This week on the season finale of Legends of Extreme Sunday April 13, 1997 9PM Eastern the wrestling world was changed forever. ECW presented it's very first Pay Per View extravaganza Barely Legal. For some it was the greatest accomplishment the promotion had known to date. For others it was the beginning of the end of what ECW was and not only changed the professional wrestling world forever but ECW at it's very core.
