During a game of Chuggball, the trainees discover Rosa has a talent for reaching high, and they put her crane to practice doing odd jobs around Chuggington. But Rosa is out to prove she has more talents than just her crane.

The trainees are on another mission! They try to rescue the last pumpkin in town for Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream, which is Frostini's newest fall flavor. Can they make it through the gauntlet of squirrels eager for a pumpkin snack?

The trainees find a gold nugget and dream of ways to spend their riches.

While on his first solo job laying tracks, Brewster encounters the oldest tree in Chuggington and must decided whether to finish the job or save an important part of Chuggington.

Rattling Rivets! The Spooky Chugger has returned! With unexplained happenings around Chuggington, the trainees are convinced the tracks are haunted.

Dunbar has a new training device: a voice-operated storm simulator tunnel, which simulates wind, rain and fog. It's programmed to respond only to Dunbar's voice. Wilson particularly loves battling the wind. Dunbar says that in real conditions, it's best to couple up to another chugger as the added weight gives control.

Wilson is assisting Frostini as he creates a new flavour for the mayor's banquet: Chugstastic Chewy Cheesecake! But they discover that the mayor's wife is allergic to cheese. Frostini will have to come up with something else by tonight! Wilson tries to help, but ends up causing the mixing machine to explode covering everything in ice cream. Annoyed, Frostini sends Wilson to the chugwash.

It's another glorious day in Chuggington and Zephie is keen to enjoy the sunshine, but every job she is given is underground. Meanwhile Speedy is out in the countryside serving drinks with the juicer wagon, when he'd rather be doing a proper job at the depot. They agree to swap jobs. While trying to operate the juicer, Zephie accidentally knocks a beehive out of a tree. The bees swarm into Zephie's carriage, looking for a new home. Speedy comes to her rescue and together they find the bees a new, safe place to live.

Look up in the sky! Is it a bird? A plane? No, it's Space Chuggers! Adventure ensues when the trainees prepare for a visit with Chuggers from outer space.

Chuggington is left in the dark when the lighthouse at the docks mysteriously stops working! And when there's a mystery afoot, Detective Brewster is on the case!

When a snow storm comes to Chuggington, Wilson and Brewster get caught out in the cold and must work together to make their way home.

When Mtambo takes Koko, Piper and Hodge on a night tour through Safari Park, Koko discovers a new world of Chuggington that glows in the dark.

Detective Brewster works to help Wilson find Koko’s award ribbon that Wilson secretly borrowed and then lost! Will they be able to find Koko’s award before she finds out Wilson lost it?

When a fancy new ice cream machine comes to Chuggington, Frostini feels left behind and goes in search of his true passion.

Wilson is excited about being the new voice of Radio Chuggington, but when the chuggers decide to see a movie over listening to his radio stories, he exaggerates a news story that causes the town to panic!

When Brewster’s hero can’t make it for Hero Day, he and Zephie set off on their own hero duty and learn what makes a real hero along the way.

Koko’s confidence is shaken after she gets in an accident. Scared and second-guessing herself, will she be able to regain her speed in time to help save Wilson and Brewster from trouble?

Vee announces that the King of Buffertonia is coming for a tour of the Safari Park. Mtambo wants to give the best tour ever, so he does a practice run - with Hodge pretending to be the king. Mtambo is ready to give his royal tour when he learns that the King won't be coming because he has been trapped in a landslide. Mtambo is devastated.

Dunbar and Nurse David from Chuggington Hospital are teaching the trainees how to use the ambulance car. Shouting over the noise of the siren, Dunbar loses his voice. Morgan can't find out what's wrong, but he suggests that Dunbar rest. Inspired by his lesson, Wilson decides to nurse Dunbar. Unfortunately he's a little too attentive, but Dunbar doesn't have any voice to tell him to go away!

Puffer Pete's firebox is completely worn out and he can't move without it. It's going to take ages to have a new one made. Until then, Pete is stuck and can't move by himself. Meanwhile the trainees are playing hide and seek in Old Town. Brewster hides in a shed. When he emerges, he's covered in bits of old junk. Koko and Wilson think it's funny!

