After fighting off the Riders, Super Apollo Geist takes Natsumi to be his new bride as he flees. Kazuma Kenzaki appears, saying that Tsukasa's existence is the real cause of the worlds blending before confronting him as Kamen Rider Blade in King Form in order to force him to leave the world at once with Asumu keeping Yusuke and Wataru from interfering as Decade is easily defeated.

When Natsumi realizes that this is the world from her nightmares, she becomes wary for Tsukasa's well-being. Finding him in a tuxedo and feeling that this is the final chapter to their journey, they witness Wataru and Kazuma leading their respective Rider/monster groups against each other. After Rising Ixa and Leangle are killed off in the fight, Tsukasa makes his way to Wataru as he grieves over Ixa's death. Meeting the Fangire Queen Yuki, they learn from Wataru that the Riders are fighting each other to maintain the existence of their worlds.

Evading Apollo Geist and Llumu Qhimil with Diend's attempt to get the GaGa Armlet, Tsukasa has his wounds tended to by Natsumi in Dai-Shocker's school before Yusuke and a weakened Amazon join them, revealing that Masahiko took the GiGi Armlet as Ritsuko arrives and calls in the Dai-Shocker Soldiers after them despite Tsukasa questioning her faith in Dai-Shocker. Later after finding the Hikari Photo Studios in ruins, Amazon ponders if he should join them.

After Tsukasa reveals himself, Takeru realizes that Tsukasa is the "Decade" Narutaki warned him about. Before the two can fight, Narutaki arrives to tell Tsukasa he is to blame for the terror brought unto the world by the Ayakashi Chinomanako who now has the powers of Diend, and that the only way to save the worlds he entered if he ceases to exist. After Takeru takes out the Nanashi and drives off Chinomanako as Shinken Red, Genta attacks Tsukasa believing that he is in league with Daiki until Natsumi takes him to the Hikari Studio, where Hikoma Kusakabe is hiding.

Arriving in Kaito's homeworld, the World of Diend, Tsukasa finds the world in peace and harmony, but with Kaito a wanted man. As Tsukasa assumes the role of a traveling salesman, he meets Kamen Riders Larc & Lance as they battle a Darkroach. After destroying the monster, Tsukasa learns that the world's residents kill Kamen Riders. As Tsukasa and company meet the head of area management committee, Junichi Kaito, Larc and Lance battle the Darkroaches until they receive aid from Diend. Saving them from reinforcements, Tsukasa learns from Haruka and Shin that the world is ruled by the mysterious Fourteen who uses his Roaches to manipulate humans.

With their tour of the nine Kamen Rider Worlds complete, the Hikari Studio group returns to their home world, finding it as it was before the monsters appeared. Tsukasa is the only one who feels something is not right and questions the reason for the journey. Before Yusuke or Natsumi can attempt to answer, they encounter the violinist Otoya Kurenai, who thanks them for saving the world and tells Tsukasa that he earned a world of his own for his journey. As Natsumi goes out to see her TG Club friends and teacher for a high school reunion, Tsukasa and Yusuke have a short encounter with Narutaki who congratulates him on getting his own world.

Believing that TheBee's user is her brother, Mayu attempts to look for him with Natsumi's aid until they are attacked by a Worm. Counting on Kabuto to save them, Diend fights him to acquire his Clock Up system, summoning Ixa and Psyga to hold him down before Kabuto defeats them and runs off. By the time Tsukasa finds Natsumi and Mayu, the latter is shocked that she became a Worm as she runs off. She runs into Sou who reveals himself as the Phylloxera Worm and brings her to ZECT HQ as part of the Kabuto Capture plan, much to Arata's dismay before he is beaten to a bloody pulp questioning the plan. After escaping, Arata makes his way to Tsukasa and reveals the plan to him, confirming Tsukasa's notion. Kabuto falls for the trap as the Clock Down takes effect while the Worms reveal themselves among the ZECTroopers, with Sou exposing Kabuto as Mayu's real brother Souji.

After helping the DenLiner gang in the past, Tsukasa and company begin their venture in the World of Kabuto. Posing as a ZECT Trooper, Tsukasa is deployed to aid Bright Troopers in the containment of a Worm as Kamen Riders Gatack and TheBee manage to exterminate it with the unseen aid of Kabuto. Soon after, Tsukasa brings Arata to the Studio to explain about his world, only to find a Worm had mimicked Tsukasa's form. After Natsumi uses the pressure point to expose one of the Tsukasas as a Worm, Decade fights it before it attacks a girl and is destroyed by Kabuto. Deciding to investigate the girl Mayu, they host a photo shoot for her, and Natsumi learns of Mayu's older brother who was supposedly killed by Kabuto. At ZECT's headquarters, TheBee's user, Sou Otogiri, tells Arata that the final prepation for the plans to capture Kabuto are nearly done.

After getting on the DenLiner, Tsukasa takes pictures of the DenLiner's gang before the Taros. But after Kohana sets the three Imagin in their place, they suddenty find the Hikari Studio as the front car. Kohana explains to Natsumi about the Imagin's new attack pattern as well as Momotaros, who Tsukasa decides to find. After surviving his confrontation with Diend and taking out another Mole Imagin, M-Yusuke tends to his injuries as Tsukasa finds him and scolds him for being an idiot. M-Yusuke senses the Imagin boss, and he and Tsukasa chase after the Alligator Imagin until he reveals himself. Using the Mole Imagin to cover his escape into the past, the Alligator Imagin battles Den-O and Decade, using the former's own DenGasher against him.

When the Hikari Studio appears in the World of Den-O, Tsukasa finds himself dressed in a strange detective-like attire with possession of a Rider Pass. He is then suddenly possessed by an Imagin, who battles a Mole Imagin as Kamen Rider Den-O. After taking out the Imagin, the possessed Tsukasa walks off until Natsumi uses her pressure point move to drive the Imagin out of him. When the Imagin known as Momotaros tries to possess Tsukasa, again, he throws Yusuke in front of him and Yusuke becomes possessed. After easily overcoming M-Yusuke and treating him to pudding for answers, Tsukasa learns that the Imagin lost his physical form some time before they arrived.

