When a pair of rare lizards, with the odd name of Shufongfong, are stolen from the Museum of Mouse City, Geronimo suspects that the sudden visit of the Prince Noguda is somehow connected. Geronimo leads our heroes into the wild jungle of Bandal, where he discovers that rare lizards are not the only thing that the Prince likes to collect.

Geronimo was invited to visit the set of an action film directed by his old friend. The opportunity to write a great story, leads our group of adventurous mouse to the film set. But a series of unfortunate events hinder the shooting. Jack Star, famous actor and idol of Benjamin and Pandora, is ready to help our heroes, but Geronimo suspicious of him. Is Geronimo just jealous? Will Geronimo, with the help of Benjamin, Thea and Pandora to save the day?

At the Museum of New Mouse City strange things are happening. There seems to be a mummy at night roaming around the rooms of the museum and also during the day, scaring visitors. Geronimo is firmly convinced that there must be a logical explanation to all this, mummies don’t just get up and go for a walk! And Geronimo is always right, right?

Sally Ratmousen has been kidnapped! Even worse, the kidnapper is none other than Barry Whiskers, an old acquaintance of Geronimo! Despite the fact that Sally is his greatest enemy, Geronimo can’t leave her in the hands of a kidnapper. Absolutely not! But things are not always what they seem and incredible twists and reversals lead up to a truly unexpected conclusion.

Geronimo is really weird lately! Everyone, friends and strangers continue to complain about him for things he claims he never did. Geronimo is overworked and needs to relax. After Trap notices an ad for a hypnotist who specializes in helping people relax, Geronimo visits the flamboyant Ratswami. Soon New Mouse City is hit with a series of crimes, and Geronimo is more exhausted than ever. It turns out that Ratswami has given Geronimo a post-hypnotic suggestion and is using the unwitting Geronimo to build a giant hypno-device in the centre of the city with the goal of taking control of the population.

Geronimo gets a mysterious invitation to attend an exclusive martial arts championship. Once there, Geronimo and company notice strange things happening. After each match, the winner vanishes! Could the mysterious masked Rat-Jitsu warriors be the culprits?

Benjamin and Trap feel that Geronimo is over-worked and so they concoct a story to lure him away from his desk. It's a story about a sea-monster terrorizing the New Mouse City harbour. In an effort to prove to his cousin and nephew that there are no such things as sea-monsters, Geronimo goes along. Once at the harbour things take a turn for the worse. Our heroes find themselves held captive by the cruel Pirate Blackrat who is in need of a crew to help him find the lost treasure!

The seldom-seen Mouseharishi has granted a one-time audience with those seeking to speak with him. Smelling a chance for a good story, Geronimo and company board the Rodent Express -- which is the only way to travel to the remote mountains where Mouseharishi lives. But once en route, Pandora goes missing. It's up to our heroes to solve the mystery aboard the moving train where everyone is a suspect!

Geronimo's house is a mess! His days are too busy with all of life's little details to get everything done, so Benjamin suggests that he advertise to get some help around the house. The quirky Professor Cheesewheel answers Geronimo's ad, offering to to make Geronimo's house fully automatic and provide him with a robot butler to tend his every need. A reluctant Geronimo agrees and learns that technology doesn't always make life easier.

African spirits are restless in the New Mouse City Museum. Reporting on the events leads Geronimo and company on a trek to Africa to learn the secret of an adventurer who vanished without a trace long ago.

Gary Gudov, world-renowned chess champion, is coming to test his skills against a super-computer -- it's the chess match-up of a lifetime! Fortunately for Geronimo, all is calm and quiet in New Mouse City, so he can leave to attend the event. But when the notorious Gem Gang commits a series of robberies, Benjamin and Thea are left on their own to investigate the crimes.

When a string of high-end robberies hits New Mouse City, followed by Thea's disappearance, Sally starts spreading rumours that Thea might be the culprit. Geronimo is on the case. He, Trap, and Benjamin discover that the real villain is an old acquaintance of theirs -- Prince Nogouda, and he's in need of a princess.

Thea feels sorry for her brother living a lonely bachelor's life. With Benjamin's help, they sign Geronimo up for a dating service that pairs him with the most unlikely of matches.

Geronimo is entrusted with the latest fashion secret from a top designer. Sally is after the information and uses every dirty trick she can to get the scoop for herself. Geronimo is left fighting to clear his good name.

Agreeing to help his friend Professor Ranobel in her study of the melting ice caps, Geronimo and company take a trip into the arctic; however their smooth passage is interrupted when they find the ship they're on is under attack by one of the ocean's most fearsome creatures!

Cheese is vanishing from all over New Mouse City -- even the emergency reserves! Smelling a big scoop, Geronimo is on the story, only to find himself at the centre of the cheese mystery and facing off against a fearsome criminal.

In an effort to help the New Mouse Playhouse keep themselves in business, Geronimo agrees to do a big story on their latest production -- however, strange things begin happening around the theatre that threaten the production.

Benjamin and Pandora get invited to test a new, exciting, video game system, only to discover too much about where it came from. When they are held prisoner by the company's owner, Geronimo, Trap, and Thea come to the rescue and find themselves stuck in a fight for their lives.

A stalwart hero is doing good deeds all over New Mouse City -- and yet, Geronimo suspects there's something unusual about the whole affair since the Gator's antics seem to be only set-ups for stories in Sally's newspaper.

The Tour de Mouse has come to New Mouse City and Geronimo's friend, Jacques Fromage, a champion bike racer has been plagued with a string of bad luck. It's up to Geronimo to get to the bottom of it all and help his friend get back into the race.

When Pandora's pet hamster, Mr. Nibbles, runs off, he leads her and Benjamin to the long forgotten Whiskerfur Castle, where ghostly spectres are seen and creepy sounds heard. Our heroes search the estate and find more than just a little hamster hidden inside.

Being too busy to attend an experiment on intelligence, Geronimo sends his cousin Trap instead. But something goes wrong and Trap returns changed -- smart, and really annoying. Our heroes have to get the old Trap back fast, before he remains permanently smart.

Geronimo completes his latest book, A History of Tea, and is personally delivering the manuscript to his publisher. At the train station, his briefcase with the manuscript gets switched with another -- one belonging to a secret spy for an evil government. Geronimo ends up on a mad chase to get back his manuscript that takes him all over the city.
