Ewout goes along with 20-year-old Dania who travels to Turkey for a 'Brazilian buttlift' buttock augmentation. Ewout sees that especially young girls undergo beauty procedures under pressure from social media. He also discovers that this can involve great risks and that things can go very wrong.

Ewout participates in the judicial institution of Bonaire, the prison of the Caribbean Netherlands.