After Yusuke saves Tsukasa from Delta's attack, Gills is about to fight when he's overcome with pain as the Unknown shows up to kill him. As Shouichi escapes, Toko recognizes him via G3-X's camera. While Tsukasa insists on protecting an annoyed Shouichi, Yusuke reports the defeat of the Grongi and the emergence of the Unknown. He finds Toko saddened, but has little time to help her as Kaito takes the G4 chip stored within his locker. Yusuke demands the chip back, but during the struggle, Toko blasts the chip to bits and a disappointed Kaito leaves. The next day, as Tsukasa continues to keep Shouichi safe from the Unknowns' attack, Yusuke learns that Shoichi was the original user of the G3 suit when he receives the letter for Shouichi from Toko.

Upon arriving in the World of Agito, Yusuke is shocked that there are Grongi in the world which are being dealt with by Kamen Rider G3-X. He is further shocked when he sees an interview with Toko Yashiro, who is physically identical to the Ai Yashiro that died back in the World of Kuuga. Arriving at the police station, Yusuke offers to be the new user of the G3-X suit, but loses the position to Kaito. While this occurs, finding himself in a mailman outfit with a letter to Shouichi Ashikawa, Tsukasa and Natsumi find the man before they are attacked by what they think to be a Grongi. But during the fight, Tsukasa realizes he is fighting an Unknown, an Ant Lord called Formica Pedes.

After Tsukasa recovers the Faiz Gear, he learns Diend's reasons for wanting the belt before Takumi regains it so he and a shocked Yuri can escape on the Autovajin. However, as he exposed himself as the Wolf Orphnoch to protect her only to be forsaken, a saddened Takumi attempts to dispose of the Faiz Gear into the river. Managing to save the Gear while following him, Tsukasa returns to the photo studio where he put Yuri's confusion at ease. The next day, Daiki attacks Takumi to get the belt from him, nearly killing him when Tsukasa arrives with it. Refusing to take Tsukasa's words of something more precious than the Faiz Gear seriously, Daiki takes Decade's Ride Booker, and Narutaki takes advantage of the situation as he takes Tsukasa into another dimension to be killed by Kamen Rider Ryuga.

Upon arriving in the World of Faiz and once more encountering the mysterious Daiki Kaito, Tsukasa finds himself in a school uniform and enrolled at Smart Brain High School. He learns that the high school is attacked on a nightly basis by beings called the Orphnoch, with only Faiz to protect the school. Daiki challenges Tsukasa to find out who Faiz is, and Tsukasa then challenges the Lucky Clover clique to a tennis match to see if any of them are Faiz. He beats them, learning that they are Orphnoch who are also after Faiz, and is forced to become Decade, using Blade's power against them. However, Decade is outclassed when Momose appears as the Tiger Orphnoch and warns him to back off.

Decade continues his fight with Chalice, with Garren losing his Garren Buckle in the process. The fight comes to a sudden halt when Kamen Rider Todoroki shows up. Back at BOARD, Hishigata is demoted to Rank 3 while Kazuma is fired from BOARD. After he understands Tsukasa's intent to help him, Kazuma stays on in the kitchen as he opens the Ace Lunch to all BOARD members. Meanwhile, Mutsuki and Hishigata search for Chalice to get back the Rider systems, and are subsequently ambushed by Chalice, who knocks them out after they find out his true identity. After hearing that the two have supposedly resigned from the company, Kazuma decides to find Hajime with Yusuke's help.

Arriving in the World of Blade, Tsukasa assumes the disguise of the Chief Waiter of the BOARD Corporation, an organization whose agents become Kamen Riders to battle the Undead. When the Elephant Undead goes on the attack, Sakuya Hishigata battles the Undead as Kamen Rider Garren as Kazuma Kendate arrives and transforms into Kamen Rider Blade. When the Capricorn Undead joins the fray, Tsukasa joins the fight, dispatching the Elephant Undead using Ryuki's powers. Afterwards, Natsumi and Yusuke meet BOARD's president Hajime Shijo, who decides to promote Tsukasa to the rank of King while Kazuma Kendate is demoted from Ace to 7 and Mutsuki Kuroba is promoted from King to Ace, thereby becoming Kamen Rider Leangle.

After defeating Knight, Decade is about to finish him off when Ryuki pleads with him not to deliver the final blow, as he feels Knight must answer for his crime by his hand. However, Abyss uses this time to make his move to take out all three Riders at once, forcing them to retreat with Ren refusing to answer Shinji as he leaves. After her brief encounter with Narutaki, Natsumi learns that Shinji and Tsukasa are convinced that Ren is Reiko's murderer, although Yusuke sees otherwise. Meanwhile, a wounded Ren battles Kamen Rider Odin and defeats him, emerging from Mirror World with Odin's Time Vent as Shinji and Yusuke find him. Learning that Ren obtained the card to save Reiko, Shinji uses the card to go back in time as Tsukasa holds Abyss off. Arriving seconds before Reiko's death, Shinji and Tsukasa manage to save Reiko with the latter cornering her true murderer, Kamata.

After Natsumi Hikari has a nightmare of every Kamen Rider being defeated by a figure called Decade, she helps her grandfather Eijiro deal with unsatisfied customers. The photographer, Tsukasa Kadoya, seems to be at fault, but he simply tells Natsumi the photos are bad because he does not belong in this world. After the argument, various holes in reality open, allowing the Orphnoch, Undead, Makamou, Worms, Imagin, and Fangires to start terrorizing their world. In the bedlam, she finds a corroded belt and book, recalling it as Decade's from her dream. She gives Tsukasa the belt and book, allowing him to transform into Kamen Rider Decade by using a card from the book and inserting it into the belt.

After Yuji changes into Kaixa, he defeats Faiz and Takumi faints at Yuji's side. As Takumi replaced into Smart Brain and turned into an Orphnoch easily. Keitaro and Mari saves Takumi and he and Yuji changed into Faiz and Kaixa, fighting each other.

