KWO PIK, editor-in-chief of the fashion magazine “Elva”, attends the funeral of a famous fashion designer. Celebrity HELEN also attends this funeral and the reporters ask PIK to give comments on HELEN’s fashion. PIK claims that HELEN is a copycat in front of the press and HELEN is extremely embarrassed. PIK doesn’t fasten her seat belt while taking a car back to the office and the policewoman CHOW LAI MAN accuses her for breaking the law. PIK works in the studio for a photo-shooting job. MAN misconceives that a bomb is hidden in the studio and she makes a fool of herself. MAN helps a child to pick up a doll while carrying out her duty. KWO TAK passes by and takes video of the whole incident. Somebody tries to make a mess at Elva magazine’s office. MAN comes to carry out investigation where she meets TAK and falls in love at first sight. PIK is captured by the fans of HELEN.… ...

PIK is sent to the hospital after the incident. MAN brings her soup in order to apologize but PIK doesn’t want to talk to MAN at all. PIK learns that GLORIA, the daughter of the very wealthy CHEUNG’s family, is sent to the same hospital because of food poisoning and PIK is overjoyed. TAK tries to make reparation to MAN for the bad manner of his mother PIK. He brings MAN to different places for fun and MAN seizes the chance to declare her love to him. TAK is shocked and he discusses this with PIK. PIK introduces GLORIA to TAK and GLORIA is very fond of him. TAK presents his idea of creating a Leopard Lady for an upcoming advertisement project to PIK but PIK rejects him. TAK is unhappy and shares this with MAN. MAN dresses like a Leopard Lady to cheer him up. Encouraged by MAN, TAK insists to sell his idea to GLORIA during the presentation and PIK is embarrassed. GLORIA invites TAK and PIK to her party.… ...

BO BO reports to PIK that MAN and TAK are in love with each other. PIK asks BO to threaten MAN with some muscular guys. PIK tells MAN that she is not a good match of TAK and asks her to leave him. TAK cannot get hold of MAN and his heart feels heavy. PIK pretends that she will not interfere in TAK’s love affairs if he can finish GLORIA’s advertisement project according to schedule. TAK learns that MAN has lost her job after the Leopard Lady incident and she is now working as a waitress in a low-class restaurant. TAK goes to meet MAN but MAN kicks him away. PIK arranges an overseas filming trip for TAK and GLORIA. TAK agrees to go but he changes his mind before boarding. He realizes that he truly loves MAN and decides to propose marriage to her… PIK is heart-broken to learn about the news and she runs away angrily. TAK finally convinces PIK to accept MAN as her daughter-in-law.… ...

After marrying TAK, MAN becomes a full-time housewife. She tries to prepare dinner for the family but everybody gets a stomachache after eating her dishes. PIK asks MAN to deliver something to the office. MAN discovers that what she is delivering is a pair of silk stockings and she teases PIK for making a fuss of it. PIK is enraged and she gives MAN a lecture on the importance of silk stockings in the fashion industry. MAN finds the works in fashion magazine very interesting. PIK is recruiting a personal assistant and MAN applies for the job. PIK doesn’t want to hire MAN but MAN is selected by mistake. MAN convinces PIK to give her a 7 days probation period. After the probation period, the final edited version of the magazine is missing and everyone blames MAN for causing the trouble. The final edited version is actually in PIK’s place.… ...

MAN doesn’t dress properly at home and this embarrasses PIK. PIK scolds BO for not keeping an eye on MAN. TAK brings MAN out to have some fun. They return to discover that PIK has bought some cosmetics for MAN already and MAN is overjoyed. After staying in jail for 27 years as a result of being frame-up, PING FAN is released eventually and he asks the private detective to carry out investigation on a woman called FIONA. On the other hand, PIK is carrying out investigation on FAN as well. PIK realizes that FAN is working as a cleaner in her office and she is shocked. TAK learns that FAN is very familiar with the stock market and they become good friends. PIK asks BO to announce to everybody that FAN has been in jail for a long time so that all staffs will force FAN to resign. However, MAN and TAK speak up for FAN. Everybody eventually accept FAN as a team member. FAN is very grateful.… ...

