Starting with omurice made from the remnants of Christmas dinner, Marc Matsumoto demonstrates how to give your leftovers a bento makeover. Bento guru Maki Ogawa, meanwhile, shows how to use shared ingredients to meet the whole family's bento needs, beginning with a much-loved lunchbox staple: kara-age fried chicken.