The trainees are thrilled to be spending the day training with Action Chugger. He puts them through some intensive stamina exercises, but Wilson just wants to get to the bit where they use jetpacks and fly. Action Chugger laughs and tells him that there is much more to being a super chugger than flying. Brewster is the first to have a go on a flight simulator.

Calley is doing emergency rescue training with the trainees. If they do well, they'll earn a badge. Calley takes them to her underground chamber to show them all of her emergency rolling stock and the computer that tells her when a chugger is in trouble. Then they go out into the country to do some practical exercises. Calley asks Brewster to pretend to rescue Zephie.

Mtambo's in a bit of a rut giving the same old tours everyday in the Safari Park. He wants some adventures in his life so that he has new stories to tell. One of Mtambo's passengers, Freddy, says that he's about to head off on a jungle expedition. Freddy asks Mtambo to watch his camera gear while he goes to the souvenir shop. Mtambo makes up his mind to ask Freddy for a job when he returns.

Children from Chuggington School are coming to the Safari Park, and Mtambo is training Wilson and Brewster to help out as junior guides. Mtambo tells them it's important to pay close attention to what he tells them about the animals, as they in turn will have to pass on the facts to the children - who will be tested afterwards to see how much they've learned.

Twiga the giraffe is going to have a baby! An excited Koko has been given the job of keeping watch overnight, and fetching Dr. Gosling, the vet, if Twiga goes into labour. That night Mtambo (the safari tour guide train) tells Koko all about nocturnal animals. Koko learns how they use their senses to get round in the dark. When Twiga goes into labour, Koko goes to fetch the vet.

Zephie admires the 'big' chuggers, and wants to pull freight just like them. Brewster is dismissive when she offers to help him - you have to be big and strong to do the things he does. When Zephie overhears Brewster being given his jobs for the day, she decides to do some of them for him. Then he'll see just how good she is at pulling freight!

Chatsworth has had a very busy day and wants a quick snooze, but everything and everyone conspires to keep him awake. First the trainees are playing loudly in the park - and then Vee calls him out on another long job. Meanwhile, at the quarry, Harrison unknowingly gets some rocks trapped in his engine.

Wilson has been given the important job of bringing the refrigerated ice cream cars from the ice cream factory to the Ice Cream Tasting Fair. The refrigeration cars are heavy, so he'll have to take them one at a time. Wilson makes the first trip successfully, but when his hero - cool ice cream chugger Frostini - offers to give him a tour of the factory, he forgets all about his important job.

It's time for the annual Chugger Championship Race - and speedy Koko is sure that the big, shiny trophy is hers! She's so determined, she spends hours practising and doesn't have time for anything else. Wilson thinks that the race is more important to her than her friends and the two of them fall out. When Wilson breaks down during the race, Koko must choose whether to help him.

Koko challenges Hodge to a competition: whoever does the most jobs that day wins! But it has to be a secret. Hodge can't even tell Eddie. Hodge hurries off, eager to get started. Meanwhile, Eddie's having a little trouble tuning the electric guitar he found and wants to fix it. Hodge, desperate to win the competition, runs Eddie all over town instead, doing jobs that don't really need doing.

Olwin takes every group of new trainees out on an outward bound training course. She teaches them navigating skills to be used in the event of bad weather or emergencies. Brewster, Wilson and Koko are really looking forward to it - until Zephie and Hodge tell them how Nanny Olwin will treat them like babies the whole time! And she does.

Dr. Ling is giving a talk about meteors and how, many years ago, one crashed right near this area. Brewster pulls in a real meteorite, borrowed from the museum. Dr. Ling demonstrates that you can move the meteorite with a magnet, as meteorites contain metal. Hoot and Toot are afraid the meteorite might escape and destroy Chuggington, so they decide to return it to space.

A magazine photographer is coming to Chuggington to do a feature on steam trains. Olwin is determined to look her best for her picture and heads for the chugwash. Along the way, she encounters Wilson and Brewster tugging a car back and forth between them, arguing over who gets to deliver Ebo the elephant's special soap. Neither of them wants to do the other job - a quarry delivery.