PIK recalls the memory of the past after meeting FAN and she is determined to fire him. BO suddenly blames FAN for sexual harassment but TAK steps in to help FAN. Publisher SAM meets MAN while she is reading TAK’s investment notes. MAN gives TAK’s investment tips to SAM and SAM earns some money by this. SAM invites TAK to work in his financial magazine. MAN decides to work for PIK again so that TAK could concentrate on his job. PIK insists that TAK should stay in Elva but TAK resigns and moves away with MAN. MAN originally decides to resign as well but SHUN convinces her to stay in order to maintain the relationship between PIK and TAK. PIK treats MAN as if she is invisible. When MAN makes mistakes, PIK keeps on scolding BO and BO breakdowns into tears. MAN tries to console BO and she learns all about BO’s past…

MAN learns that BO is an orphan and it was PIK who has been sponsoring her all the way through. MAN’s attitude towards PIK changes completely after knowing this. SUET LIN asks TAK to check out the stock market with her in the bank but she is too nervous and suffers from fetal irritability suddenly. PIK passes by and she tries to console LIN. PIK nearly reconciles with TAK but LIN disturbs the whole thing. PIK complains about TAK in front of TIM’s grave. Coincidentally, FAN brings TAK and MAN to TIM’s grave as well. PIK hides behind a tree and overhears their conversation. FAN reminds TAK not to encourage LIN to invest and he tells the story of TIM as well. FAN reiterates that he will take revenge on FIONA. PIK is startled and she rushes to the temple to pray. However, she accidentally falls down and hurts herself. TAK is shocked to learn that PIK is in the hospital and he rushes to visit her.… ...

PIK asks BO to attend a Shanghai fashion show on behalf of her. Everybody believes that BO is going to become the successor of PIK so they try to please BO in every way. BO learns that MAN is going as well and she feels jealous. PIK ‘s intention is to train BO up and keep MAN away from TAK for a while. During the trip, CHEUNG and BO always argue with each other. MAN tries to mediate between them and she accidentally reveals the past of BO to CHEUNG. BO deliberately makes MAN late for an important interview with a famous fashion designer. FAN’s article is rejected by ROCK, the editor-in-chief of a financial magazine, because FAN used to be a prisoner. PIK suggests FAN to use the nickname ANONYMOUS to write his articles, hoping that FAN will forget the past hatred. BO and CHEUNG get drunk in the pub and they sleep with each other. MAN ensures BO that she will not reveal this to others.… ...

MAN accidentally damages VIENNA’s clothes when interviewing her and also meets a woman called CHI KIU at the same time. MAN’s carelessness inspires VIENNA and their interview works out smoothly. MAN learns that KIU is the CEO of VIENNA’s company and PIK has always wanted to interview KIU. During the celebration party, MAN is shocked to realize that TAK knows KIU well. TAK reveals to MAN that KIU is his ex-girlfriend. FAN’s column is very popular and the publishing company’s boss Mr MA decides to step into the mainland market. PIK recommends FAN to MA immediately but FAN doesn’t dare to meet MA. PIK convinces FAN that she will reveal the whereabouts of FIONA if he agrees to meet MA. She also helps to design a brand new image for FAN so that he will be confident enough to meet MA. FAN thinks that MA is not knowledgeable at all and he doesn’t like to talk to him. During the party, ROCK and the others come to tease FAN.… ...

FAN makes the restaurant into a mess and MA loses interest on him completely. PIK is not discouraged at all and she tries to arrange a feature interview for FAN. PIK ensures FAN that she will reveal the whereabouts of FIONA to him and FAN finally agrees to continue their deal. Everybody returns from Shanghai but they find that MAN is missing. MAN has asked CHEUNG to teach her all about fashion and she appears again in front of everybody with a brand new image. MAN discovers that BO loves CHEUNG secretly but BO doesn’t take any action because people suspect that CHEUNG is gay. MAN carries out investigation and discovers it was BO who spreads the rumor. CHEUNG is actually divorced with two children. PIK decides to change her strategy. She allows FAN to reveal his true self in a feature interview and all of a sudden FAN becomes very popular among the readers. FAN asks PIK to reveal the whereabouts of FIONA and PIK lies to him.… ...

