis Stone and a two-pound advantage at the weigh-in; Dr. Huizenga provides more health assessments; Bob and Jillian look for the roots of players' weight struggles; the winner of a water-carrying challenge receives the sole vote during elimination; and a team's weigh-in results surprise the trainers.

The players compete for immunity, which is awarded to the group that loses the most weight. Elsewhere, Dr. Huizenga provides health assessments of the contestants, whose loved ones are also briefed; the players compete in a bridge-building challenge.

One contestant creates tension in the house by expressing a wish to go home; professional tennis player Anna Kournikova gives the contestants tennis lessons before they face a challenge involving tennis balls; another contestant is sent home.

This week, the contestants are faced with a temptation that will cause each of them to examine the real reason they've come to the ranch. Then it's off to an outdoor challenge, where they'll race by sea kayak and then on foot to the top of a mountain, hoping to win immunity as well as a coveted phone call home. Later, one contestant pushes trainer Bob Harper to the limit, causing him to freak out during last chance workouts before a surprising weigh-in leads to a heartbreaking elimination.

As eight contestants remain, everything changes with twists at every corner. The teams are no more, contestants are forced to work with their enemies, and even the weigh-in will have a special twist this time around. All this leads up to the most shocking elimination yet. Who will it be?

The contestants meet in a diner to answer questions about obesity, and the losing team must work in the eatery for a week. Meanwhile, a trainer helps one of the players work through personal obstacles; and a contestant's family get on a healthy track.

One team must work out for a week without the guidance of their trainer, who secretly monitors his players to track their progress. The losing team is determined by a dunk-tank challenge, in which Bob and Dolvett are suspended over water and must rely on the contestants to keep them dry.

A new batch of couples arrive at the ranch and are shocked to learn they'll be split up to compete against each other in the Season 13 premiere. The new round has a "No Excuses" theme, and the trainers address the reasons the contestants are overweight.

The final six contestants receive makeovers, which include a $1000 shopping spree and a salon visit with stylist Jonathan Antin. After the transformations, the players reveal their new looks to family and friends and attend a concert by Ashanti. Later, the contestants are suspended over a pool while working out on cardio machines.

Caroline informs the remaining six contestants that the duos are gone from here on out. Now, they will all be competing against each other by themselves. Aside from this change in the game, one contestant will shock everyone with their new look. Meanwhile, two other contestants will end up having a fight between each other.

The contestants arrive in Park City, Utah to begin their week of training with Olympic athletes. They meet with Dolvett, who introduces them to eight-time Olympic speed skater Apollo Ohno. Apollo introduces the contestants to the Olympic training center and gives them a few tips on handling the psychological aspects of training.

Alison drops a bomb on the contestants: this week, another person will be going home. Before there's time to freak out, she informs them the one person chosen to go home will represent his or her entire team at next week's weigh-in and take the team trainer home for the week. A massive wheel with the contestants' faces on it is spun and the lucky/unlucky winner is... Jay from the White Team! Although Jillian is less than thrilled to go to Farmington, Missouri for the week, Jay is ecstatic to see his family again. He's greeted by a packed room of friends and family.

It’s halfway through the competition, and the remaining eight players go to singles this week. The contestants face their first temptation in honor of Valentine’s Day, featuring favorite Valentine’s Day treats and the promise of the winner getting a weigh-in-advantage for themselves and a friend. Meanwhile, the trainers continue to motivate the kid participants to stay active and work toward their goals at home. Jillian arranges for Sunny to take a Bollywood dance class, Dolvett motivates Lindsay to attend a cheerleading practice, and Biingo anxiously waits for news from the doctor about whether he’ll be able to start practicing for the youth baseball league tryouts that Bob set up for him. Back at the ranch, one player displays an amazing act of kindness, and another has an emotional, heart to heart talk with a trainer about the circumstances leading to his weight gain.