Takumi and Shuji find Masato's ashes; later Takumi relays this information to Keitarou and Mari who are devastated. Rina becomes devastated after hear the news Masato is dead. Takumi confronts Yuji that how heartless he is. As the gang fights Kitazaki assumed his Orphnoch form to avenge Masato's death. Kitazaki is injured by Faiz and Delta. Kitazaki is whipped by Itsuro's Orphnoch form before Kitazaki is executed by Arch Orphnoch, who consumes his body. Takumi comes to the realization that Teruo and the Orephenoch King are one and the same and transforms into Faiz in an attempt to kill him. He stops his punch at the last moment, Yuji then appears, transforms into Kaixa and they duel. Takumi is confronted with his own mortality as he notices his body decaying.

After fighting with a Riotrooper with Masato's disease that he will die soon, he confronts Yuji that he will fight the Orphnoch King. Mari talks briefly with Rina before getting kidnapped, once again to lure Masato. Hanagata dies from his rapid evolution. As Masato confronts Yuji that he joined Smart Brain, Takumi, Naoya, and Shuji kill all Riotroopers as Faiz Axel Form, the Snake Orphnoch, and Delta respectively. With Masato killed by Yuji as Kaixa, Mari searches for Masato's whereabouts, but he dies before she manages to find him.

After being mortally wounded by Faiz, Kaixa, and Delta's attacks, Murakami offers his life to the Orphenoch King. Smart Lady arrives summoning Masato and Takumi to Smart Brain Headquarters to meet the new President. Along with Shuji, they are shocked to discover that it is Yuji. Yuji catches up with Naoya. The Lucky Clover ambush Takumi and they start to fight when six men in identical suits, Naoya among them, appear and transform into a new mysterious foe using Smart Brain-emblazoned belts. Together they attack Faiz.

Murakami is deposed as President of Smart Brain while Yuji Kiba is announced as his replacement. Teruo is confronted by Coral Orphnoch who kills the man before escapes from Tereuo's Orphnoch form. Teruo's frightened that he is an Orphnoch King. Next day with the Coral Orphnoch about to attacks Teruo again in rage, he is defeated by teamwork of Takumi as Faiz's Grand impact and Shuji as Delta's Lucifier Hammer. Later Takumi, Masato, and Shuji confronts Murakami.

After Yuka's death, a devastated Keitaro cries and mourns over Yuka. Kiba sees Yuka's dead body and thinks the humuns killed her. Takumi talks with Keitaro and Mari about Yuka. Then the King shows up and kill the man in rage. During a fight with the Bat Orphnoch, Faiz assumes his Axel Form and defeats the Bat Orphnoch, then Kiba changes into Horse Orphnoch and kills the police in a berserk rage and takes the throne of the President.

Yuji and Takumi manage to escape. Yuka tells Keitaro she left because she didn't want to be a burden to him and the others. He hugs her and tells her he thinks that humans and Orphenochs should live together and be happy. Takumi and Yuji continue to disagree about humans and Orphenochs being able to live together. During the fight with Bat Orphnoch, Yuka is ultimately wounded by humans and killed by at arms at Saeko.

Yuji begins to wonder if humans and Orphenochs can live together. Osada goes to live with Mari and Keitaro. She realizes that Keitaro is her pen pal. She runs away and the others search for her. The police search for her and Yuji. One of the Lucky Clover approaches her after Keitaro finds her. Yuka transforms and defends Keitaro. He sees her true form. Meanwhile, Yuji and Takumi are fighting off Orphenochs and police that are trying to capture them.

The strangers are a part of the police department. They are conducting experiments with the idea that the human component can be extracted from the Orphenochs allowing them to kill the monsters. Yuji and Takumi decide to talk to the police. They believe they can convince them that not all Orphenochs are bad. Mari is afraid that she will eventually become an Orphenoch because of the Smart Brain experiments. Masato assures her that the experiment was a failure. Yuka turns herself into the police in hopes of keeping her friends safe. She is brought to the secret research facility. Takumi and Yuji meet with the police and offer to trade themselves for Yuka. An Orphenoch already at the center rescues Yuka. Takumi and Yuji come upon them and allow the Orphenoch who helped to escape. After Takumi answers Keitaro's call, Yuji and Yuka are surprised by the police. The show concludes with Takumi defending the Orphenoch who saved Yuka.

As the story begins, the three riders transform to fight Orphenochs. Mari catches up to them as the fight concludes and begs Takumi to return home with them. He returns home with her. Lucky Clover wants to recruit Yuka as a member. She is strong and has the potential to become stronger. Yuka, Naoya, and Keitaro volunteer with the kids at an orphanage where Teruo, the boy Naoya saved, lives. Strangers warn the police to quit investigating the “incidents” because they are accidents. Meanwhile, those same strangers continue to follow Yuka and her friends as they head to an amusement park. The strangers seem to be conducting experiments of some sort. Keitaro tries to make a move on Yuka and gets rebuffed. She runs off and is followed by one of the strangers. She is approached by Lucky Clover and is forced to fight to show her strength. Masato and Takumi come to her aid.

Takumi wants to revive Mari and Masato knows that the only chance she has lies with Smart Brain. Yuji finds out that Takumi is not the one that injured Mari. Masato wants to give away the three belts for her life, but decides that his mission to destroy Smart Brain is more important than Mari. Takumi goes to the chief of Smart Brain and asks to revive Mari. He says that he'll only do it if he becomes a member of Lucky Clover by killing Aki. However, he says that it's impossible because he is not an Orphnoch. Meanwhile, Masato manages to get the most scared student of the Ryusei School to fight as Kamen Rider Delta and they both try to defeat the Lobster and Spider Orphnoch. Takumi arrives on the scene and, in a dramatic fashion, transforms into the Wolf Orphnoch to kill Aki.

Masato continues to blame Takumi for Mari's injuries. He believes Takumi's soft attitude about Orphenochs lead to Mari being injured. Takumi and Yuji decide to meet up again to fight. This time they fight until both are exhausted. Kitazaki tries to join in the fight as Delta but both Yuji and Takumi make it clear that this is a fight between the two of them. Kitazaki decides to fight the winner. Kitazaki is losing interest in the Delta gear. After telling Itsuro that he threw the belt away, he gives it to Aki. Takumi decides he no longer has the right to be Faiz and gives the Faiz belt to Keitaro. Both the Delta belt and the Faiz belt both end up being given to Masato.

