Viveca Eldh leaves Jonas at Wittsätra, the old asylum residence. Rebecka has disappeared.

Jonas is told that he is a Hidden - a man with extraordinary powers. Eldh claims he is in danger and persuades him to flee.

Jonas is involved in a difficult accident and is declared dead. But his body wants something else, and he wakes up miraculously.

Rebecka is questioned and pressured to reveal Jonas as they claim to have killed several cops.
