YUE assigns LING and MUI to join the church activities so as to investigate ROCK. YUE discovers a special substance that allows the worms to grow rapidly inside one’s body but she couldn’t figure out why CHIU is involved in this. SUN goes to the church alone. A woman suddenly cries for help and SUN discovers that this is LOY. LOY is seriously injured. She finally reveals to SUN that she is actually the girlfriend of ROCK. ROCK requests her to kill CHIU but ROCK is actually carrying out the order of a man who speaks fluent Thai. SUN suspects that this man is LUNG. Meanwhile, somebody attacks him suddenly. YUE goes to the church and brings ROCK back to the police station for further investigation but they couldn’t find anything useful. SUN and YUE go for a drink in a pub. RAY replaces SUN’s water secretly. After drinking the water, SUN feels a strange fever all over his body…

LUNG’s younger sister FUNG calls him and reminds him to come home for dinner because she wants to celebrate for his promotion. On the next day, LUNG joins an alumni gathering where he meets their school beauty ADA again. LUNG enjoys a wonderful time with ADA and he tries to find ways to meet her again. PO accuses LUNG for making his house into a mess during his stay. LUNG promises to claim for compensation from the police for PO. SUN finds the mother of CHING and she has already forgiven him. It takes time to get the compensation from the police and LUNG voluntarily helps PO to renovate the house. He goes to Sai Kung to get some paints with PO and they meet a naughty boy on the street. LUNG gives the naughty boy a lesson but the villager blames him for hurting his son. Luckily, the head of the village comes to mediate between them. YING gradually discovers that LUNG is in fact a good man……

PO wants to stop YING from applying for a design job so he pretends to be ill. However, YING discovers his tricks very soon. YING goes to a job interview with her good friend HA KAU and PO JE. They meet their old schoolmate WASABI and she humiliates them. WASABI gets the job because of her beauty. YING and her friends meet WASABI again in a pub. Coincidentally, LUNG is drinking with ADA in the same pub as well. WASABI finds LUNG really attractive. She makes a bet with YING and promises to give YING ten thousand dollars if she could date LUNG successfully. YING asks LUNG for help and LUNG invites her for a dance. LUNG finds that WASABI is tailing them so he brings YING home. ADA suddenly visits LUNG so LUNG asks YING to hide in his balcony. YING catches a cold after staying in the balcony for hours. LUNG suddenly dates YING and YING misconceives that LUNG wants to declare his love to her……

LUNG asks his subordinate KEUNG to give him some old files for review. He is shocked to discover that there are a lot of unsettled cases. LUNG finds lots of problems in KEUNG’s working style and he decides to make a change. All his subordinates are worried. ADA is harassed by her client. YING is injured while trying to mediate between them. LUNG comes to visit YING on behalf of ADA. He helps to sooth her pain with some medical ointment and YING is feeling sweet. While shopping with ADA, YING meets her aunt CHOR YUK. YUK has been mean to her driver and the driver has resigned angrily. YING asks PO to help and PO comes immediately. PO recommends SUN to be YUK’s driver. SUN feels uncomfortable during the interview so he leaves angrily. However, YUK insists that she wants to hire SUN because he has saved her son. LUNG goes to ADA’s shop to look for her and he finds YING inside……

YUK is threatened by a phone call and she calls the police for help. LUNG arrives to carry out investigation. LUNG meets YUE in the police station and complains to her about the bad working attitude of his subordinates. On the other hand, KEUNG also complains to YUE that his boss is very harsh to him. ADA organizes a charity auction and LUNG comes to support her. YING feels upset about this. ADA reveals to YING that she has considered LUNG as her potential boyfriend but she finally decides to reunite with her ex-boyfriend while LUNG is still a very good friend of her. SUN picks up YUK’s son from school and a group of kidnappers suddenly come. Luckily, LUNG and his subordinates arrive on time to arrest the bad people. The kidnappers tell LUNG that YUK’s husband owes them a large sum of money. LUNG tells YUK about this but YUK doesn’t want to believe in it. PO JE and HA KAU arrange a date to LUNG on behalf of YING……