As Masato is about to deliver the rider kick, Mari intervenes. Takumi gets there just in time to save her by blocking the kick with his bike. Takuma tries to steal the Delta gear from Kitizaki. Mari arranges to meet with Aki again. However, before she does Takumi meets him. Aki tells Takumi that Mari is the only one who can help him become human again. When Mari arrives she is attached by Saeko's Orphenoch assassin again. As Takumi battles him he encourages Aki to take Mari to safety. After saving her again Aki punches her hard enough to send her flying into a building. She is hospitalized. Naoya and Keitaro manage to save a child from a fire. Masato makes Yuji believe that it was Takumi that injured Mari.

Masato continues to sow the seeds of distrust between Yuji and Takumi. Takumi fights Aki but hesitates to finish him off. Aki takes advantage of this and fights him off. Aki is still battling his humanity. He agrees to meet up with Mari. When Mari goes to meet Aki she is attached by another Orphenoch. Aki saves her. Masato arrives to fight Aki.

The battle between Yuji, Takumi, and Kitazaki continues. Itsuro interferes, allowing Takumi and Yuji to escape. Masato meets up with Aki and tries to convince him to get the Delta gear for him. Aki refuses and they fight.

Kitazaki now has the Delta gear. Masato vows to get it back. Kitazaki proposes a bet with the other members of Lucky Clover to see who can kill Yuji first. The winner gets to slap everyone on the arm. This strikes terror in Itsuro who is scared of Kitazaki. Aki goes after Yuji and knocks out Naoya and Yuka. Itsuro arrives and joins in the battle. Yuji manages to get away and is found by Saeko. As Takumi goes to deliver Yuji's laundry, he comes upon the fight and transforms. He immediately attacks Yuji, who is still in Orphenoch form. As they are fighting Kitazaki arrives on Delta's motorcycle. Both get knocked around by Kitazaki and transform back to normal. Yuji realizes that Takumi is Faiz and Takumi realizes that Yuji is an Orphenoch.

Faiz and Kaixa are fighting Aki with little success. Before Delta can join in, Mari intervenes and Aki escapes. Everyone is still trying to figure out who has the Delta belt. They are beginning to suspect that maybe Saya has it. The belt was originally sent to her. Mari and Masato try to arrange a meeting with Aki. In the meantime, Itsuro meets up with Kitazaki. Anyone who Kitazaki touches dissolves. Three crooks found that out when they tried to steal from Kitazaki. Aki eventually meets Masato and Mari. He tells Mari that he has always liked her. By killing her he can completely throw away his humanity and grow stronger as an Orphenoch. He and Masato transform and fight. Takumi arrives to fight Aki as does Saya. Sawada kills Saya and gets the Delta belt. He is made a part of Lucky Clover.

Members of the Ryusei School are trying to find the Delta belt and are arguing over it at the same time. Itsuro of Lucky Clover continues to try to kill Yuji. As they are fighting, they run into Keitaro and Saya. Keitaro encourages Saya to run and soon Delta appears on the scene. Everyone thinks that Aki has the Delta belt. Kyosuke and Ken kidnap Mari to lure out Aki, who continues his murderous rampage as an Orphenoch. Aki kills Kyosuke and Ken as Takumi and Masato arrive on the scene to save Mari. Delta arrives on the scene.

Kyouji was disappointed about the loss of the belts as he looks for another Lucky Clover candidate. Masato reminds Takumi to keep quiet about what they saw at the school as they met the Ryuseiji later. On the other hand, the remaining Ryuseiji fought over who should keep the Delta belt. A girl appeared at Keitaro as she offered to work part-time. Delta appeared.

Takumi joined into the fight as he witnessed Masato fighting two Orphenochs as Murakami arrived to stop them. Masato revealed his intention to wanting to join Lucky Clover. Yuji wondered what Masato really is. Is he an enemy or ally? Naoya made another decision as he was rejected by Mari.

Mari and Takumi continue to reluctantly travel together to Tokyo. Yuji still has not come to terms with what has happened to him. He tries to kill himself but finds he can't. He meets up with his old girlfriend thinking they can start over. She turns on him when the police arrive to talk to her about his cousin's death. He later kills her.

Sougo and crew watch a news report of the G3 unit getting attacked by Another Agito. When they arrive during another attack, Sougo learns that Another Agito is able to multiply and one freezes in front of Tsukuyomi.

Shoichi Tsugami and Makoto Hikawa have finally created a good fighting bond and their relationship is back to normal. Shouichi feels that it is best to figure out why Kaoru Kino attacked them is to talk to him and figure out why he is living in the past. The El of Water has finally recovered and seeks to eliminate all the Riders once and for all.

Shouichi is captured by Toru Hojo on accident when leaving a battle with an Unknown. Toru takes him in for questioning even though Toru saw Kaoru Kino transform from Agito previously. Ryo Ashihara, who escapes from the murderous scalpel of Kino, finds himself once again hunted by Another Agito.

Yusuke has been trying to enhance his golden power even further for the fierce battle with #0 he expects to have, and just then becomes able to control that golden power to defeat Unidentified Lifeform #46, rhino beetle-type monster Go-Gadoru-Ba.

With the golden power of his red form, Yusuke defeats Unidentified Lifeform #39, shark-type monster Go-Gamego-Re but the media and police department emphasize that the enormous damage caused by #39's giant explosion was due to #4's independent actions.

Shoma manages to escape from the onslaught of Siita and Jiip, but is saved by Hanto and escapes the crisis, though covered in wounds. However, Siita and Jiip, still furious, launch a subversive campaign and succeed in summoning Shoma. "We'll settle this here!" Shoma transforms into Gavv and clashes again with Siita and Jiip, who are now in monster form!

Tsukuyomi and Geiz learn that 18-year-old Libras have been going missing from Amanogawa High for years and want to check it out, thinking that it's probably an Another Rider plot; Schwartz makes his presence known to Uhr and Ora, forcibly creating a new Another Rider.

