Karen embarks on a journey from Staten Island to Arizona with her daughter Karina to visit her father, Sammy "The Bull" Gravano, after his release from prison; Jess attempts to let Billy back into Taylor and Joe's lives.

Paulie and Karina's relationship is tested. Jess introduces Taylor and Joe to her new love interest. Gina continues on her path toward clearing her record, while CP focuses on work and Dennie has a visit with her aunt to track down her biological father.

While meeting for the first time since witness protection, Billy and Dana discuss the potential consequences of the case. The O'Tooles receive Billy's autopsy report and reflect on life after his passing. Angela tracks down Boris to discuss their divorce. The Gravanos continue to pursue freedom for Xavier. Meanwhile, the Laroccas adjust to the whole family being together again for the first time in years.

After 20 years of being in witness protection, Billy decides to go back to Brooklyn to aid in his father's case alongside Bills and Layla; the O'Tooles try to mend their family traumas after Joe and Taylor's altercation.
