While PR man Puma mysteriously loses his front tooth, Dutchess the Southern Belle settles into life in the big city and tries to get used to the scrutiny of her playful boss, Ceaser. Meanwhile, manager and front desk girl Alex gets into it with a Mixxxy (Black Ink groupie) over her choice of tattoo and Ceaser has just about had it with his employees who clearly don't respect his authority. After a hard night of partying, Ceaser arrives at his shop to find his staff AWOL. Alex and O'S**t are late so Cease is forced to call in other employees to help out. Puma arrives direct from the doctor's office; delivering some big news...a new, pint-size member of the Black Ink crew will be arriving shortly! When one of O'S**t's clients comes in with a messed up tattoo and Shit is still nowhere to be found, Cease struggles between being a tough boss and a loyal friend.

When Cease's phone rings with an update from Harlem, he is surprised to hear that O'S**t's reign has come to an abrupt end.

Dutchess invites Quani for a trip to Paris. Sassy then invites herself along. Elsewhere, the crew celebrates renovations at the shop.

Donna lets her opinion be known one too many times. Sky finds out that Ted has been stepping out on her.

Sky enjoys her newfound freedom. Ceaser doesn’t want anyone associated with Puma close by. A surprise visitor tests Ted’s loyalty to Sky.

The aftermath of O'S**t's firing is starting to hit Ceaser where it hurts the most.in his pockets. Sassy is contemplates leaving the chaos of the shop for more stability in the corporate world. Outside of the shop Alex, Dutchess, and Sassy anticipate modeling in an upcoming fashion show. Puma discovers O'S**t's life has spiraled out of control with the biggest blow yet: losing his daughter and eviction from his apartment. Alex moves forward with her feelings for Ted, but at a cost to her friendship with Dutchess and Sassy.

Anya recovers in the hospital. Elsewhere, Sassy's new girlfriend is introduced to the crew, and news about Sky leads Ceaser, Dutchess and Ted to Arizona.

Dutchess faces a difficult decision when the caterers, guests and supplies for her grand-opening party for Pretty N Ink fall through the day before the event. Later, Donna makes an unexpected visit to North Carolina to confront Dutchess and Ceaser about throwing out her tattoo equipment.

O'S**t is still missing. The crew is worried for their friend and the shop is losing customers. Meanwhile, the Jamaica crew goes cliff diving and Puma (who neglects to tell anyone that he can't swim) nearly drowns...just days before his wedding.

Ceaser and Big Joe question Puma about his no-show at the photo shoot; O'S**t heads to court; and a riot results when Quani shows up outside Black Ink.

Bae continues the search for her missing mom in Korea while struggling to deal with her pregnancy; O'Sh*t clashes with Alex over a client; Sky becomes unhinged as she begins to question Bae's past.

Post -Vegas, Ceaser is coming to terms with his feelings for Dutchess...despite all of the guys in the shop busting his chops about his upcoming trip to North Carolina to "meet the parents." Because of O'S**t's impressive performance in Vegas, Cease rewards him by putting him in charge of the shop while Cease is down South. Puma and Quanni are also taking a big step when they begin their search for an apartment and they have a discussion about their future as a family. Alex, who was a no-show in Vegas, is living her separate life away from the shop. She gets a surprise visit from Walt, who motivates her to make a visit to the shop to speak with Cease. But when she arrives at Black Ink, Dutchess also has a few things to say.

Ceaser's arrest sends shock waves through Black Ink. Puma is opening up a brand new tattoo shop to give Black Ink a run for its money. All hell breaks loose when Ted hires a new tattoo artist behind Ceaser's back.

A new tattoo artist receives a traditional Black Ink welcome. Later, the ladies travel to Miami Beach for Sky's surgery; and Dutchess' wild night at the club could put her relationship with Ceaser at risk.

Puma brings the hammer down on Ink Dreamy for his behavior toward the women in the group.

After leaving Black Ink closed for a month, Ceaser is back in Harlem. In North Carolina, Dutchess still has to pay for unexpected renovations before her tattoo shop can open. Kathie warns O’Sh*t about child support payments.

Ceaser confronts O'S**t about rumors that he slept with Dutchess; and an altercation erupts when Donna refuses to pay Sky for her portion of the hotel bill. Later, Puma's life is put at stake when bullets are fired into Art2Ink.

Sky throws a party at the shop to reveal her new body; and Ceaser attempts to mediate for O'S**t and Kathie. Later, Puma's mother-in-law demands that Puma close down his shop after she hears about the shooting at Art2Ink.

Puma decides to invite Ceaser to his wedding in Jamaica, but under one condition...he has to leave Dutchess at home. Meanwhile O'S**t welcomes Lulu and Coley to Harlem for a visit.

Dutchess takes over 113th and plans a 24-hour tattoo-a-thon to save the shop, but a fight between Sky and Tiffany threatens to ruin the entire event. An urgent call from Richard has Nikki racing to the Bronx courthouse. And Donna, needing cash so she can move out of Sky's apartment, sells her most precious asset.

Donna is rushed to the emergency room. Sky embarks on a spiritual journey. The Fat Jewish stops by the shop for a tattoo chosen by his Instagram followers.

Dutchess spends her last days in New York City attempting to make amends with Donna; and Kathie calls on her spirit guides to exact revenge on O'S**t. Later, Sky's past returns to haunt her as she begins a new chapter in her life.

When the Black Ink Crew decides to host a charity art show for local kids, Puma and Dutchess bump heads while planning the event. Ceaser sides with Dutchess, leaving the guys in the shop to question his loyalty and business sense. In the wake of their dinner date, Alex confronts Ted about their romantic future and is devastated by his reaction. Sassy decides to sit down with Alex to try and get the real story behind her relationships with the men of the shop and leaves even more frustrated than she was before. Ceaser questions Dutchess's dual-roles as girlfriend and employee and wonders if both relationships can survive.

Ceaser's mother tries to intervene in his marriage after worrying that Dutchess is manipulating him; and Sky tests out her new body. Later, Donna confronts Max's ex after growing suspicious.

Ceaser meets with Med after Puma closes Ink 124; and Sky has a consultation with her doctor for an upcoming surgery, revealing details about her past.

Dutchess makes a peace offering at the shop, apologizing for her bad behavior over the past few weeks and filling everyone in on her heart condition. Alex confides in her old tattoo artist about her frustrations with the crew at Black Ink. When Ted's alleged child is born and the pictures, in fact, look a lot like Ted, Sassy and Ceaser put the pressure on Ted to get a paternity test. Walt meets up with his new muse, Alex, for a photoshoot, and an angry Cease catches them hanging out at the shop. With his impending court date looming, O'S**t becomes more emotional about the possibility of being locked up and Cease is given an ultimatum by the Family Court judge...come up with the 2K you owe your baby mama by two o'clock or go directly to jail.

O'S**t attempts to bring the mothers of his children together, Sky decides she's ready to have a baby, and Walt hits rock bottom.

Tati freaks over a surprise drug test, Kitty is wary of Ceaser's plan to move up the Brooklyn shop opening, and Rok's ex rolls up on the shop with her side of the story.
