Faith, an 8-year-old girl, sees the ghost of a young boy named Freddy. Next, Chip and Lisa help Faith overcome her fear of talking about her visions.

Chip and Lisa visit Joel, an isolated 14-year-old boy who sees the spirits of people and animals on his remote California ranch. Joel has never told anyone other than his mother about his experiences, he is terrified and desperately wants to know why these things are happening to him. To help Joel, Chip and Lisa introduce him to two siblings and their parents. Morgan, a 10-year-old girl who has premonitions of natural disasters, and Brad, 13, who can feel the pain of spirits around him. Together, the three kids must learn to face their fears when Chip takes them on a ghost hunt of a haunted ranch.

Alexa, 14, and her family recently abandoned their Florida home because they believe a negative and even dangerous paranormal presence is there. In order to confront their fear of the unknown, the girls visit Alexa's house in the most frightening Psychic Kids to date.
