The UK's biggest stand-up show is back for a second year. Channel 4's Comedy Gala, in aid of Great Ormond Street Hospital, returns with a two and a half hour special. Dermot O'Leary opens and closes the show with an all-star line-up including: Alan Carr, Andi Osho, Chris Moyles, Dara O Briain, Jack Dee, Jack Whitehall, Jason Byrne, Jo Brand, John Bishop, Jon Richardson, Jonathan Ross, Kevin Bridges, Lee Evans, Mark Watson, Michael McIntyre, Micky Flanagan, Rhod Gilbert, Rich Hall, Sarah Millican, Sean Lock and Shappi Khorsandi. The show features music from N-Dubz and Irish band Dead Cat Bounce, who perform a special tribute to all those taking part. There are exclusive video inserts from Lady Gaga, Russell Brand, Miranda, Whoopi Goldberg, Glee actors Jane Lynch and Matthew Morrison, along with James Corden and Sir Patrick Stewart. Plus, Rob Brydon's own unique film of his journey to The Gala - with a helping hand from a few of his chums.

Channel 4's Comedy Gala in aid of Great Ormond St Hospital is back with an unrivalled all-star cast from the world of comedy. To kick things off, Alan Carr, Miranda Hart and Warwick Davis join dance troupe Diversity to showcase their own style of fancy footwork. Kevin Bridges explains that in Scotland dogging and truanting actually mean the same thing, Michael McIntyre gives the cameraman a workout by skipping about the stage, and Russell Brand gets up close and personal with the audience.
