1950s Berlin is a torn city, and ripe for espionage, allowing encrypted messages to pass both ways across the barriers. The Russians are somehow staying ahead of the Americans, and the Sorcerer is determined to unearth the mole. Budapest 1956 and Cuba 1960. While the Soviet Union barely masks its takeover of countries of interest, the CIA works behind the scenes to aid the resistance movements, and Jack is caught between politics and a just cause as Washington weighs whether to honor its promises.