When Hanto learns that Shoma is a member of the Stomach family, he is furious. However, he recalls Shoma's past actions and decides to listen to what Shoma has to say. Shoma attacks a coffee shop. As expected, Shoma is still...! Hanto tells Sachika about the incident and warns her that Shoma is a Granute. Hanto finally discovers Shoma attacking a candy store! Shoma transforms in front of Hanto, who is furious...!?

While Unidentified Lifeform #0 continues slaughtering a great number of other Lifeforms, Yusuke, Sakurako, Ichijo, Hikari and others all gather at Jonan University and report the results of each of their investigations.

Ichijo is injured by the woman with a rose tattoo and taken to Kanto Medical University. Thinking he has to do his best on Ichijo's behalf as well, Yusuke ruminates on the rules of Unidentified Lifeform #43 Go-Zazaru-Ba's game.

While Sakurako at Shinano University examines the characters for 'warrior' carved on the restored ruins, Yusuke and Sakurai's force are running about Tokyo after the appearance of Unidentified Lifeforms #3 Zu-Gooma-Gu and #43 Go-Zazaru-Ba.

Kouta follows the passage to Yggdrasill Tower and to his surprise discovers an underground dungeon. Redyue informs Kouta that he has become one of the Over Lords, rather than a human, and proceeds to show him his apparent destiny.

After Hase transforms into an Inves, Gaim tries to take him out before he can do much damage but finds it difficult to harm someone who he believes is still human inside. Meanwhile, Baron does his best to combat Zangetsu Shin but is overcome by Kurokage Troopers and captured. And Mitsuzane, who realizes his brother is their foe the white Armored Rider, infiltrates the Yggdrasill Corporation headquarters on his own to see what is truly going on.

To take preventive measures against further atrocities caused by the Unidentified Life Forms, the police introduce the G3 unit. But when it is time to fight the murderous Pantheras Luteus, the G3 falls short to the power of Agito.

Houtaro, who was spirited away from Rinne and the others by a giant egg, finds himself in a black space with a floating blue egg. "What is this place? Who are you?" Houtaro asks the egg. Gigist stands before Supana, who was on his way to rescue Houtaro. Supana transforms into Kamen Rider Valvarad, only for Gigist to unleash the mighty Malgam, which he had created by rallying his Chemies, on Kamen Rider Valvarad!

Houtaro transforms into Iron Gotchard, but his physical strength is depleted and the transformation is canceled. He is saved by Fuga, the father of Rinne, who suddenly appears and escapes from the battle with Dread Type One. Fuga explains about "an incident" that occurred 10 years ago, which is the reason why Minato abandoned Houtaro and the others to follow Geryon. Houtaro and the others, who understand Minato's true intentions, confront him once again...!

Sougo and Tsukuyomi search for Geiz when Sougo notices the news that Team Baron dancers have been disappearing, but Tsukuyomi gets fed up with Sougo constantly returning just after leaving and having an inconsistent memory.

While celebrating Kengo's birthday, the Horoscopes have located their final member, Pisces, in Ran Kuroki, who has been given the chance to study abroad in America. But after Leo attacks, Hayami gathers the Kamen Rider Club to tell them the truth of what has been happening and prevent Ran from becoming the final Horoscopes.

Yuji Kiba leads a peaceful life until a truck hits his car, killing his parents and himself. Two years later, he awakens to find his life in ruins — his girlfriend Chie had left him for his cousin, and his house is gone. In rage, Yuji kills his cousin with his newfound powers. Meanwhile, Takumi follows Mari after realizing that they accidentally switched bags. However, the two are attacked by an Orphnoch. Mari attempts to use the Faiz belt to fight, but fails. She pushes Takumi to use it, and he defeats the Orphnoch.

Agito unleashes his Shining Form and combines his strength with the other Riders and defeats the El of Water. The OverLord of Darkness realizes that Agito's power has become too strong and he must deal with the Riders directly to save his beloved humans.

Shoichi Tsugami has fallen unconscious during the fight with the newly evolved El of Water and all the pieces of his memories on the Akatsuki have put themselves together. Meanwhile, Mana uses her powers to translate the letter found by Toru Hojo and learns the history behind the Overlords of Light and Darkness and the origin behind the seeds of Agito.

Ryo Ashihara awakens a new power, Exceed Gills, and manages to severely damage Another Agito but decides not deal the finishing blow. Makoto Hikawa, now knowing the identity of Agito, doesn't know how he should face Shoichi Tsugami.

Kaoru Kino hunts down and brutally injures Ryo Ashihara, claiming that the world only needs one Agito. As Koji Majima and Ryo flee Kino turns back into a human from Another Agito and is seen by both Makoto Hikawa and Toru Hojo. While Makoto is truly thankful that Agito is a "pure" person, Toru believes that he can once and for all capture Agito when he transforms back into a human.

The El of Water has possessed Masumi Sekiya and it's reviled that it killed the two Akatsuki-go members from Gills' Resurrection in her body without her knowing. The El of Water has now turned its sights on Agito. Shouichi comes face to face with the El of Water and believes no matter what he can't defeat it, becoming scared. He starts to question why he became Agito.

Agito is defeated by Gills, leaving him to drown. Shouichi doesn't die but regains his memory and then proceeds on a trip to find out just who the real Shoichi Tsugami is. Ryo Ashihara continues to work down the list of names in his father's notebook, meeting Aki Sakaki's "friends": Masumi Sekiya and Katsuhiko Sagara.

Thinking that Ryo Ashihara is dead Aki Sakaki goes after the Agito Capture team for vengeance. Ryo awakens to a voice in his head and finds Shoichi Tsugami living in Aki's house. With proof of people who have supernatural powers the G3 team starts connecting the dots to why the Unknown attack people.

Due to his excellent deduction work and saving a woman, with some help from Agito, from a pair of Unknowns Makoto Hikawa is once again instated as the operator of the G3 unit. Saeko Shinohara tells Shouichi and Ryo that there are ruins of an ancient civilization in the nearby lake and that the people of the civilization use to revere a warrior whose mark bears a similar resemblance to Agito's mask. Unfortunately, Saeko seems to have closed herself off to other people after the Akatsuki incident.

