Adam goes on 2 group dates with each of the girls; with each group, he must then choose a girl to spend that evening with him. While this is going on, 3 of his buddies from the first season have selected 5 nice looking girls to add to the competition, unbenounst to him. The next day, the girls were invited to a barbecue at Adam's house. The problem is that the hot models are also coming, to his surprise. The models arrive first, but Adam sends them packing, then enjoys the day with the regular girls, without ever telling them about what happened minutes before their arrival.

The competition continues as Anna and the joes go on a trip to Sea World, while 7 hunks are on the road, ready to step into the game. Anna goes on three dates and not all of them turn out to be the way she expected... the guys try to win over her and she seems to be having hard time when she needs to eliminate 4 guys. Just as the guys leave the show, the hunks arrive, ready to win over Anna...

Adam and the final five – Christine, Stephanie, Rachel, Amy and Samantha – spent the day together at Universal Studios Hollywood theme park and got the VIP treatment. They took an entire backlot tour without waiting in a single line. It was like they had the park to themselves. (Frankly, I don't know which would be a bigger fantasy come true: dating five women or having the run of a theme park. Okay, now that I'm not eleven, I'd say the women, but the theme park thing is a close second.) And while everyone should have been having fun, they weren't. Adam said there was definite ""tension"" in the air and that he felt a ""bad vibe."" Now that there were only five left, the camaraderie that the women once shared was gone. As if there wasn't already enough competition for Adam's attention, the day started with some tasks where the women went head-to-head against each other to win private dates. In the first task, each woman got her own basketball hoop and ball. The woman who made a basket first would win. The catch? The hoops were in a million pieces. Each woman had to put together her own portable basketball hoop, straight out of the box and then make the shot. The disassembled hoops were intimidating, with literally dozens of screws, bolts and thing-a-ma-bobbies (yes, I believe that is the technical term). Most of the women struggled with the task, but Jennifer L. used her clueless state to her advantage and spent a good bit of time with Adam as he tried to help her out. Tracilee had the inherent disadvantage of inhumanly long fingernails, which Jennifer A. had dubbed ""silver Fritos."" The first episode of Average Joe introduces us with beautiful bachelorette, Melana Scantlin. She is a former NFL cheerleader and a beauty queen wishing to meet the perfect guy. She was thinking that she will meet beacutiful hunks on the island and have to decide between them. So she knew, that instead of hunks, she will have to choose between average looking people. Before anything happend, Kathy Griffin told the guys how this will change their lives forever. When Melana finally arrived, she was totally shocked to find out the truth.

In the first episode of 2nd Season we meet new leading lady, Larissa who is a former Miss Missouri USA, just like Melana from 1st Season. She explains that one more reason for here being there is to discover what she wants in a man. In the meantime, we can see how the guys are arriving to the island. Next night Larissa finally met the guys that were there just for her. So, they introduced themselves to Larissa. Soon Larissa freaked out and wanted to quit everything, but she comed to her senses later. Each guy wanted to introduce himself better to her and convince her that he is the write guy for her-hoping to not be the guy between the 4 guys that will leave the island on the same night. After they had a nice time together, Larissa and the guys went to the living room where she decided who will be leaving tonight.

After more than a year, Average Joe returns with a new beautiful bachelorette Anna Chudoba, who has a power to choose between presented hunks... the new twist this season includes makeovers and more... Fredo LaPonza, Brian Worth & David Daskal, all ex-joes in season 2, return in this episode to train the new joes before their meeting with Anna... Larissa Meek (a season two bachelorette) also returns to help the guys. After showing their special talents, the joes are all excited to meet Anna. Meanwhile, Anna was taken to a yacht where she'll be living through the whole series. She confesses how much she wants to meet a dream-guy. Later, Anna is about to meet the joes... and she has no idea that she'll meet everything but her dream-guy...

Six guys remain and they compete to try and win Melana's heart. They are divided into three groups of two and have to win different competitions to earn alone time with her. Melana begins to develop feelings for Adam while Brad schemes to have Zach thrown out of the picture. In the end, only three guys will remain. Melana doesn't fall for Brad's scheme and eliminates him. Jerry and Tareq are also eliminated from the group. Now Zach, Adam and John are left, but things are about to change. Three new guys are introduced: Michael, Jason and Alex. Oh, and by the way, they are HOT. You may in fact remember Michael as the cute boy who introduced himself to Melana on the very first night, then disappeared in the white stretch limo. The Average Joes were stunned, as was Melana. Kathy told the guys to ""welcome their new roommates and their newest competitors.""

Let's start by getting to know the new guys, shall we? Michael, a model from California, said he has no trouble meeting women. Gee, that's a shocker. Alex, a vet tech/model originally from Venezuela, admitted his looks have gotten him opportunities in life. Jason, also from California, said his goal was to become a weatherman. Seriously, he already had his name picked out: Jason Storm. And things were about to get stormy.

Emotions and frustrations heat up as some of the guys are denied individual dates; Melana takes extreme measures to learn more about the character of each of the finalists.

In the second episode guys were surprised when they found out that they will face/off in a boxing ring and that Larissa will be the ring girl. They had to work really hard to win because their fight will have an influence on Larissa's decidion about who will leave the island and who will stay. After their match, Thom, Mike, Tim and David went with Larissa to the first excursion to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. On their time alone, Larissa discussed with Tim about his agression on the boxing match and had a few good moments with David-they kissed. On the second group date, Justin, Bill, Sean, Brian and Fredo joined Larissa. They went to scuba diving. Just like in the previously group date, she had a discussion with each one of the guys. She chose Fredo. On the thrid date, Phuc, Brian W, Tony, Donato and Sam joined Larissa, as they went to the jungle and by the waterfall. Again, each one of the guys had a little time with Larissa chosed Tony for a date where they made portraits of eac