Encouraged by PIK, FAN decides to start a new life and he asks TAK to find a new home for him. MAN is suspicious on FIONA’s death and she questions PIK. PIK asks MAN to stay away from the case and she buys back a photo with TIM from a photo shop secretly. MAN agrees to bring CHEUNG’s daughters out to play because she wants BO to develop a relationship with the two kids. BO gets a bee sting accidentally and she is sent to the hospital. CHEUNG’s shooting job is cancelled because the male model is not available suddenly so he rushes to the hospital to visit BO and the kids. MAN finds a handsome man MARK on the street to replace the model’s role. PIK blames everybody for running away from their duties during office hour and she asks BO to concentrate on her career instead of love affairs. MARK suddenly appears in the office and he tries to seduce MAN. The big boss passes by and tells everybody that MARK is his son…

MA announces in a meeting that MARK will join Elva’s team. PIK and TAK are not happy about this. BO discovers that PIK is FIONA. She threatens PIK to promote her but PIK insists that BO is not qualified for the position yet. BO is very angry and she decides to take revenge… BO secretly gives hints to MAN and MAN eventually discovers that PIK is FIONA. MAN wants to question PIK but YAU SHUN stops her. PIK is nominated to become the Deputy Director of the Women’s Union and MAN feels that PIK is not qualified at all. During the cocktail party of Women’s Union, MAN feels that PIK is really pretentious and she tries to calm herself down by drinking continuously. FAN suddenly appears and PIK tries to kick him out with harsh words. MAN cannot bear it anymore and she reveals the truth to FAN. FAN is enraged and he rushes to the cocktail party to disclose FIONA’s real identity in front of everybody. PIK is enraged.… ...

PIK’s real identity is revealed and TAK is unhappy for his mother has deceived him. PIK reveals that BO’s sister was actually the other woman. TAK is very angry and he runs away from home. MA seizes the chance to promote MARK so as to manipulate PIK. MARK suggests transforming Elva into a brand new magazine. PIK objects the idea while MAN supports MARK. PIK has no choice but to accept MARK’s proposal eventually. A brand new magazine “Elva Green” will be launched. MAN and half of the team are allocated to the project team of Elva Green. KIU consoles TAK and encourages him to return home. MAN discovers that PIK has stolen her idea of giving away special premiums to the reader and she rushes to question PIK. TAK is caught between the two women again and he turns to KIU to air his grievances. KIU persuades TAK to move to her investment consultancy firm and TAK is positive towards the suggestion.… ...

MAN is upset for TAK has resigned to work for KIU. PIK asks KIU out secretly and she reminds KIU not to interfere in TAK’s marriage. This reminds KIU of the words that PIK has said to her when she went to study abroad years ago. PIK apologizes to FAN and reveals the truth to him. FAN worries that TAK will commit adultery just like his father so he decides to work as a cleaner in KIU’s company so as to keep an eye on them. MARK appoints MAN as the in-charge of Elva Green magazine. PIK believes that MARK is using MAN to fight against her. LIN gives birth to a baby boy. PIK is inspired and suggests MAN to consider having a baby so as to maintain her marriage with TAK. It is said that PIK will be moving to another magazine and MAN finds that this is actually PIK’s trick. MARK discovers this and he shows cold-shoulder to PIK. PIK invites KIU and TAK for dinner. MAN arrives and she insists that TAK should stay with her.… ...

TAK runs away. PIK reveals her true thinking to MAN and MAN is heart-broken. MARK continues to promote MAN so as to gain more control on PIK. PIK wants to fight back but she is not able to do anything since MA is not in Hong Kong. During the meeting, PIK asks for one month’s leave and MARK assigns all her works to MAN. CHEUNG arranges job interview for BO and MARK assigns BO as the personal assistant of MAN. BO makes use of PIK’s networks to create valuable interview opportunities for MAN. MARK believes that MAN can handle the role of PIK and he decides to fire PIK… PIK realizes that she is no longer wanted in the office so she resigns. MAN is shocked and she runs out to look for PIK. PIK claims that MAN has achieved what she wanted finally and MAN is speechless. TAK walks KIU home. KIU seizes the chance to declare her love to him and they kiss each other. PIK stops TAK from committing adultery on time because of FAN’s information.… ...