When Irving leaves Koko in charge of the recycling yard, she's keen to show how responsible she is. In fact she's so excited, that she doesn't listen properly to his instructions. She ropes Wilson into helping her, and loves having an 'employee' to boss around. Because she hasn't listened, things go very wrong: machinery gets clogged with paper, the pallets get knocked over.

Hodge loves Chuggington Quiz Night – so when quizmaster Harrison loses his voice, Hodge volunteers to take his place. But he has a really busy workday with Eddie and doesn’t get any time to think up his questions. To try to save time, Hodge overloads himself and breaks his axle. Because Hodge is one of a kind, they won’t be able to find a replacement in time for him to host the quiz.

The trainees are learning to use the paint wagon. Wilson has trouble concentrating, so while Koko and Brewster learn how to mix colours, Puffer Pete takes Wilson to Old Town for some extra painting tuition. Wilson is great at doing wild, artistic designs, but Pete says he also has to learn how to paint with control. With Pete encouraging him, Wilson does it!

On her way to see a lamb at the farm, Zephie gets lost! She shouts for help and rings her little bell, but no one hears her. Morgan fits her with a siren so that she can call for help if it ever happens again. Zephie falls in love with her new accessory and can't resist playing with it and setting the siren off - much to the annoyance of the other chuggers.

The trainees are learning how to use ice-cream cars today, and will be trying for their Ice-Cream badges. The great Frostini is going to test them on their skills. When Wilson's car breaks down, Puffer Pete comes to the rescue, pulling out his old steam driven ice cream wagon from the back of the rolling stock store - where it has sat for thirty years.

Wilson, Brewster, Koko, Hoot and Toot are going to Trainee Camp to learn new skills and work as a team.

Cormac loves to be busy, but with a problem at the docks, he gets increasingly bored, but when Jackman, Asher and Calley are trapped behind a rockfall at the quarry, it's Cormac to the rescue. Cormac tried to lift the large pieces of rock, but they're too heavy, then he saw a big excavator, he used the excavator to smash the pieces of rock to save the Chug Patrollers and save the day.

Wilson picks pumpkins for Frostini's harvest festival pumpkin ice cream. Hoot & Toot are Frostini's special helpers too, Wilson doesn't want to share the job. He speeds off with the ice cream and goes so fast the ice cream falls in the stream. There are no pumpkins left! Hoot & Toot get lost in the forest while trying to find cream.

The chuggers are learning to carry passengers comfortably, using dummies specially made to wobble if the ride isn't silky smooth. Dunbar will test them at the end of the day. Koko and Brewster take to it easily, but poor Wilson struggles. He goes off to practise by himself in the park, but things don't go well.

Old 'Picky Nicky' Inspector Nicholas is coming to conduct Chuggington Depot's annual inspection. The chuggers swing into action getting things ready. Emery has a day off and really wants to help. He bosses everyone about and generally gets in the way. An exasperated Vee sends him to the station to wait for the Inspector. Emery finds a young woman there.

Hoot and Toot are starting to do things on their own, Hoot has a delivery to make. All the other chuggers are so busy they can't play with Toot. There's a buzz of excitement on the tracks, there is a new trainee moving to Chuggington! Everyone hurries to get back to the depot to greet Piper when she arrived.

While delivering some special equipment to the safari park, Mtambo asks Koko if she can keep a secret. Tonight, they are hoping to catch a very rare site on camera, a luna dance performed by the bats to a special bird song. Dr Gosling wants Koko to record the sound but she's can't tell anyone about it, they need the safari park to be completely silent or they might scare the bird.

The chuggers make preparations for the Winter Parade through Chuggington.

Brewster overhears the Mayor is interviewing Action Chugger about "Sky High Flyer", a film about making the most of what you have. Brewster wants to be a film maker too so offers to help the Mayor by making a film for her presentations about who puts the chug in Chuggington. Things don't quite to plan as he can't find anything exciting enough to film.

Wilson helps out when Old Puffer Pete goes sleep-riding around Chuggington.

Harrison must devise a special tour of Chuggington in order to pass his tour guide test.

