In the series pilot, Tracker receives a "friendly" visit from his old "colleague"" Khivisto, head of the Balkan crime family, reminding him of his debts. Back at the store, he makes a deal with a regular supplier and accidentally buys a human finger-along with a big diamond ring-then meets the next generation of Slavic Satanists.

Meanwhile, the video store gets a visit from Paul-and the police, hot on the trail of an illegal 24 Hour Rental. But Paul's plan to shut down the store quickly hits a snag.

Struggling to stay afloat in the Internet age, Tracker runs his shop as a front for a host of petty crimes, from fencing jewelry to peddling dope cut with Drano and desperation, all in hopes of returning to power.