MAN learns that TAK has been dating with KIU secretly. She is shocked and proposes a divorce impulsively. MAN goes to SHUN’s home and discovers that LIN has left to hide away from the creditors while SHUN has gone to KWO’s flat to ask for help. MAN and TAK pretend that they are still in love with each other in front of others. TAK reveals to MAN that he will resign from the job and stay away from KIU. MAN is softhearted and she forgives him. While TAK tries to resign, he suddenly learns that he has obtained the professional qualification successfully and KIU introduces an important client to him… PIK and her housekeeper PING move to Lamma Island to live. PIK goes to do voluntary services at an elderly center with PING but her harsh criticisms have driven PING away. MARK promotes MAN as the editor-in-chief but the staffs do not treat MAN as the boss. MAN realizes that TAK has not resigned from his job.… ...

MAN is caught between MARK and all other staffs after becoming the editor-in-chief. BO suggests MAN to follow PIK’s management style but MAN doesn’t agree with her. PIK gets an accident at Lamma Island. FAN rescues her on time but PIK refuses to apologize to him. PIK returns home and discovers that MAN is going to divorce TAK. PIK is heart-broken and she cries in front of FAN. FAN is enraged and he hurts KIU accidentally. TAK doesn’t want KIU to suffer anymore and he agrees to divorce with MAN… MAN tries to speak out her own ideas in front of MARK and MARK is upset. MARK decides to make use of MAN to manipulate the whole team. He asks MAN to punish all those disobedient staffs and MAN feels uneasy. MAN wants to share her feelings with TAK but she is shocked to discover that TAK has agreed to divorce with her. She also finds that TAK is now dating with KIU and she is very upset…

PIK visits the elderly center again and her attitude has improved a lot. FAN declares his love to PIK but PIK wants him to help mediating between TAK and MAN first. TAK visits PIK with KIU and PIK pretends to be supportive… MAN always scolds her staffs hardly. She has done this because she wants to protect the staffs from being fired by the big boss. MAN returns home and shares her difficulties with SHUN. SHUN persuades MAN to resign and MAN considers it seriously. PIK discovers that MAN wants to resign and she teases her. MAN is enraged and decides to stay in Elva. TAK and KIU quarrel with each other on a project. PIK persuades them to get married but TAK doesn’t accept the suggestion since he still misses MAN. TAK and CHEUNG meet MAN accidentally in a pub. KIU misconceives that TAK is still seeing MAN. She questions him angrily and they break up with each other.… ...

MAN joins together with all staffs to fight for the right of the team. However, she realizes that KIU has convinced MARK to sell Elva magazine and everybody will lose their jobs soon. MAN tries hard to persuade MARK to abandon the plan. MARK finally agrees to give Elva a last chance. He says that if the sales of Elva go up in the next issue, he will consider keeping it. TAK asks KIU to let go of Elva. KIU replies that if TAK reunite with her, she will let it go. TAK rejects KIU and KIU is enraged. She persuades MARK to sell Elva as soon as possible with strong reasons and MARK finally accepts her suggestion. He decides to sell Elva regardless of his promise to MAN. MAN visits PIK with CHEUNG and BO. They asks PIK to help Elva but PIK rejects them. MAN learns that TAK has separated with KIU. She tries to look for TAK but TAK has gone to China to do voluntary works.… ...

MAN needs to call back all the magazines and she is very depressed. CHEUNG has been dating with BO for some time and he is very upset that BO has betrayed him. BO reveals to CHEUNG that she has her own difficulties… Elva’s reputation is ruined completely and the buyer refuses to buy it. MAN plans to arrange a press conference to explain the case and she promises to take whole responsibility for the incident. MAN apologizes to PIK for not being able to save Elva. PIK consoles MAN and they reconcile with each other. During the press conference, MAN announces to the press that Elva’s publication will be ceased. PIK suddenly arrives and announces to everybody that she has bought Elva… PIK persuades MAN to stay in the KWO family to wait for TAK. Natural disasters occur in the place where TAK works. TAK disappears and everybody is worried. MAN rushes to China to look for TAK. Will she be able to find her love?