It's Thanksgiving week at the Biggest Loser ranch, and contestants will be celebrating with turkey, football and very special guests! First, NFL Super Bowl MVPs Jerry Rice and Steve Young stop by to put the contestants through NFL-style drills. Then celebrity chef Rocco DiSpirito helps the contestants make a healthy version of a traditional Thanksgiving dinner. Later, the contestants are really thankful when they receive special videos from home.

The players go home for two weeks before returning to the ranch to run a 5K on treadmills. After completing the challenge, the players must once again choose which trainers they want to work with. A few contestants reach a milestone.

The teams compete for use of the gym during the week; the losing team must work out elsewhere. Also: A trainer tries to help a player open up; a challenge requires the teams to push a train 800 feet while attempting to answer food-based trivia questions; and a contestant reaches a milestone at the weigh-in.

The players carry the weight they've lost so far during a golf-themed challenge and receive support from Season 10 champ Patrick House. Elsewhere, two finalists are named; the gang prepare turkey burgers for kids in a cooking competition; and last-chance workouts are held.

The players compete for Super Bowl tickets during NFL week at the ranch. Pros Clay Matthews, Drew Brees and Tony Gonzalez head up a football-throwing challenge, while Tim Tebow, Shawne Merriman and Eric Dickerson conduct last-chance workouts.

Gym-time restrictions are put into place, allowing each team only two hours a day to work out. Elsewhere, the contestants receive health evaluations from Dr. Huizenga, who delivers particularly shocking news to one player; and the teams move a ball through a maze during a challenge.

The trainers prepare Thanksgiving dinner for the players, who also face a temptation challenge with a three-pound advantage prize for the winner. Elsewhere, a tough challenge requires the players to climb one mile on Jacob's Ladder treadmills.

The teams pick captains, and only two members from each team work out with the trainers. Elsewhere, a mud-pit challenge tests the players' balance; a pop challenge involves elaborate cakes; and some contestants discuss their problems with their trainers.

The contestants must face their favorite foods during a temptation challenge. The winner chooses which group will work out with the new trainers. Later, the players compete in a calorie-counting challenge in order to win letters from home; Jillian puts Bob through a difficult yoga workout; and a player forms a strategy to send someone home

Conclusion. Contestants face their fears in Hawaii. Included: One player tries rappelling down a waterfall, and another goes rope-swinging through the jungle. Later, the contestants use coconuts to tackle a lacrosse-inspired obstacle course.

After revisiting the hospital to check in on their progress, the remaining players face off in one of the biggest challenges in "Biggest Loser" history -- they must fly across a ravine on zip-lines and collect flags. One player gets the chance to give immunity to himself or one of his teammates, and his decision ultimately affects his own fate. And a shocking announcement at the weigh-in changes the way the rest of the game will be played.

This week's first challenge is a temptation with, literally, hundreds of cookies. Ali tells the teams that whoever wins this temptation challenge will get a huge reward: they'll be able to divide everyone into the two traditional teams, Blue and Black. Also, they could give one contestant immunity from this week's elimination. Let the games begin!

The teams are dissolved, leaving the nine remaining players to compete on their own. Later, a tug-of-war contest finds the contestants competing for a shopping spree with Jessica Simpson; a trainer helps a player face her fear of heights; and a contestant turns the tables on a trainer.

Season 12 kicks off with two new trainers – internationally renowned tennis star and certified trainer Anna Kournikova and top fitness expert Dolvett Quince – joining “Biggest Loser” favorite Bob Harper, and 15 contestants competing in a “Battle of the Ages” that will group contestants by age for the first time ever in the history of the show. Host Alison Sweeney tells the teams that they will make their first game-changing decision – who their trainer will be – in the order in which they finish the first challenge. Once each team chooses their trainer, “The Battle of the Ages” begins. The new contestants include Vinny Hickerson, who overcame a difficult childhood to become a successful Nashville recording artist, Antone Davis, a 447-pound father of four and former NFL player for the Philadelphia Eagles and Atlanta Falcons, and Bonnie Griffin, a 63-year-old grandmother of six who lost her home to Hurricane Katrina and lost her husband not long after.

