When haute couture and new technology collide the end product is, apparently, cyberstreet fashion. This final programme in the series looks into the future to examine what the best-dressed 21st-century whizz-kids will be wearing. Top designers, including Edina Ronay and Jeff Banks, produced a wardrobe of futuristic fashions which were modelled and filmed at a special catwalk show. The garments are designed to allow the gadgetry of this technological age to be worn as fashion accessories. Edina Ronay says of her creation: "It will hold everything the beautiful space chick will need, from communications to her make-up."
