There's a naughty secret in the hotel this weekend. After sharing a kiss behind everyone's back last week, Jordan and Chloe have decided to brush the truth under the carpet and try to move on. Jordan is now focussed on taking his relationship with Isobel to the next level, while Callum and Chloe are trying to work out just what their relationship is and where it's going.

With two reps gone and Jordan and Ellie battling for supremacy, it looks like David's dream team is a thing of the past. David doles out some tough love to Deano.

In this week’s explosive Ibiza Weekender head rep David and his team have their hands full following the arrival of a couple of hot older boys and sexually confident girls set pulses racing all around the hotel. Girl guest Sofia arrives with her sights set on Jordan but after a fruitless first night she turns her considerable attention to boy guest Devante. Luckily rep Marlie is quite happy to keep fellow guest Rob company.

After Chloe’s bombshell last time, love is in the air this weekend in Ibiza, but Jordan’s attempts to win back Isobel’s heart quickly go awry when guest Katy catches his eye.

David is joined by rep veteran Jordan and last year’s standout Callum. With the arrival of the three new female reps it is clear the old heads won’t get everything their own way.

David lays down the law as the hotel welcomes its first hen party.

With the new girl reps settling into Ibiza life under the watchful eyes of old pros Jordan and Deano, Head rep David has a surprise for the team. Under the guise of a cocktail masterclass he unveils his 7th and final rep – Cocktail maestro Callum. With the new guests arriving, Callum is thrown into the deep end and gets to work. But it's not just cocktails he is stirring, as Deano starts to feel even less noticeable with another fit guy on the team. Although Deano takes a liking to one of the farming girl guests, he is knocked again with the arrival of super fit Brummie boy guests. New rep Marley can't keep her eyes off them – especially when they strip off their tops in a sexy torso showdown.

Party girl Marlie is first to join the team and quickly bonds with newbie Molly, a disastrous-dating brickie. But it's final new girl Chyna that makes the biggest impression on lothario Jordan – as he quickly singles her out as rep romance potential. With a new massage qualification under his belt, pint sized muscle man Deano is keen to get his hands on the guests and prove he can avoid the drama of relationships at all. With the guests' arrival, it's not long before he's attempting to put this into practice. With David on hand to lead the way, Marlie and Mollie are soon getting the hang of rep life showing how to cater to guests and yet still have fun. But Chyna struggles juggling Jordan's attention and her job as a rep. With feedback from the guests to come at the end of the weekend, she will have to raise her game to avoid coming under the eye of El Jefe.

Having sacked a rep and demoted Jordan, David is determined to create his dream team, but how will the other reps cope as Ellie returns as assistant head rep?

There’s a fresh face in the hotel this weekend as David’s new recruit Nicola joins the team. Her history with Jordan causes Isobel yet more worries even though they’re not supposed to be a thing anymore. Callum is faced with a tough test when old flame Catherine arrives as a guest. How does he keep her happy when he doesn’t want to go behind Chloe’s back, but El jefe’s rules mean he can’t tell the guests he’s not single. No such problem for Savvas who shows guest Georgie a weekend to remember, earning the job of Assistant Head Rep in the process. So who’s got Savvas’ old tabard? Well after a weekend in which Isobel has been more focussed on Jordan than the guests she gets demoted to trainee and has to wear the tabard as well.

It’s all change on the white Isle this week as El Jefe’s ban on rep romances starts to take effect, while Callum is still reeling from Chloe’s shock departure.