The contestants go to Hawaii to test their ability to lose weight during vacation. During the trip, the players face off in a trivia contest and a challenge involving tikis and leis. Later, surfer Bethany Hamilton gives the gang surf lessons.

A game of "Elimination," where the last team standing wins immunity for the week, causes rifts in the house, as the remaining eight teams get more competitive with each other. But Bob and Jillian are determined to work their teams harder in order to post more impressive numbers on the big scale at the weigh-in.

In part two of this week's two-part episode, the contestants continue to adjust to their newly formed blue and black teams. They also meet Prevention Magazine editor Liz Vaccariello and take a pop quiz about health and aging. Then it's a grueling last chance workout leading up to weigh-in, after which another player is sent packing.

The players travel to Washington DC and get a tour of the White House. They meet the White House chef for the tour, and they are shown Michelle Obama's garden where she grows vegetables to eat in the White House. The contestants help to pick and prepare vegetables, then eat them at lunch. The weigh-in is held at the steps of the Lincoln Memorial.

A player goes home and takes a trainer along for the trip. But the prize comes at a cost: the player's weight is the only one that counts for the team at the weigh-in. Elsewhere, the contestants at the ranch navigate a maze to fill a cylinder with soda; and a trainer lashes out at a player who hides behind humor.

The competition heats up as only eight players remain. One team is surprised with a special trip to Las Vegas, but will they maintain their diets and workouts in Sin City, or give in to temptation? Then, in a very emotional elimination, one unsuspecting player makes the ultimate sacrifice for their team.

Bob and Kim prepare their teams for this week's challenge: racing up the stairs of a 10-story building. With immunity as the prize, both teams will have to do their best. Meanwhile, the secret black team, trained by Jillian Michaels, is finally revealed to the other contestants, who will join them in competing for the title of "The Biggest Loser" and $250,000.

The contestants visit home and must continue dieting and exercising while away from the ranch. Soon after arriving, the players receive stationary bikes and learn they'll have to ride the distance of a full marathon. They can also add time to an opponent's ride by eating up to 48 mini-cupcakes.

The teams compete for a night out on the town during a pop challenge to estimate the length of a mile. The losers must clean the ranch. Elsewhere, another challenge finds the players racing to light up a board; the losing team receives no votes at elimination.

The trainers test the players to see what they've learned during their time at the ranch. The contestants have a chance to add to their scores by playing a "Biggest Loser" video game. Later, the players compete for an advantage at the weigh-in during a stair-building challenge utilizing weighted sandbags.

This week brings a shake-up no one sees coming when all of the contestants are divided into just two teams, blue and black, leaving many players without their original trainer. Drama ensues, especially with one team who struggles to get used to their new trainer. And contestants are put to the test with one of the longest challenges ever, in which each team tries to put as many miles as they can on their bike in a 24-hour period.

The players pull a car for a half mile with NASCAR's Clint Bowyer on hand for support. Former contestant Tara Costa also participates in the challenge. Later, Sam Poueu and Ali Vincent lead a gym workout and offer inspiration to the group.

This week, the age-old excuse "I'm stuck in my comfort zone" is addressed as contestants are pushed out of their comfort zones by switching trainers for the week. The red team works out with trainer Bob Harper, while the black team burns calories with trainer Dolvett Quince. And one trainer gets out of his own comfort zone by trying ballet with his female contestants! Also, the teams get down and dirty in a 70-foot wide mud pit, filled with various weight plates they have to find in a messy challenge that will give one team a big advantage. A Chinese-buffet temptation offers the winner a two-pound advantage at the weigh-in and an opportunity to match up players for a gym challenge. Later, the teams compete in a water-transfer challenge for the chance to video chat with loved ones; a player makes a shocking decision.