An ice storm hits Chuggington and Koko really wants to help. She sees her chance when she comes across one of the anti-freeze cars. She thinks she's de-icing the tracks, but she's actually making them even icier - she doesn't realise that the car contains water. Because of her actions, Eddie and Emery get stranded out in the cold. Koko admits her mistake and does what she can to help Calley rescue them. When Eddie and Emery are back, safe and warm, Koko promises she'll never do anything like that again without checking with someone first!

Skylar is doing some rescue training with the trainees, if they pass they get some high visibility stripes and a place in Skylar's Squad! Olwin helps Sylar by taking Hoot and Toot off for some extra training. They play a game of hidey chuggers, Hoot and Toot try to find Olwin. They think they hear her down a tunnel in the mountain but they have been following their echo.

Koko takes some very important visitors including the mayor on a tour.

The defect detector is a device that lets Vee know if there's anything wrong with chuggers as they pass by its scanners. Unfortunately, it seems to be malfunctioning! Eddie takes it off to the repair shed and Emery, wanting to be helpful, takes its place. But, worried that he might miss something, Emery sends nearly everyone to the repair shed, creating chaos in the depot! Emery feels bad that he's caused so much work for Vee and wishes he could make up for it. He has an idea. If the detector could talk, it wouldn't have to do everything through Vee. Dr Ling and Eddie think it's a great idea and they update the detector so that it speaks. And they know the perfect voice to use Emery's!

Action Chugger's staring in a new movie, he's going undercover as a ordinary chugger. He needs to practice for the role so disguises himself so the other chuggers can't recognise him. The disguise isn't working very well as everyone knows who he is. Action Chugger tries to help the ordinary chuggers as they don't have super hero powers but he ends up making a mess and annoying them.

Jackman, Asher, Puffer Pete, Olwin and Koko have to struggle down an icy slope to get to the inaccessible frozen over docks to get fuel for all the chuggers when an ice storm hits Chuggington and fuel supplies run low.

Koko learns to use how to brake at high speeds and Brewster learns that he has a good eye for track-laying.

The trainees are playing "Hidey chugger" in the Roundhouse Park when Koko comes across Hodge playing a chugnav game. Koko wants to beat Hodge's top score, she forgets about Wilson and Brewster and goes off to try and complete all the levels of the chugnav game. Old Puffer Pete has broken down, Vee asks Koko him back to the depot but the game distracts her and she forgets all about him.

Brewster overhears Morgan talking about something going to the scrap yard, and then hears Pete saying how worn out he is. Brewster jumps to the conclusion that it's Pete who's going to the scrap yard! He and the other trainees determine to help Pete by doing all of his work for him. A farce ensues as the trainees rush around doing Pete's work as well as their own.

Toot doesn’t want to do track inspection with Hoot. To get out of it, she pretends she isn’t feeling well. At first she enjoys getting lots of attention, but when Morgan thinks her flywheel needs replacing, which means having her engine taken out and spending the night in the repair shed, Toot realises she’s gone too far.

It's a busy morning in Chuggington, Piper is called to the main depot. Pete helps her as she is still very wobbly on her wheels. Piper is given her trainee badge and Pete takes her to the park for some training. Wilson, Brewster and Koko are doing some safety training with Skylar in the mountains. They are learning how to use the chug catcher.

Brewster and Koko get stranded on the opposite side of a broken track that the Chuggineers are repairing.

Koko tries to break a speed record at the Chug-a-Sonic Speedtrack.

Hodge gets stuck high up in the air, but Wilson's clever thinking saves the day.

Dunbar has some news, he's leaving Chuggington to do some traveling. Brewster is very sad to see Dunbar go so makes him promise to say goodbye before he leaves. Skylar is going to be the trainees new trainer, he's fresh from the training academy. He starts with some crane training and explains it's all about focus and flow.

Wilson saves Koko from a collapsing mine, proving that he is the brave new hero of the rails.

Zack becomes trapped when an old rickety bridge collapses, prompting Brewster to use all his craning skills to lift him safely out of the high tunnel.

