Cong Rong arrives back from Australia to start an internship, unbeknownst to her family. Wen ShaoQing is a star at his hospital but is cold and remote until he meets someone from his past.

The girl he's been waiting for for most of his life doesn't even recall who he is - so Wen ShaoQing finds a way to engage her that she cannot refuse. Zhou ChengCheng begins a battle with Wen Rang.

Zhou ChengCheng learns a hard truth, brutally, by way of Wen Rang. Meanwhile, rumors fly about the hospital about Wen Shaoqing and Cong Rong.

Cong Rong takes care of a distraught Zhou Chengcheng, who learns some rough truths about her life and business. Wen Shaoqing rescues Cong Rong after she interferes in a scam against elderly people nearby.

It's evaluation time and the interns meet up to discuss their progress then go to a KTV together but Cong Rong continues to be more of an outsider. She is delighted, though, to learn that Mr Lin has awaken from his coma.

Cong Rong has a new neighbor. Zhou ChengCheng makes predictions about Wen Shaoqing's behavior that, one by one, are realized. Zhou ChengCheng has a friendly chat with Wen Rang.

Wen Rang gives Zhou ChengCheng lessons in shopping at the market. While Wen ShaoQing is away on a trip he asks Cong Rong to take care of his dog.

Cong Rong rescues a dog mistakenly which leads her to confront some of her feelings. Jealousy sets in. Zhou Chengcheng plays a trick on Wen Rang but he returns the favor. Wen Shaoqing enlists Zhou Chengcheng's help.

Dr. Qin stakes a claim and asks a favor which derails Wen Shaoqing's plans to confess his identity. Mother and Auntie visit the hospital unaware that Cong Rong is back in China and working there.

Cong Rong has a date with Chubby but Wen Shaoqing is jealous. Zhou Chengcheng accidentally breaks a relic of Wen Rang's past. There is a reunion under the tree.

A cleaning spree sets Cong Rong's mother off to intervene in her daughter's career choices.

A broken computer lets Cong Rong's mother continue playing matchmaker before dinner with the interns and their boss turns to catastrophe.

Cong Rong compiles the internship presentation for Xiang Jingjing, affected the most by the food poisoning, before concerning herself with her own report. Zhou ChengCheng seeks out the source of the contamination with Wen Rang's help.

On their first day as a couple Cong Rong has to go out of town but gets upset when Wen Shaoqing doesn't answer her messages - until she finds out why. Zhong Zhen is unclear about his boss' new girlfriend. Zhou Chengcheng snoops.

Zhou ChengCheng is determined to win over Wen Rang despite his every resistance and goes to Wen Shaoqing for some information. Both Wen Shaoqing and Cong Rong practice waiting, each for the other.

Zhou Chengcheng seeks help in wooing Wen Rang from an unexpected source - his mother - but the overstep has consequences. Yi Shangguan starts falling for Cong Rong.

Wen Rang is torn about an invitation he received while Cong Rong misses dinner as she worries over the situation of a case she has been told the firm will not take on.

Wen Shaoqing gets sick so Cong Rong tries to take time to help him but an unexpected gift from her boss throws a jealous wrench into their relationship. Jiang Yao, Wen Rang's lost love, returns to reclaim what is hers.

Wen Shaoqing and Cong Rong are still on the outs while simultaneously missing each other tremendously. Zhou Chengcheng avoids seeing Wen Rang by helping at her friend's business but sees Wen Rang and Jiang Yao perform together.

Wen Rang begins to understand his own feelings about the two women better. Cong Rong is offered an incredible opportunity. Wen Shaoqing gets injured when he protects the interns from a patient's upset family.

Wen Shaoqing suddenly finds himself with a lot of times on his hands and nothing that he can do about it. Wen Rang reminisces for a while but eventually makes decisions about Jiang Yao and about Zhou Chengcheng.

Wen Shaoqing is put on suspension and finds dealing with all the downtime especially difficult. He is summoned by his family. Meanwhile, Cong Rong is pressured to return home and bring Wen Shaoqing with her.

Wen Shaoqing is being sued and Cong Rong wants her boss to take the case. Cong Rong is injured and Zhong Zheng scolds Wen Shaoqing for not taking care of her well. Wen Rang confronts his new neighbors over renovation of the doorway.

Cong Rong struggles with limitations from her broken wrist. Wen Shaoqing gladly offers assistance and Chengcheng tries to play cupid. Wen Rang gets jealous and acts rashly.

Cong Rong makes a sacrifice in order to obtain evidence in Wen Shaoqing's case.

An earthquake has struck so Wen Shaoqing and Zhong Zhen are among the volunteers being sent by the hospital. Cong Rong is so worried that she signs up to volunteer herself.

Wen Shaoqing and Cong Rong are reunited. Chinese New Year is approaching and Wen Shaoqing convinces Cong Rong to go home with him.

No wedding would be complete without something going awry.
