Dr Huong's patient arrives in agony, suffering from sore testicles, a cancer survivor returns to her regular GP, Dr Parker, to receive potentially devastating test results and Dr Opong performs a rectal exam on a man experiencing stomach pains and a worrying bleed. Meanwhile, a local resident wants help to control his temper, emotions run high when Dr Ferdinand informs a patient he needs a knee operation and Dr Savage diagnoses a man with diabetes

Dr Savage treats a recently released prisoner who has previously struggled with depression, while Dr Opong sees a patient who is terrified that, like his mother, he might have cancer. Dr Parker prepares to reveal whether a patient is finally pregnant with her longed-for child and Dr Ferdinand provides reassurance for an elderly man who has just been discharged from hospital.