Shoichi Tsugami has been taken into questioning for the murder of the woman he was suppose to meet, Tomoko Miura. In order to prove his innocence Mana Kazaya must use her psychic abilities to find the true culprit. Ryo Ashihara learns about his father's death, who up until now has been missing. The octopus Unknown, Mollipes Octipes, that melted after the battle with Toru Hojo, comes back to finish the job.

Mana Kazaya distances herself with Shouichi while she sorts out what she saw in his memories. Agito unleashes a new power in order to stop the Corvus Croccio Unknown from causing anymore casualties. The police department finally decides what action to take with the G3-System.

Takatora shows Kouta the truth behind Helheim Forest, at the same time Kaito would learn the same thing from Ryoma, Sid, and Yoko. Meanwhile in Zawame City, more Inves invade and it's up to Mitsuzane and Zack to stop them.

Agito turns on G3 after defeating Pantheras Albus and Pantheras Tristis, damaging the G3's suit severely. The police have no choice but to label Agito dangerous. Shoichi Tsugami comes to grips with his situation and declares that he must "protect the place where he belongs". Ryo Ashihara finally awakens from his critical state to quit the swim team and go rogue.

Yusuke resolves to become the 'dreadful warrior' in order to defeat #0, and before that final deciding battle, he rides his bike through the unrelenting downpour to give thanks once again to all the people who supported him.

In response to the Unidentified Lifeforms who are growing stronger one after another, the combined police force feels a growing sense of danger and tasks Hikari Enokida of the Police Science Division with making countermeasures.

Kouta and Mai meet a young man who can remember nothing about himself other than his name, Jiro. During a rain storm, Kota tries to pull Jiro out of the rain, but noticed his hand feels like metal instead of skin, bringing up the question if Jiro is a robot. Elsewhere, Ryoma looks over the schematics for an android developed by a colleague. Its model name is Hakaider.

Baron Lemon Energy Arms and Knuckle cannot hold off Demushu forever, and he escapes them. With Sid murdered at the hands of Rosyuo, he instructs Redyue to continue the invasion of Zawame much to Takatora's shock and terror, while Mitsuzane seeks out the Fruit of Wisdom still. Elsewhere, Kouta wakes up, and DJ Sagara presents him with something that will help him out.

Takatora reports to Ryoma, Sid, and Yoko that Kouta will be working for them in hunting down the Over Lords in an attempt to stop Helheim Forest. They agree to the plan, but the next time they all enter Helheim Forest, Ryoma has set up a trap to take Takatora out of the equation.

As the Lockseed gathering "game" begins, Baron and Bravo fight between themselves, while the white Armored Rider, Kamen Rider Zangetsu, investigates the infiltration into Helheim Forest. Meanwhile, Kouta, who has also entered the forest, decides to track down the white Rider and finds the base of operations that may be the cause for the tears into Helheim Forest opening on their own.

After Takatora reveals the truth about Helheim Forest to Mitsuzane, he tasks his brother with recovering Kouta's Sengoku Driver. Elsewhere, Oren and Jonouchi plan to perform the same act with their own plan in mind. Kouta later receives a phone call that tells him his sister has been kidnapped.

With Kouta and Kaito both captured by the Yggdrasill Corporation, they are brought to Ryoma Sengoku who reveals that he created the Sengoku Drivers and Genesis Drivers, and reveals the truth about the Helheim Forest to them. Elsewhere, Mai and Zack try to convince the other teams to hold off the Inves Games due to the damage they cause and how they are missing most of the Team Leaders. While under Yggdrasill's custody, Kouta is approached by DJ Sagara who tells him more of the truth behind the Yggdrasill Corporation, and suggests that he do something about it.

The man who hails from the future, Geiz, attacks Sougo! Tsukuyomi, a girl who also hails from the future, came to help out Sougo, but Sougo has absolutely no idea what's going on! A mysterious prophet named Woz is also starting to appear frequently before Sougo. The creature, Another Build also attacks. What could be the key to defeating this "Kamen Rider Build"? Sougo makes his way towards the Nascita Cafe to meet with Kiryu Sento...

Hanto blames himself for the death of his mentor Shioya. Shoma finds Hanto in a state of exhaustion and tries to help him get back on his feet. Shoma and Hanto are then confronted by Suga. Suga transforms into Kamen Rider Bake to bring Hanto back. Shoma also transforms into Gavv and confronts him...!

Shoma is reunited with Lage Nine, who harbors a grudge against the Stomach family for taking his brother's life. Shoma again tries to persuade Lage Nine to fight with him, and Lage Nine relents and sneaks into the Stomach factory to retrieve the Human Press. Shoma and Lage Nine succeed in recovering Takeshi's Human Press, but an angry Glotta appears. Shoma and Lage Nine transform into Riders and confront Glotta in her Granute form! Gavv and Vram struggle against Glotta's terrifying power. Hanto rushes in and is stunned by the unexpected development before him. "Why is Shoma helping Vram?"

Shoma escapes the attack of Kamen Rider Vram and succeeds in rescuing Hanto, who has been knocked down, and begins a search for Takeshi, who has been turned into a Human Press and has not returned. Shoma finds Lage Nine and transforms into Gavv to take back the Human Press. Lage Nine also transforms into Vram and uses his overwhelming power to drive Gavv back. But in the midst of the battle, Gavv wonders if Vram's goal is actually not Dark Snacks but Stomach Inc....!?

Glion, transformed into Kamen Rider Eld by the power of the Philosopher's Stone, summons an army of Dreatroopers. The city and its people are transformed into gold, and El Dorado is steadily approaching completion. Houtaro tells his mother, Tamami, that as a Kamen Rider he will create a future where humans and Chemies can live together, and that he doesn't want to run away from his Gotcha! He then joins Rinne, Supana, and the other Chemies in a final battle to defeat Glion!

Gotchard defeats the Malgam, who threatens the people, but the people of the city still fiercely condemn Chemies and the alchemists. A world where people and Chemies can live together.... Houtaro has no end to his worries. Supana has lost his driver, and Gigist calls on him to fight with him. Supana refuses, and fights as Valvarad, but is engulfed by the black flames that Gigist unleashes. Supana foresees his own demise... but then!?

