Maxine and Jasmine help a Dover lady who has been struggling to clean since becoming a full-time carer for her wheelchair-bound husband. In Tamworth, sisters Yvonne and Angela tackle a two-bed house for a man facing eviction because he hasn't cleaned in nearly three decades.

In London, sisters Yvonne and Angela tackle the dirtiest flat they have ever encountered in nearly 20 years on the job, while Maxine and her daughter Jasmine deal with a hoarder who has 20 years' worth of possessions cluttering his home. In Somerset, Shaun and his team specialise in full house clearances and they are sorting out a flat for a landlord, but the resident appears not to have thrown anything away in years and rotting household rubbish almost fills the rooms.

Shaun and his team are called out by a landlady who found her property in a very bad state, with mess over the floors, graffiti on the walls and doors pulled off their hinges. Maxine and her daughter Jasmine encounter a mountain of cigarette butts while cleaning the house of a man whose life fell apart following the breakup of his marriage, while sisters Yvonne and Angela tackle a bedsit with an infestation of German cockroaches.

Cameras follow mother and daughter Maxine and Jasmine as they face one of their biggest hoarder jobs yet - an elderly man who has a bungalow packed with 30 years' worth of belongings. Meanwhile, George and his team face a difficult clean up after a body was discovered in a flat.

Yvonne and Angela help an artist whose nine-bedroom house in Stafford is overrun with clutter, and Maxine and Jasmine go to Clacton to a maisonette that is covered in years' worth of animal fur from their 16 pets, and have three days to get it back into shape.
