We see Alif gets more comfortable having Fisya around and Fisya is super focussed. But just then she learns about her father’s heart condition…

Meanwhile on the other side of the story, Fisya sets her mind to get the scholarship abroad in spite of knowing about Abi Hussein's condition. Still, she realizes she must put their past aside and spend quality time with Abi Hussein as his final moment approaches. Alongside her sadness at Abi Hussein's condition and her confusion about Jidan and Salsya, not to mention her stress over the scholarship, Alif comes to ask for her hand in marriage.

But all is not quite right with Fisya and her fainting was the start of something more serious…

It’s forbidden, especially now that he has transferred to another hospital. Alif will face all the consequences and carry the burden for the rest of his life if he's the one to perform the surgery – and fails. But as it turns out, miracles really do happen. Alif fights hard to keep hold of Fisya, and Fisya refuses to let fate take her away from the man she loves so dearly…