The season premiere kicks off with the contestants arriving at the ranch in teams of two, including mother/daughter, father/son, sisters, best friends, grandparents, cousins, an engaged couple and former models. Included among them are the series' oldest players yet (63-year-old grandparents), youngest male contestant (18), heaviest female contestant (379 lbs.) and heaviest contestant ever in the history of the show (454 lbs.). Alison Sweeney hosts and trainers Bob Harper and Jillian Michaels return to train the 11 couples who begin the show with a combined weight of more than 3.5 tons.

The contestants receive Cinderella-themed makeovers with fashion guidance from Tim Gunn and new hairstyles from Ken Paves. The players then show off their new looks to friends and family at a castle, where the band OneRepublic perform. Elsewhere, the players search for two keys hidden in car-shaped sandcastles during a challenge.

The contestants from this season return for a special reunion and a chance to weigh in one last time - and show America how much weight they've all lost since beginning their weight-loss journeys. Those who have been eliminated will compete for the $100,000 "at home" prize. Then it's the moment viewers have been waiting for, when one of the three finalists will be named this season's "Biggest Loser" and win the coveted grand prize of $250,000!

Bob, Kim, and season 2 winner Matt Hoover head over to their high schools to teach the kids about childhood obesity, proper exercise, and nutrition. Meanwhile, Bob and Kim talk to the school lunch ladies about replacing the unhealthy food options with healthier ones. They will attempt to inspire the kids to change their unhealthy lifestyles and educate their families.

Caroline Rhea is back to host The Biggest Loser's third season! This time, 50 contestants will be chosen - one from each state in the U.S. There will be new surprises awaiting them, including the introduction of the new Red Team trainer - Kim Lyons. The contestants will soon learn that only 14 of them will get to stay at the ranch, sending the remaining 36 back home to compete on their own, with a chance of returning to the ranch to win the $250,000 grand prize.

The contestants go on a trip to the Grand Canyon; a temptation challenge provides the winning team with a more-luxurious trip; the contestants must exercise without a gym or trainers; a medical condition threatens to sideline a contestant.

It's Super Bowl week on the Biggest Loser ranch, and that means food, football and fun with two special guest stars - celebrity chef Curtis Stone and NFL MVP Kurt Warner. First, Stone tests the contestants' calorie knowledge of traditional Super Bowl snacks, then teaches them how to make healthier versions. Later, one contestant has to leave the ranch for a very important arrival at home, while another surprises her teammates with a new change in attitude. Then it's time for the challenge, when Warner puts the contestants through an NFL-style drill that will give the winner an especially valuable prize this week. Then the partners who were sent home for 30 days while their teammates stayed on the ranch are welcomed back. But the reunion celebration is quickly followed by a tense weigh-in and elimination that will leave one team heading home.

This week, the contestants hike up a hill to find over 100 keys, but only two teams will find the keys that unlock the Biggest Loser gym. The rest of the teams have to learn to creatively work out all week without the use of the gym. Later, a rowing machine challenge pits team against team, and then a surprising turn of events leads to one contestant heading home.

Twelve contestants remain, as they continue to endure the pain from their injuries and the disputes from their trainers. They'll have to decide whether to continue on with the next physical challenge and resist the food temptations that continue to tempt them. Can they do it?

When the teams get a chance to go to Las Vegas, they'll have to endure some very tempting temptations. They will have to make some very tough decisions while they're there. Will they be able to resist, or will they lose it all for some cash?

The teams are shocked to learn that the gym has been locked for the week, which prompts Bob and Kim to teach them that they can workout anywhere without using the gym. Meanwhile, the Blue Team attempts to break their losing streak by winning the weekly challenge at the Los Angeles Coliseum.

In order to keep their team together, one team will have to step it up after back-to-back losses. The weekly temptation will not make things any easier, as the losing team will be left without their trainer and have to order takeout for the next 72 hours.

Caroline informs the remaining players that from this point forward, the Red and Blue teams are no more. The players will now be paired up with another and compete as a duo, and one player will have the opportunity to decide who will compete as duos.

