After somehow seeing Capt. Kenneth Push in a vision at a murder scene, Allison calls upon his assistance to find a serial killer. However, the only way Capt. Push can help is by literally putting his life on the line.

Allison investigates the supposed suicide of a girl who was dating D.A. Larry Watt's son Greg. When the girl's body is found in a ravine, new evidence is presented that implicates the defense attorney. Meanwhile, Joe is concerned about one of his colleagues after Allison has a premonition of the colleague having a heart attack.

Allison seeks Catherine's (the psychic she talked to in "Pilot") help after learning that Joe has scheduled a biopsy exam. The psychic gives her a strange message that later comes back to haunt Allison. A case about the homicide of a police officer takes a shocking turn when Allison dreams where the murder weapon is located and is then called to the stand to testify how she obtained the information. Meanwhile, Allison fears that Joe is having an affair when he repeatedly comes home late from work.

Allison dreams that she's a woman who's been committed to a mental institution in 1959. After viewing taped sessions from the clinic, Allison discovers that the woman from her dream had made claims of being Allison DuBois, living in 2005.

After Alison has a terrible dream of her soldier brother dying, she gets a surprise at her front door. Meanwhile, Allison and Devalos work on an arson case and Allison has trouble getting information from the ghost of a young girl who died in the fire.

Allison's daughter Ariel dreams that she is a young girl named Sarah being held captive by an ogre in a castle. While Joe agonizes over the possibility that both of his daughters have inherited their mother's psychic abilities, Allison tries to help Ariel and interpret the dream. However, Allison's advice provokes Ariel to run away from a field trip in order to follow up a clue.

While Allison is coping with Joe's job relocation to San Diego, she dreams about and then subsequently meets a bank teller named Mrs. Boddicker who predicted a robbery at her bank.

Allison has a dream of a husband and wife committing a murder/suicide. D.A. Devalos introduces her to a friend of his, Detective Lee Scanlon, who's sister and brother in-law's deaths were also ruled a murder/suicide, and sees a connection. After learning about Allison's methods of investigation, Scanlon decides he doesn't want her help.

Allison investigates the case a woman's murdered husband. Meanwhile, her brother Michael gets a job as a telephone hotline psychic which leads him to visit a distressed customer in Arizona - the same customer whose case Allison is investigating.

A young deaf girl is kidnapped, causing Allison to completely lose her hearing. With Allison at a loss, Joe decides to help her and Cynthia Keener investigate the kidnapping.

A serial killer from the past begins to possess people so he can kill again. Allison races against the clock to save his next victim, but she becomes a target in the process.

Allison has recurring dreams of her past, causing strange and shocking changes to her current life. Her dreams of the past threaten her life in the present as she tries to stop a predator before he strikes.

Allison is lead to an art gallery where she encounters the art of a popular artist. While looking at some of his paintings 3-dimensional images emerge that make her believe that the artist is somehow involved in a crime. Joe gets a job offer from a former co-worker. – this episode is partly in 3D

While Capt. Push lingers between life and death, Allison struggles to decipher confusing messages from the other side in an attempt to stop a serial killer before he claims his next victim.

Allison tries convincing Devalos that she heard a witness misinforming a police sketch artist, making them look for the wrong man. Meanwhile, 6-year-old Bridgette's new playmate indicates that another member of the family can see the dead.

Allison meets Meghan Doyle, Joe's new business partner. Meanwhile, her old car stops working and Joe surprises her with a nice looking used car. The car ends up being the center of a horrible unsolved crime though.

When a case from ten years is re-opened, Allison finds herself in a chaotic situation. Things continue to get messier when Allison finds out that the convicted man is innocent, and that someone she knows and trusts may have been involved in his framing.

Allison believes that a paranoid schizophrenic girl was framed for her parents' murder years ago. Meanwhile, Bridgette suffers through the agony of her first crush on a guy friend.

Joe brings a reluctant Allison with him to a party at a prospective employer's house. Later on, the employer's daughter disappears, leading Allison to connect her recent dreams about Paris to the disappearance. Now it's up to Allison to save the daughter, which coincidentally will also secure Joe a job.