LUNG introduces a job to YING but YING is shocked to discover that this is an extremely tedious and unimportant job. YUK decides to emigrate to America after paying all the debts for her husband. SUN is unhappy to see her leave. KEUNG overhears LUNG’s conversation with PONG and believes that LUNG wants to fire him. LUNG practices kung-fu with YUE and YUE is very hostile to him because she misconceives that LUNG is working against her father. LUNG finally realizes that KEUNG is YUE’s father and he explains the truth to YUE. YUE realizes that she has misunderstood LUNG and they reconcile with each other. YING discovers that LUNG was in the shopping mall when she dated him but he didn’t show up. She is very angry and blames LUNG for deceiving her. LUNG tries very hard to please her and YING finally agrees to be his good friend. SUN is unemployed since YUK will leave Hong Kong. SUN tries to find a job in the Labour Department……

The ring on HOI’s dead body belongs to a deceased kung-fu master LAI TIT WAN. CHUN CHEUNG had some conflicts with HOI before his death and CHEUNG becomes the main suspect. PO’s photo is published in the newspaper and his neighbors misconceive that he is the murderer. PO has broken LUNG’s watch accidentally and YING helps to repair it. YING tries to deliver the watch to LUNG and she meets his sister FUNG. FUNG is in a hurry and YING voluntarily helps her to tidy up the house. KEUNG finds a lot of information on the murdering case and LUNG is pleased with his improved working attitude. SUN joins LUNG’s team and becomes his subordinate. LUNG finds that YING has been helping FUNG to tidy up the house all the time. He tries to persuade YING to stop it but YING insists that LUNG cannot stop her from loving him. LUNG tells YUE about YING’s unconditional offerings and YUE asks him to consider YING seriously……

The police carry out investigation on CHEUNG but they find nothing. Later, they discover some hair of WAN in the objects they obtained from the murdering site. WAN has died for many years already and some people therefore suspect that HOI was killed by a ghost. YUE has competed with HIM in court while studying in law school but HIM defeated her. LUNG doesn’t want to reject YING directly. When he realizes that YING is suffering from Meniere's disease, he deliberately tells YING that he wants to find a girlfriend who is good at ice-skating. YING therefore starts to learn ice-skating enthusiastically. HA KAU and PO JE accompany YING to learn ice-skating and they find it unbearable. Two famous kung-fu masters WONG KIT CHUEN and HO CHUNG YEE decide to return to America. However, CHUEN is suddenly killed with his tongue missing. PO covers himself up with Taoist magic figures for he is afraid that WAN’s ghost will take revenge on him……

In order to sort out the conflicts between the two kung-fu cliques, SUN asks PO and CHEUNG to openly discuss their problems. He finally discovers that the three kung-fu masters of the CHEUNG’s clique are former affiliates of the LAI’s clique. YEE suddenly disappears. He runs to PO’s home to hide away from the ghost. PO reluctantly agrees to keep him. Unfortunately, YEE is eventually frightened to death by the ghost. A reporter comes to interview PO about the ghost murderer. The interview turns out to be an article against the LAI’s clique. PO holds a memorial ceremony for WAN at night. The “ghost” really appears and LUNG arrests him. The arrested “ghost” is actually CHEUNG but CHEUNG claims that he only want to give a lesson to PO and he didn’t kill anybody……

HO and CINDY are sent to the hospital. HO is in a coma after the serious injury. CINDY is slightly injured and she disappears later. LUNG and the others believe that CINDY is the main suspect. They are afraid that CINDY will run away so they announce to the public that HO is going to die soon. CINDY returns and all the police corner her. CINDY tries to commit suicide but SUN consoles her. CINDY finally gives up killing herself and she reveals her resentment towards the three dead persons. HO recovers and visits CINDY at the prison. He reveals to CINDY that he has forgiven her and he still loves her deeply. YING meets her old schoolmate and learns that ADA is going to get married soon. YING believes that LUNG is depressed about this so she tries to perform magic in front of him to cheer him up. She later realizes that LUNG is actually feeling fine. HIM is attacked by somebody while meeting YUE and YUE rescues him……

SUN visits YUK with PO. YUK’s husband was in debt due to failure in the stock market. He took away all YUK’s money and disappeared. YUK was in great debt. She had no choice but to return to Hong Kong with her son BUN. In order to catch the person who attacked HIM, YUE pretends to be his assistant. PO asks YUK and BUN to stay in his house and he moves out to stay with SUN. He also invites YUK to work in his noodle shop and gives her high salary. TONG KWOK KEUNG is arrested for attacking HIM. HIM helps a building developer to destroy the Wishing Tree where KEUNG used to propose marriage to his deceased wife. KEUNG regards this tree as a very important part of his life and YUE asks HIM to help retaining the tree. HIM laughs at YUE for being softhearted but he later helps to retain the tree successfully. He then asks YUE to treat him a dinner to thank him. YING and LUNG have been dating for one month already……