They remaining players at the ranch are shocked when Caroline Rhea informs them that some of the 36 players sent home at the beginning will be rejoining them. Two players will be joining the competition at the ranch, and will have to struggle to adapt to Bob and Kim's training.

As the players are narrowed down, Caroline reveals to everyone that they will now play as individuals. The remaining players will receive a makeover and a photo shoot to showcase their new thin bodies. And during the weekly challenge, one of the player's will have to face their greatest fear.

It's the final week at the ranch, and the remaining contestants prepare to return home. They will try to take what they've learned at the ranch and apply it to their every day lives to continue losing weight on their own.

This week, the teams compete in a lively cook-off challenge, with celebrity chef Rocco DiSpirito as the judge. The winning team gets a special dinner prepared by Rocco, plus a very desirable "surprise" from home. Also, one team faces a setback when one of their strongest players suffers an injury, and one of the contestants gets a surprise visitor. In the end, another player is sent packing.

This week, the remaining contestants are sent home to see their loved ones for the first time since leaving to come to the ranch. But this is no vacation, as the contestants must eat and exercise without the help of their trainers and with all of the distractions and temptations of the real world. After returning to the ranch, the teams face off in a challenge that tests their endurance before an elimination round sends another player packing.

It's makeover week, and legendary fashion maven Tim Gunn helps the contestants find flattering new clothing styles and haircuts. Then in this week's challenge, players must walk backwards on treadmills suspended above water - and two contestants battle it out for more than an hour.

It's the last episode before the season finale, and time for the final four contestants to reflect on their weight loss journeys and the amazing progress they've made. They'll try on their former "big" clothes and watch highlight videos with their trainers showing just how far they've come. Then, in their final challenge of the season, the contestants will have to carry all the weight they have lost as they race around a track, shedding one week's weight loss at each pit stop until they cross the finish line. Later, at the final weigh-in, two players fall below the yellow line, and then make their heartfelt pleas to viewers, as America will once again decide which of the two will become the third finalist at the season finale.

The teams learn two players will be eliminated this week, adding importance to a ball challenge that provides the winning team an advantage at the weigh-in. Elsewhere, Cara and Brett lead a workout at a mixed-martial-arts gym owned by Bas Rutten, while Bob and Jillian help their players push beyond their limits.

A team must leave the ranch and live on a limited budget after losing an egg-balancing challenge. Elsewhere, Bob's team visit an inner-city school to discuss fitness; the contestants participate in an Easter egg hunt, which includes 5000 eggs and a special golden egg; and a player reaches a milestone.

The contestants receive makeovers before traveling to Washington, D.C., to meet Michelle Obama and debut their new looks to friends and family. Fashion pro Jeannie Mai and celebrity hairstylist Ken Paves assist with the transformations.

The players push themselves during exercise sessions at outdoor gyms set up by the trainers; the adults receive health assessments; the NFL's Antonio Gates encourages the contestants during a football-theme challenge; and the kids take a fitness test.

The trainers pick one player to represent their teams at the weigh-in. Elsewhere, the contestants work under a time limit to prepare low-calorie dishes for Season 11 champ Olivia Ward and cookbook author Devin Alexander; and Dr. Huizenga delivers good news to a player.

A temptation challenge for Valentine's Day places the players in a room full of chocolate. The person who eats the most candy has the option to swap two players from each team. Later, the groups compete in a five-part relay race; Jillian goes horseback riding with a contestant; and a team receives videos from home.

The teams merge into one and learn that they have a chance to avoid an elimination if they're able to collectively lose 100 lbs. during the week. A candy-temptation setup complicates their efforts, however. Also: The players navigate a haunted maze and collect apples during a Halloween-themed challenge

Alison surprises all three teams with an exotic getaway vacation, but they soon learn that they will be faced with temptations and challenges unlike any they have faced at the campus. Later, after the weigh-in, those who lost will try to forge an alliance with the others before deciding who to vote off.