The Chuggineers compete with the Steam Team for the coveted Iron Chuggers title

Zephie is given the important job of transporting newspaper reporter 'Rag' and photographer 'Snap.' They're doing a story about Morgan's new rail-going cycle, which Zephie isn't happy about. It's her job to take Morgan places! She feels threatened and wonders if she should find a new job. Rag lets her wear his press pass just for fun, and forgets to retrieve it.

A storm has left the Safari Park in a bit of chaos, and some animals have escaped! Emery teases Brewster, saying one of the escapees is a dragon. So when one of the fugitives - a golden bell frog - makes his home in a tunnel that amplifies his distinctive 3-note croak into a mighty roar, the trainees are convinced that Emery is right!

The trainees are preparing for a game of tandem chug-tag. Koko and Wilson need to complete their Advanced Storm Training so they don't have time to practice for the game. In a hurry to finish, Wilson turns the storm maker up so high Koko is floating in the wind above the tracks! She shouts STOP and lands on the track with a thump. One of her wheels is damaged! Morgan has run out of spares so Wilson takes the magnetic crane out to try and find enough metal to make a new wheel. He turns the magnetic crane up to it's highest setting and gets stuck to it. Wilson manages to wriggle free and heads back to the depot. Along the way all the metal objects near him start to stick to his body, he's covered!

When he runs out of Water, Wilson has to think on his wheels during fire training.

Brewster has his first chuggineer test and Wilson is on Safety Patrol.

Brewster and Cormac chase a runaway circular tunnel entrance through the countryside.

During training, Wilson and Chug Patrol must evacuate animals from the Safari Park.

Calley worries she doesn't have a specialty, but proves she is a great all-rounder.

Hoot and Toot are double ended shunting chuggers. Hoot gets fed-up of Toot always being at the front, so Toot agrees to let him lead for the day. Hoot mixes up a delivery of red tomatoes and green apples. He also refills the spray shed with the wrong colour paint and Wilson is sprayed green instead of his usual red! Toot is upset with Hoot for getting everything wrong.

The Chuggineers demolish an old cooling tower and Brewster cannot wait to see it come down, but an urgent job means he may miss the explosion.

Brewster is trapped when he falls into a sinkhole.

Koko challenges Wilson to see if they can stay awake all night! Morning comes, and Wilson declares himself the winner - just as Vee gives him a job for the day: he's going to be collecting the mail and taking it to the sorting office. While Koko sleeps in, poor Wilson struggles to keep his eyes open.

Mtambo is teaching the trainees about camouflage, so they can get close to the animals in the safari park to complete their advanced Safari training. Brewster and Koko help each other cover themselves in leaves so they are almost invisible. Wilson can't find any leaves so he think of a new camouflage idea. He has a trainwave and heads to the spray booth.

Brewster must take the mining equipment to the site, but when his pulling team is taken away, he will need to find a way to help his replacements

When Emery breaks down in the forest, it's Chug Patroller Wilson to the rescue.

Nobody wants to go down the mine to collect the rolling stock for cleaning, so Speedy suggests they settle it with a chug of war! Two teams will face each other across a bridge with a piece of rolling stock between them. The first team to pull the rolling stock off the bridge is the winner and the losers will clean the mine. Harrison captains one team, Speedy the other.

When Koko sees the pretty design that Lori has painted on Zephie??s face, she decides she wants one too and the two of them compete to see who can get the biggest and best design. Lori??s too busy repainting rolling stock in the automated spray shed to help, so Koko and Zephie decide to paint each other using the paint car.

Koko decides to try for the High Speed badge - something no trainee has ever won. Emery wishes he still earned badges like the trainees do. For fun, he plays a 'pretend badge' game with Hoot and Toot, where they award each other imaginary badges. Emery is so busy playing his game that he doesn't listen when Vee assigns him to take some supporters to the footbridge to cheer Koko on. Realising that he was so wrapped up in his pretend badge game, he forgot how important the real badge was for Koko, he takes it upon himself to be her number one cheerleader. Koko is flagging, but with Emery's encouragement, she bursts through the finish line! Emery learns that he doesn't need badges anymore - it's enough to know he's done a good job.