Allison runs into the man who kidnapped her daughter in one of her dreams at the District Attorney's office. She learns that he is a "Good Samaritan" who witnessed a robbery and is fully cooperating. After learning that he has kidnapped multiple young women, Allison reaches a roadblock in her investigation that leads her to yet another unbelievable breakthrough in the case. Meanwhile, Joe tutors Ariel in math, which in turn brings Allison to another shocking discovery.

Allison and her daughters dream of the same mysterious girl who may be linked to the bizarre serial murders of entire families. Joe and his boss find themselves at odds while working on a major project.

Allison is called to help Devalos investigate the shocking death of a well-respected assemblyman, but for some reason she has visions of a young boy trapped in a well mixed in with her visions of the assemblyman. She must figure out what the dreams of the young boy mean because the dreams of the assemblyman alone aren't enough for her to solve the assemblyman's death.

When Allison's car is wrecked, the SUV she rents turns out to have some unusual features, including a satellite radio that allows her to hear other people's conversations.

Allison's recent habit of sleepwalking keeps landing her in dangerous situations. This leaves her exhausted while she hurries to solve a kidnapping case before it's too late.

All outside noise is drowned out as a popular song is continuously played very loud, and only in Allison's head. The song gives Allison clues to the whereabouts of a missing coed.

Joe tries to prove that Allison's dreams are stress related by sending descriptions of them to law enforcement agencies. However, when one of her dreams matches a homicide in Texas, his attempt is thwarted.

Evidence shows that a pilot is indeed guilty of his wife's murder. However, in Allison’s dream, when the pilot is put in jail, there is a plane crash where hundreds of people are killed. Should Allison put forth the evidence to land this guilty man in jail, or let him go free in order to save hundreds of innocent lives?

Allison has a vision that could jeopardize D.A. Devalos' chances for re-election. Meanwhile, Joe runs into an ex-girlfriend from college.

Allison's recurring dream about two young boys racing a train is analyzed by Dr. Leonard Cardwell, but Allison soon learns that he's involved. Devalos investigates the case of a 14-year-old who confessed to murder.

Allison encounters a psychopathic doctor who raped and murdered numerous teenage girls years ago. After learning that an evil soul has been possessing people, she sets forth to stop it before a new victim is found. Meanwhile, Ariel's math teacher accuses her of cheating and Joe steps up to her defense.

While working to locate a missing local girl, Allison learns about secrets from Cynthia Keener's past. Meanwhile, Joe's relationship with Allison is tested after Bridgette's science class project sparks his imagination.

Allsion had a dream that takes place about 20 years in the future in which Marie dies of leukemia. Upon waking up Allison is determined to keep Marie safe no matter what needs to be done. Joe strongly disagrees with Allison's actions, and tries to convince her to stay rational. Meanwhile Scanlon investigates the sudden death of a close friend.

Allison questions her powers when her old boss asks for her help in selecting a jury that will reinstate the death penalty for a murderer/rapist. This causes Allison to suspect that she has helped put the wrong man on death row.

The girlfriend of a convicted drug lord is killed on the night of his execution. The drug lord's ghost is seen at the crime scene, and Allison is brought in to investigate. Also, Allison discovers a dark secret about the mother of a boy that Ariel has a crush on.

After falling into a coma during an investigation, Allison's spirit finds it's way into the body of a man named Todd Emory. Joe and the kids have to adjust to living with Allison's spirit in the body of Todd, who insists on living with them.

Allison dreams of a ghost who was a witness to several murders. Meanwhile, Ariel has a strange reaction to an assignment in health class.

The film "Night of the Living Dead" gets Allison nightmares where scenes from the movie are put in her mind. It results in her getting cuts and bite marks and even clues that lead to hear funeral director's killer.

When an animal rights activist working undercover at a farm goes missing, Allison befriends a pig that could hold the key to the woman's whereabouts. Also, Joe's special birthday gift from Marie leaves him wondering how she was able to obtain it.

Allison is confused when her dreams of a man murdering his wife keep occurring, even after she helped Devalos convince the jury of the suspected killer's guilt. Through her troubles she manages to make a new friend named Debra. Allison believes she is having after effects from her recent brain surgery after experiencing strange symbols as visions. However, as the story plays out, it seems the symbols may be the key to uncovering the true identity of a serial killer.

Odd things occur for Allison, starting with her new sensitivity to light and the fact that the sunglasses she wears shows mysterious numbers that can tie into people's life expectancies. Like that wasn't enough, Allison has a dream about Joe's dad, causing Joe to begin taking better care of his health.

