As Phil and Lil's birthday nears, the twins realize that they are more different from each other than they think. Phil is getting to like girls, and Lil is wearing a pink training bra. After a shocking incident, they decide to have separate parties for the boys and the girls as they try to out-prank each other.

The whole school has caught Yu-Gotta-Go fever, a role playing card game, except Chuckie. When he finally starts playing, it becomes an obsession, and he's hired by Angelica to do her chores in exchange for more cards. He becomes one of the school's elite players, but in the pursuit of an elusive card, he nearly parts with the valuable stamp collection that Chas has passed down to him. It's up to his friends to keep him from getting in over his head.

The kids try to get a date to the Valentines Day school dance with their crushes.

Grandpa Lou takes over Stu's job of chaperone for the class field trip to the Human Body museum, and starts to embarrass Tommy. Meanwhile, Dil is hospitalized for a throat infection.

Tommy decides to enter a filmmaking contest judged by his idol Martin Costomiris. But when his sci-fi movie proves to be a disaster, primarily due to the uncooperative cast, Tommy realizes that what goes on behind the scenes of the movie is far more interesting. Risking his friends, he follows them and secretly videotapes some of their private moments. When the others find out that Tommy has betrayed all of them, he's forced to make a choice: his "movie masterpiece" or his friends.

While the gang try on their Halloween costumes in the Finster's garage, they find TP+KF carved on the wall. Chuckie believes that Tommy has a crush on Kimi. The argument between Tommy and Chuckie escalates to where their friendship falls apart. So the rest of the gang tries to bring the two back together, but backfires. The two eventually make up when Chuckie saves Tommy from the middle school goons who were chasing him.

Tommy's girlfriend, Rachel is moving away, and he's cool with it, but is not sure why. However, his friends think otherwise, believing him to be in denial. Tommy tries going about his life as normal, but everyone keeps trying to show him compassion, annoying him greatly. Tommy is advised by Dil to go along with the plan so his friends will leave him alone. However, when Tommy hooks up with another girl, the gang unexpectedly have Rachel show up to surprise Tommy. Seeing him with another girl so soon is too much for her to bear, so she walks away again, leaving Tommy to cry for real this time. Chuckie then shows up at Tommy's house to comfort him.

When a comic book starring Chuckie's favorite superhero Armadillo Dave gets cancelled, he becomes too depressed to help Tommy with his science fair project. Tommy has to buy a rat for his project, but the last rat available is a mean one. It scares everybody. Kimi made Tommy a simple one lane track for his rat, much to his disappointment as he feels he would get a failing grade for it, but needs Chuckie so he can get a good grade on it since Chuckie has done it before. The gang tries to find Chuckie a new hero to worship.

The kids take an aptitude test to get a clue as to what they want to be when they grow up, but they are not happy at all about the results.

Angelica falls for Darryl, but she gets too nervous to talk to him whenever he is around. Her mom loses her CEO job and decides to become a full-time mom. Then, they get stranded together on a sail boat on the same day as Darryl's rock concert.

When various lawn decorations, such as gnomes, lawn orniments, ect... begin disappearing from the neighborhood everyone suspects Dil as the theif. But when Dil catches Tommy redhanded he decides to take the blame anyway. Which means being grounded and not being able to visit the museum. It is later revealed that Tommy is the thief, only he never knew it, because he was sleepwalking. Meanwhile, Angelica has to mentor a bratty little girl, who is basically a smaller version of herself.

Phil falls for the captain of the school soccer team. Meanwhile, Vice-Principal Pangborn asks Dil, Tommy, and Chuckie to hang around with his nephew, who turns out to be irritating and annoying.

A talent scout feels that Susie has what it takes to be a singer. Her parents, however, object to her concert because they are worried that it will affect her grades. She then decides to fund the venture herself, by asking her older sister for the money.

Kimi leads a petition drive to ban cell phones in school. To prevent her from having the cell phones banned, Angelica hoodwinks Chuckie into helping her keep cell phones in school in her petition drive, while Susie helps Kimi counteract. Things get worse when during the debate at a school assembly, Chuckie reveals to the audience that Kimi wants a cell phone for Christmas, and they end up not speaking to each other and threatening not to attend their parents' (Kira and Chas) 10 year wedding anniversary. However, Angelica, Susie, and Tommy force them to attend to attend. At the Java Lava, Chuckie and Kimi argue with each other about cell phones until they make up after Tommy shows a video of their parents' wedding when they were babies.