YUK discloses her salary rate to her colleagues GUM LIN and LOI FAT. They are upset for YUK is earning a double of their salaries. BUN becomes very quiet and inactive after returning to Hong Kong and YUK doesn’t know what is wrong with him. With the help of several good friends, YING and LUNG reunite. BUN beats his classmate in school but he is not ashamed at all. He continues by shouting and beating PO and then runs away from home. With the help of SUN, YUK finally finds BUN. YUK is under huge pressure and she cries at the staircase. SUN consoles her and this reminds him of the sad memory when he parted with his wife and daughter long time ago. While LUNG and his subordinates carry out investigation, KEUNG discovers that YUE is walking with HIM. KEUNG steps forward to question YUE’s relationship with HIM. YUE doesn’t know how to answer him. Their target finally appears. Everybody rush in to arrest him and a gunfight is started……

The old cigarette lighter on SUN’s chest pocket has saved his life. The teams of LUNG and YUE carry out investigation together in order to capture the bandit SONG FU. They finally deduce that the bandit is hiding in Tsim Sha Tsui. SUN recovers and leaves the hospital. Somebody sends him a doll and the doll is exactly the same as the one he gave to his daughter long time ago. He therefore suspects that his daughter has returned to Hong Kong. SUN suddenly has an impulse and he rushes to Tsim Sha Tsui to look for his daughter. LUNG and YUE pretend to be lover to carry out investigation. However, their real identity is exposed and a gunfight is started in Tsim Sha Tsui… LUNG invites YING for dinner. He brings all his colleagues to the restaurant and announces to everybody that YING is his girlfriend. SUN returns home and finds that a girl who looks like his daughter is talking to YUK…

SUN finds his daughter YAN working in a pub. He tries to chat with her but she claims that her name is SHI KA. She doesn’t acknowledge that SUN is her father and she even accuses SUN for sexual harassment. PO tries to please YUK in every ways and YUK is embarrassed. In the evening, PO suddenly proposes marriage to YUK and YUK kicks him out of the house. In the next morning, PO tries to say sorry to YUK but he discovers that LUNG is driving YING home. H realizes that YING has been staying with LUNG for the whole night and he is very angry. While trying to scold YING, PO realizes that YUK and BUN are leaving. YUE captures an offender successfully but the offender is sentenced to be innocent in court because the prosecutor is new and inexperienced. YUE is very upset and HIM persuades her to work as a barrister instead. KA is cornered by a group of people because of cheating. SUN helps her to return the money but KA sneaks away afterwards……

HEI tells YING that he will sue her for infringement act. However, he offers her an option to settle the matter out of the court by buying her design for 10 thousand dollars but this design will be used for another doll. YING insists that this is a tailor-made design especially for WU which cannot be transferred to other dolls so she rejects HEI’s suggestion. YUE’s mother OI LAI wants YUE to give up the job in the police force desperately. She pretends that she is suffering from poor memory and night walking but she hurts herself accidentally. PO discovers that YING is sued by HEI so he tries to ask for HEI’s mercy. However, he carelessly breaks HEI’s electronic toy pet that costs 50 thousand dollars. HEI tells YING that he is fond of WU but the sales performance of this doll is really poor. He invites YING to join his company and help him to boost the sales of WU……

YING calls for a meeting but her subordinates sneak away with different excuses. YING has no choice but to work alone until very late at night. LUNG prepares food for YING and YING is delighted. YING presents her new design but HEI discovers that the materials she chose are not up to safety standard. YING realizes that her subordinates have played tricks on her. KA stays in SUN’s house temporarily to hide away but her creditors find her eventually. KA and BUN try very hard to run away from the creditors and PO appears on time to rescue them. SUN meets with TIN KAU from the triad society to settle KA’s debt and his colleague MAN KIT witnesses this. HEI suggests having WU as their key product in the coming quarter but his half blood brother MAN HONG challenges his idea. An undercover policeman is killed. KAU and the others become the suspects and KIT finds the hiding place of these suspects……

