After Marcus and Lloyd break the news to Dineo that the Walala Statue does, in fact, ‘bring your dreams to life’, our trio travel out to meet with a mysterious sangoma who reveals their fate. In order to survive the statue’s curse, they will have to face a series of treacherous trials. Following which, they must overcome their darkest fear or suffer the dire consequences.

The hope is that the hypnotist can work to reduce their fears and thus diminish what they will have to encounter. Marcus thinks it's a great idea until a shocking discovery about the hypnotist in question.

Having dealt with Lloyd's dead maths teacher, it's now Marcus's turn to face the music. The problem is that he has no way of controlling what he dreams about.