Angelica's teacher is having a baby so she brings in a hot handsome substitute teacher that Angelica falls in love with. She tries to date him by failing her assignments. Meanwhile, Tommy, Phil, and Chuckie are part of the tennis club run by Pangborn. Chuckie is trying to avoid showering at the boys' locker room, but when he takes the chance, he realizes he has nothing to worry about.

Susie is forced to choose between singing success in a TV talent show and leading her language team to victory in the language bowl which is held on the same day.

When Chuckie's biggest competition in the election for School Safety Commissioner is Dil's imaginary alien friend Izzy, you would think he would have it in the bag, right? WRONG! When Izzy becomes more popular than Chuckie, can he even rely on his friends to help him win?

Tired of being considered a "goody goody" by the popular kids, Susie tries desperately to prove that she can be a bad girl.

An older girl, Francine, picks on Tommy. Angelica is loving every minute of it! Does Francine like Tommy, or is she just a pest?

Camp Everwood seems like the perfect opportunity for Tommy's horror movie to take flight, especially when they learn the curse of Camp Everwood. The camp package contains brain-eating zombies, missing settlers, creepy pioneer Rock, the worst musical in history [Starring--who else? Angelica Pickles] and a mystery that is just dying to be solved. But when people start to go missing, can Tommy and the gang figure out just what happened on that same soil, over 100 years ago? A 1 hour long movie special that will have you wishing you'd brought your night light to bed with you.

Now that she's a teenager, Angelica asks her mother to get rid of all her old baby toys, but she forgets to tell her that her beloved Cynthia doll is an exception. She then races to save her doll from the hands of a greedy toy collector.

Stu becomes a little too helpful when he helps Tommy with his science fair project.

Savannah, the prettiest, most popular girl in school, who Angelica practically worships, decides to throw her party on the same day as Angelica's! Tommy and Chuckie, being amazed that somebody could actually out-mean Angelica, use Savannah's obsession with Senor Jumping Bean to ruin her plan!

Angelica has been invited to Savannah's party and she has to find a dress that hasn't ABW (Already Been Worn). While working at the hospital she suddenly breaks her nose and fakes a dilemma. Meanwhile Tommy, Chuckie, Kimi, Phil and Lil are doing community service week and part of it doesn't go according to plan.

When Tommy's newest film makes him famous, Dil worries that his big brother might forget all about him. Meanwhile, Angelica trains Chuckie on the fine art of lying.

When theres a talent show on and they've got places for singing, Angelica signs up, but Tommy tells Angelica to let Susie know. When Angelica calls, its on the answering machine, but it breaks. Angelica then pretends she's reminding her in front of Tommy, which when Susie comes back to school, eventually believes in Angelica. Meanwhile, Chuckie, Lil and Phil help Ms O'Keats with her part of the talent show, even though its a bit lame and they have to wear weird costumes and do other weird movements. Dil lets them know about Karma and tells them about that afternoon (Phil, Lil and Chuckie pulled a prank in assembly) and if they do something bad, something bad will happen to them, as in them being humiliated in front of the whole school. The next morning, Angelica's face breaks out with zits and comes to Dil's advice. Dil tells her to do good deeds but it just gets worse. At the show, Angelica admits to Susie she knew the answering machine was broken and swaps places with Susie. When Chu

It's soccer season and as per usual, Phil has soccer-on-the-brain. But when Lil casually joins the team, she surprises everyone, including herself, by instantly becoming a super star. At first Phil is excited about having another soccer-head in the family, but when Lil outshines him, he starts to resent her. When Lil finally realizes how upset Phil is, she has to decide whether to walk away from something she loves or continue to play and risk pushing away her only brother.

As babies the Rugrats used to dream about being cowboys, and as tweens they finally get to make those dreams come true! When the gang is invited to spend a week at a dude ranch, will Tommy and his city slicker pals adapt to the ways of the old west?

Phil has a crush on Lil's best friend and soccer teammate Wally they start hanging out more often, making Lil feel out of the loop. So Lil develops a plan to pull them apart. Phil and Wally's relationship fell apart when Lil told Wally that he does not like her. When Phil finds out that Lil lied to Wally, he becomes upset at his sister.

Kimi becomes obsessed with her Japanese heritage when she and the gang have to search their family trees as a school project.