Renge proposes a competition to retrieve the two remaining Chemies, with Nijigon at stake. Despite a stunned Houtaro, Rinne, Sabimaru, and even Nijigon get involved...! Gigist appears before Houtaro. Gigist tries to dye the Chemies in darkness, but Houtaro uses the power of Nijigon to prevent him from doing so. He transforms into Rainbow Gotchard and clashes with Gigist!

Houtaro and others show Kyoka the completely white Skebows. They want to somehow regenerate Skebows! Houtaro and the others look at it as if praying, and Kyoka...!? Hopper1 sets off alone on a journey to find "something" to cheer up Houtaro. Meanwhile, Gigist has taken Antrooper from Houtaro and turned it into a Malgam. The Malgam attacks people, and Houtaro and the others...!?

A strange collaboration between Geiz and Tsukuyomi happens with Sougo in the year of Build, 2017. They both decide to go to Sougo's school to keep a closer eye on him. While there, they discover a growing popularity of a "game that no one can clear" with the other students. Rumors surrounding the Genius Gamer M start to surface as well, as they decide to chase the mystery by finding him. And Sougo and the others end up meeting...? Suddenly, a new Time Jacker, Ora appears!

While investigating a land shark who seems to have been involved in Roidmude activities, Shinnosuke cannot detect any Heavy Acceleration particles but instead comes across a young man who says he has something interesting to show him.

After watching Kouta, Mitsuzane, and Zack battle Inves, Jonouchi realizes that the dance team days are over, again. Later, Oren arrives to begin Jonouchi's next set of training. Kaito tries to tell Kouta about the Over Lords, while DJ Sagara is confronted by Ryoma, Yoko, and Sid. After Gaim, Bravo and Gridon fought the Inves that appeared Oren and Jonouichi goes home but Jonouichi reveals to Oren that the Inves Game is no more. Later, Oren finds a crack and tries to investigate it but discovers something yet to be revealed.

The Crack at Yggdrasill's lab causes more and more Cracks to appear throughout Zawame. Kouta believes the solution is to close Yggdrasill's Crack before any more Inves can attack. However, Kouta encounters Ryoma and Yoko waiting for him in Helheim Forest, ready to stop him so their plans may continue.

Duke fights against Gaim and Baron and manages to come out on top. As they lick their wounds, DJ Sagara appears and gives Kouta a present in the form of a Tulip Hopper Lockseed. When they arrive in the Helheim Forest, they are quickly surrounded by Yggdrasill, pressuring the two Beat Riders to fight to stay alive.

Kouta tries to use his new abilities to help out at his part-time job, but he only gets in the way. And when Yuuya mysteriously disappears, Kouta wonders if what happened in the forest was real, and now that he is in charge of Team Gaim, he must lead the group in a dance-off against Team Baron.

Ran refuses to give her Pisces Zodiarts Switch that will finalize Gamou's plans, so he sends Tatsugami to take her Switch. Elsewhere, Kengo discovers a secret from the USB drive he found in the late Emoto's office.

The Pyxis Zodiarts decides the only way to get revenge is to use his power to kill all the girls who rejected him, including Miu, by driving a bus with them all inside off of a bridge. Meanwhile, Kengo is still trapped in the rabbit Hatch.

The Cous Coussier gang runs into a young boy getting attacked for telling off a man for littering, learning that it's something he picked up from his father; the Greeed creates a Yummy from the desire to help people.

In 1986, Yuri is ordered to protect a violinist who is likely to be targeted by a Fangire and also happens to be a student of Wataru’s father Otoya. Meanwhile, in 2008, Wataru continues to try and figure out how to make a violin that will equal his father Otoya’s, as he finds himself repairing a violin damaged 22 years earlier…

Arriving from ZECT HQ, Kamen Rider TheBee joins the fight as Arata warns Souji to stay out of ZECT’s affairs now that they have a Rider following their orders. However, he ends up butting heads with TheBee’s user, Yaguruma Sou, ending up in a battle of tofu dishes with Hiyori as the judge. But will their clash in the kitchen spill over to the battlefield?

Arata struggles with the Kabuto Zecter having chosen Souji over himself, especially in the face of Kabuto’s defeat against the Worms’ Clock Up ability. After enjoying a meal at a small French cafe, Souji and Arata rush into another battle with the Worms where Souji reveals that he knows more about the Masked Rider System than he first let on, gripping the Kabuto Zecter…

A new boy has transferred to Asumu and Hitomi�s school, Kiriya Kyousuke, and the new boy seems to be good at everything from language to sports and makes Asumu feel boring. Meanwhile, The Man creates a new Makamou that does not have a Douji and Hime and unleashes it in the busy metropolis.

Zanki visits Todoroki on the battlefield to question about his style of fighting while Asumu begins to have troubles at Tachibana�s and is then pulled into a conversation with Ichiro about the Oni. Hibiki later joins Todoroki in a fight against an Amikiri as Zanki makes a decision about his and Todoroki�s future.

Asumu begins his first day at Tachibana�s and discovers that Todoroki and Hitomi are related. Todoroki continues to fight the Bakegani as Kasumi notices something is wrong with him, while Zanki later arrives after he is called by Ichiro to examine a recording of Todoroki�s peculiar fighting style. Meanwhile, Hibiki practices on a dirtbike while waiting on standby�

Akira makes her way towards the ever-changing location of the Oonamazu but as she heads towards the battle, a puppet-type Makamou causes her to collapse under a bridge. Meanwhile, Asumu heads to Tachibana�s to drop off his notes and ends up helping Hinaka deal with the influx of customers. Finally, having tracked down the Oonamazu, Ibuki proceeds underground into the sewers to fight it for the final time�

Zanki and Todoyama come to Sabaki�s rescue after being captured by the Yamaarashi, but Zanki begins to weaken and proves unable to defeat it. Todoyama takes Zanki�s place and destroys his first giant-type Makamou. As Zanki retires, Todoyama refuses to take his name, instead wanting to make a name for himself, as Zanki dubs him Todoroki, the Roaring Oni.

