Billie has decided to quit drinking. But getting her to go to her first AA meeting proves difficult for her new friend and neighbor Dave. Coupled with this, her sister-in-law Tish is pregnant! Neither Billie or her mother much care for Tish, who they have dubbed ""Vagina"". When Tish discovers the horrible nickname her new family has given her, it will take some finesse and as much TLC as Billie can handle to ease the hurt feelings. One fall off the wagon later, Billie attends a meeting. She might just be able to get through this after all.