With the help of LUNG, SUN can continue his job but LUNG’s subordinates have conflicting opinions on SUN. SUN finds the hiding place of TIN KAU and a gunfight is started. KIT finally realizes that he has treated SUN unjustly. The team captures the run-away bandit SOR BALL and accuses KAU for murdering with the evidence provided by BALL. HEI visits the sick children on behalf of the company. YING voluntarily organize a birthday party for the children with HEI and her friends. The magazine reports this charity birthday party and HEI’s father SANG is very happy. YUE resigns from the police force and her colleagues arrange a farewell party for her. HIM finds that YUE and LUNG are very close to each other and he is jealous. HIM becomes the prosecutor for TIN KAU’s case and he learns from TAK that BALL used to have mental disease. He also learns that LUNG tries to hide this at the court……

LUNG is forced to take leaves. SUN and YUE help him to carry out investigation at his home. They discover a madman at the crime scene. SUN pretends to be a famous monk in order to look for some hints from the madman… KA renews her passport. She is actually a good friend of YAN who grew up with her. KA returns home. SUN, YUK and the others organize a birthday party for her and KA is deeply touched. LUNG meets HEI when picking up YING after work. They realize that they are former schoolmates and they set a date to play tennis together. HEI doesn’t want others to hinder the production of WU so he plays trick to shift YING’s team to his direct supervision. KA meets his father NGAI CHING and she deliberately ruins his relationship with his new girlfriend. CHING is enraged and beats her. KA and her mother have been tortured by CHING all the time. As a result, KA hopes to find fatherhood from SUN. PO finally agrees to meet LUNG……

LUNG wants to concentrate on his career at this stage and he has no plan on marriage yet. YING appears to be supportive towards LUNG’s decision but she is actually upset for LUNG has never thought about their future. The buyer in Singapore appreciates WU’s design very much. HEI passes the compliments to YING which makes everybody jealous. BUN is being capricious all the time and SUN deliberately shows him how hard his mother is working. BUN finally realizes that YUK is having a hard time in earning money and he decides to be a better boy. A number of WU dolls are torn and bloodied in different locations of the city and these horrible cases are reported in various magazines. YING moves back to PO’s house again. PO is overjoyed but he is also worried about YING’s relationship with LUNG. HIM finds that YUE and LUNG act intimately and he is jealous. He tries hard to please YUE’s family members and asks YUE not to meet LUNG so often……

SUN misconceives that YING is pregnant and he tells LUNG about this. YUK discovers that YING is actually not pregnant but YING asks her not to disclose this to LUNG. LUNG proposes marriage to YING. However, when he discovers that YING is not pregnant, he immediately wants to cancel the marriage plan. YING is enraged and decides to separate with LUNG. YUE finds that HIM is willing to do anything for fame and compliments. She openly announces that she has no longer has any relationship with HIM and HIM is very angry. NGAI CHING tells KA that he needs 30 thousand dollars to run away. He threatens that if KA refuses to give him the money, he will disclose his relationship with her to SUN. HEI and YING go to Singapore to sell WU to a local distributor. The partner of this distributor is very interested in WU and they get the business deal successfully. HEI celebrates with YING and YING tells HEI that she has separated with LUNG……

After investigation, they believe that this dead person was killed by somebody. Due to heavy storm, HEI and YING have to extend their stay in Singapore. LUNG wants to find YING in Singapore but his leave application is not approved for he has an important case on hand. SUN discovers that KA is not his daughter. CHING is cornered by his enemies while trying to find KA. SUN rescues him. CHING’s enemies capture KA. CHING informs SUN and SUN comes to rescue KA all by himself… After the incident, SUN reveals to KA that he has forgiven her and he will treat her as his real daughter forever. The real identity of the human skeleton is revealed. LUNG discovers that HEI also know this dead person. LUNG meets YING after meeting HEI but they are both speechless.

