When Detective Martin arrives at a crime scene where a shooting has taken place, he gets the shock of his life. One of the victims of the shooting is an acquaintance of his. A criminal of the old order, but also a father figure to Martin. Shortly after the murder, someone contacts him. The police find a murdered detective. A special team from outside is assigned to the case.