Lost in the forest, Asumu stumbles onto Ibuki�s camp where an irritated Akira tells Asumu that he will only hinder Hibiki if he continues following him around and that it would be best for him to leave. Asumu wonders just how true her words are and asks Hibiki himself how he feels about it after he arrives at the camp. Ibuki then defeats the Ittan-momen and Akira and Asumu make amends with each other.

Agito and Another Agito battle and come to a draw, allowing enough time to let Ryo Ashihara, Koji Majima, and Makoto Hikawa escape. Tetsuya Sawakii meets Koji and Ryo and tells Koji that there is only one way to save Ryo... to transfer his seed of Agito to Ryo. Toru Hojo and Sumiko Ozawa report to their superiors that Shoichi Tsugami is Agito and that he should be allowed to act freely. Their superiors decide to keep this fact a secret leaving Hikawa to wonder about who is Agito.

Kaoru Kino saves Ryo Ashihara and Koji Majima from an Unknown. He tells Ryo that his sole purpose in life is to save people, either as a doctor or as Agito. But can this man, haunted by his past, really be trusted? Makoto Hikawa finally figures out that the Unknown are targeting the people that he once rescued but doesn't know why.

Shouichi, fighting for himself, transforms into Agito Burning form and defeats the mantis Unknown and the El of Water. The El of Water, in a last ditch effort, retreats into the OverLord's body and vows vengeance against Agito. Shouichi regains his self-esteem and rejoins the Misugi household. Ryo Ashihara witnesses someone being attacked by an Unknown and goes to save her, he encounters a strange man in black named Kaoru Kino.

After being beaten by the El of Water both Gills and Agito retreat. Shouichi becomes bedridden with injuries and Ryo must protect him even though both of them known they are no match for the deadly Unknown. One of the last remaining survivors of the Akatsuki-go incident, Koji Majima, becomes targeted by a mantis Unknown.

Toru Hojo decides to take Nobuyuki Kazaya's murder case saying that it wasn't an Unknown that killed him but a human with telekinetic powers. Tetsuya Sawaki, going against the OverLord's principles, tries to revive Ryo Ashihara using a super powered human. Unfortunately, the man who killed him, Katsuhiko Sagara, is not powerful enough to do it.

A victim of an Unknown attack happened to be a safe cracking thief whose accomplise was his younger brother. The police figure that if they can find the younger brother than they can protect and arrest him. Makoto Hikawa recruits Mana and Shouichi to help in the effort.

After being saved by Ryo Ashihara, Masumi Sekiya and Katsuhiko Sagara decide that Gills possesess too much of a threat to them and must die. Shouichi and the real Shoichi Tsugami meet face-to-face and talk about their one common link: late sister and girlfriend Yukina Sawaki, who was one of the first people with powers and committed suicide.

Makoto Hikawa takes full responsibility for going berserk after seeing Shoichi Tsugami effectively deal with an Unknown in the G3-X suit. The police cheifs recognize this and decide to have Toru Hojo operate the G3-X once the V-1 system is disbanded. Sumiko Ozawa must come to grips that her G3-X system is too perfect and too smart and in order for Makoto to operate it she must make it flawed. Ryo Ashihara is fully healed and looks for revenge against Agito.

Seeing Aki Sakaki dead in the hands of Agito, Ryo Ashihara mistakenly believes he killed her and attacks Agito as Gills. Agito, Gills, and G3 have a heated battle resulting in the G3-System being damaged far beyond repair. After the battle the police department say that the new G3-System, G3-X, will have to compete against Toru Hojo's new system, the V-1 system, to see what suit will be used against the Unknowns in the future.

Ryo Ashihara remains in critical condition but is being cared for by Shoichi Tsugami. The OverLord imparts a portion of his power to Tetsuya Sawaki after Tetsuya sees what humanity has to show him. Aki Sakaki's powers awaken nine months after the Akatsuki-go incident. She uses her new found powers to hunt the members of the Agito Capture plan.

The Misugi household's new housekeeper, Aki Sakaki, is confronted by Ryo Ashihara because her name is in his father's notebook. Unfortunately for Ryo she claims she knows nothing, but he doesn't believe her and follows her. After becoming closer to Shouichi and Taichi, Aki becomes the target of an Unknown... and Mana's wrath.

G3 comes to the rescue after Shouichi is stung by the scorpion Unknown. The diagnosis is that Shouichi only has 24 hours to live, he decides to live out his day normally telling Makoto Hikawa that he just dosen't feel like he is going to die. Ryo Ashihara continues with the list in his father's notebook but comes up short. The G3 team takes a further look into the ball and VHS tape hidden by Professor Nobuyuki Kazaya.

After defeating one of the Snake Unknowns Ryo Ashihara goes into shock due to the recoil of his powers and is abducted by the DNA child. Makoto Hikawa's supervisors feel that they must rethink Makoto operating the G3 unit and have suspended all operations of the G3-System. Makoto reflects on the incident that led to him becoming G3. Mana touches Shoichi Tsugami's head when he collapses and accidentally dives into his memory with her powers, discovering a terrible connection between him and her late father.

After being saved by Agito from the two snake Unknowns and seeing Ryo Ashihara accidentally change into Kamen Rider Gills Mayumi Kitahira decides she must put distance between herself and her former boyfriend. Seeing her leave Ryo decides to put his transformation to the test, but he must battle the monster within himself.

The O-Parts lab has been disassembeld after the DNA baby escaped, leaving more questions than answers. Ryo Ashihara, after being distanced from his swim coach, tries to get back together with his former girlfriend Mayumi Kitahira, Mana Kazaya's new math tutor, as a way to keep him grounded as he tries to figure out what is happening to him.

The O-Parts lab finally unwound the ancient puzzle, revealing a mysterious DNA model, and they try to replicate the DNA. Shoichi Tsugami decides to leave home after being seen transforming into Agito by Mana Kazaya. Ryo Ashihara's swim coach tracks down his star swimmer and Ryo decides to "show him everything".

To defeat the one who brings the ultimate darkness, N-Daguba-Zeba, Yusuke transforms into the Ultimate Form, the dreadful warrior. Staining the brilliant white snow field with crimson blood in this literal fight to the death, at last the conclusion is reached.
