As Martin and the gang suffer through the weather together, Martin attempts to settle his dispute with Mr. Lopez but discovers the landlord in a compromising situation with another tenant's wife. Martin informs Mr. Lopez that he will keep quiet only if Mr. Lopez reduces the rent and turns the heat back on.

Gina ends up fighting with Jerome, the player, trying to wash her window at an intersection, and breaking off the side view mirror. Cole ends up driving his mother, Mama Payne and a friend around, and crashing into the curb. Pam takes the car to a drive through bank window and gets hassled by Otis the security guard, who takes out his frustrations on the car. They all wind up running the vehicle into the ground and have to get rid of it.

The two clash on what to keep, and they end up with two of everything. In the end they compromise on what to keep and what to give away to charity. Meanwhile, Pam and Tommy are glad Gina has moved out of her old apartment, so they can have a chance to ""do things"" once she is gone.

Pam takes the car to a drive through bank window and gets hassled by Otis the security guard, who takes out his frustrations on the car. They all wind up running the vehicle into the ground and have to get rid of it.