Allison is busy investigating the death of a local doctor when a man claiming to be "Death" begins appearing in her visions, causing her to worry that maybe her time on this world is nearly over.

On the 100th episode of Medium, an infant is kidnapped and Allison investigates the disappearance. But when she becomes too obsessed with the infant, Joe starts to get worried about her. Meanwhile, Bridgette and Joe are surprised after Marie manages to play the clarinet without any issues even though she hasn't attended any classes, while Bridgette is struggling to play.

After a neighbor is murdered, Allison's fears for her own family prompt her to install a high-tech talking burglar alarm, which she later suspects may be communicating with Marie. Also, Ariel meets a ghost who could help her get into the college of her choice.

A series of mysterious fire-related deaths may be tied to Allison's dreams of a blaze. Allison must also think about where her professional career is headed, as Devalos starts thinking seriously about running for mayor.

Scanlon is haunted by dreams of his late brother, leaving Allison concerned about her colleague. Also, while making her final preparations for college, Ariel has visions of missing young women, past and present.

Allison dreams about a strange friendship between two recently murdered ghosts. When she tries to help one of the ghosts solve his murder, she is surprised when he declines her help.

Larry Watt, a defense attorney who has caused trouble in Allison's past, asks Allison to be a consultant for him. Low on money, Allison accepts his offer. She later has a dream that his client murdered his wife.

Now that Allison's special abilities have been revealed to the public, everyone's lives have been turned upside down. Allison starts to have dreams about a boy who was kidnapped from a toy store, but is unable to turn to Devalos or Scanlon for help. She decides to call the company hired by the missing boy's family and makes an unusual deal with the company's investigator, Cynthia Keener.

The psychic killer from "S.O.S." escapes from prison, where Allison helped put him, and goes after Allison in her own house.

Allison fears the worst about Ariel's new boyfriend when she suspects him of murdering a man. Also, Bridgette posts embarrassing videos of a man on the Internet and gets into trouble.

After Allison is mugged, she decides to take charge by enrolling in self-defense classes. Also, Devalos investigates a teenager's rape and an undercover cop's possible murder, and the suspect may have very close ties to Scanlon.

Allison is asked to help find a missing daughter and her visions seem to incriminate her father, but Allison believes this is wrong after a chat with the woman's mother. Meanwhile, Joe is suffering from sleep deprivation, while Scanlon and Lynn's relationship is severely tested.

Allison dreams about the same day over and over again. Each time she finds more important clues. Joe tries to get affection from Allison. Ariel has problems at school.

Allison can't get a psychotic murderer out of her head which makes Joe worry about his daughters' well-being.

The investigation of the murder of Walter Paxton's wife continues, as it is now determined that a serial killer is on the loose. While helping Devalos and Scanlon with the case, Allison discovers that her new friend Debra is the next victim. Allison goes to great lengths to protect Debra, but is shocked to find that her new friend isn't who she thought she was. Meanwhile, Joe debates being part of a lawsuit against Aerodytech, the company he's been loyal to for years.

Allison’s possessed stalker, Lucas Harvey, continues to torment her by infiltrating her dreams and causing her to be less than reliable to Devalos and Scanlon during an investigation of serial killings. Meanwhile, Joe tries to use Marie's new gift of picking the right stock as a way to save his company.

Allison's dreams question her brother's recent good fortune; the Devalos campaign sees Bridgette as an asset.

Allison comes face-to-face with her stalker from her dreams. He believes he is doing God's work and must stop her. Allison and her family must remain under house arrest until they capture him. Meanwhile, Joe agonizes over whether or not to make a big gamble that could potentially save his company.

Three girls are found murdered. Allison's visions connect Det. Scanlon with the case.

Allison helps with the location of a missing child. Afterwards she gets a vision about the child's future and is not sure anymore what she should do to help the child.

Allison's old flame, Clay Bicks, appears at her doorstep moments after dying, unaware that he is dead. When he accepts the fact that he's dead and will never get to be with the woman he loved, he decides he's going to stay in Allison's house so he can at least be close to her. This upsets Joe, and Allison decides that something must be done to get rid of Clay. Meanwhile, Allison shares a bunch of odd dreams with Bridgette, except Bridgette's dreams keep coming to her in the form of cartoons for some reason.
