When a local beauty contest reports a poltergeist problem, the team is called in. Ricki enters the contest and the poltergeist tries to pull her into the light. Ricki falls for the poltergeist and considers dating him.

Using the same equipment as the real ghost hunting groups, they investigate various haunted locations each week.