The dead person is KWAN TIK ON. The police discover that ON has been living in HEI’s villa before his death. HEI claims that ON is just his ordinary friend. HEI reveals to YING about his past secret love affairs and asks YING to keep this secret for him. YUE goes to LUNG’s place to watch soccer match. They complain to each other about all the rumors on their relationship. SUN finds that YUK’s arm is hurt after working as a messenger for a period of time. He introduces a job at the police canteen to YUK. YUK’s colleague accuses her for stealing a diamond ring but YUK reveals that she didn’t do it. SUN voluntarily assist YUK to find the ring. LUNG asks YING to put HEI on her guard and they start a quarrel with each other about this. HEI asks YING to play tennis with him. He is worried that YING will not accept him after knowing his secret but YING arrives and assures him that they are still friends……

Somebody tries to blackmail HEI with a pack of old photos. YING finds HEI very emotional and asks him why. HEI reveals the truth to YING and YING asks him to report the case to the police. HEI replies that he doesn’t want his father to know his secret and he will try to settle the matter on his own. LUNG finds that ON has a relative in Hong Kong. This person’s name is KWAN CHI TAT and he works in HIM’s law firm. TAK and the others question TAT but TAT claims that he doesn’t see ON very often. TAT is actually the person who blackmails HEI… SANG finds the photos of HEI and YING in the magazine. He invites YING to dinner at his house and he is very satisfied with her. HEI pays TAT a huge sum of money for the old photos. He then asks YING to start a relationship with him. LUNG tries to carry out investigation on TAT but TAT suddenly dies from an overdose……

YUE accompanies LUNG to drink in the pub and she is sad to see him down. APRIL openly accuses YING for copying her design at the office and HEI scolds APRIL angrily. YUK and BUN sign up for a TV family show. They invite SUN and KA to join them as their family members but SUN tries to hide away by telling them that he has to work on that day. SUN carries out investigation on an injury case and he suddenly realizes that life is short and he better cherish the people around him. He therefore runs back to the TV station to join YUK and the others for the TV show. SUN declares his love to YUK and YUK accepts him happily. The police discover that TAT has suddenly obtained a lot of money before his death and they suspects that somebody had murdered TAT. LUNG questions HEI but HEI claims that he was dining with YING on the evening when TAT was killed. LUNG questions YING about the case and YING quarrels with him for HEI.

HEI sends YING the concert ticket that she has been longing for and she is deeply touched. Somebody forces PO to buy some Chinese medicine and LUNG steps in to help him. He then carries the injured PO all the way back to home. YUK doesn’t want BUN to know her new love relationship with SUN so they date secretly. However, KA accidentally discovers their relationship. BUN finds that his father has published an ad in the newspaper to look for them. He runs away secretly to meet his father… FUNG discovers 2 concert tickets at LUNG’s place. LUNG has ordered them for YING before they broke up. LUNG sends YING the concert tickets and YING is overjoyed. She finally realizes that LUNG is the one she truly loves. HEI feels that YING’s mind has changed and he tries sending expensive gifts to PO to please him. YING returns the concert ticket to HEI. HEI pretends to be easy going but he is actually enraged and he tears the tickets into pieces.

YING calls LUNG to tell him that she will watch the concert with him and LUNG is overjoyed. HEI finds that HONG is taking away the company’s money for private use and he forces him to return all the money in the coming shareholders’ meeting. HEI doesn’t want YING to meet LUNG so he asks her to work overtime on the concert day. The police continue to find new evidence which shows that TAT was murdered. LUNG asks YING out and YING is overjoyed. She prepares a Sorry Card to him but LUNG is very cold to her. YING wants to reunite with LUNG but she receives HEI’s phone call just when she’s about to declare her love to LUNG. YING asks LUNG to go and meet HEI with her but LUNG is too jealous to accept her invitation. YING discovers some important evidence of the murder case in HEI’s house. She tries to call LUNG but she is not able to reach him. HEI wants YING to stay with him but YING rejects him……

YING is died and LUNG blames himself for not accompanying YING to HEI's home. He believes that HEI is involved in YING's death. LUNG secretly carries out investigation at HEI's villa and HEI makes a complaint on him. YUE is shocked to discover that HIM is dating with her younger sister CHUI. YUE passes TAT's personal documents to LUNG secretly. They discover a secret internet account of TAT and learn about his under table deal with HEI. PO tells LUNG that his beloved dog is missing. They search through different places and finally find it in the park where YING used to go regularly. Both of them miss YING very much. YUE accompanies LUNG to carry out investigation at place where YING was drowned and discovers that somebody saw HEI's brother HONG passing by the place on that day. SANG discovers that the company's money is missing and HEI helps HONG to cover it up. HONG continues to ask for more from HEI and HEI is enraged……

HEI is arrested for murdering YING. YUE’s mentor FU KWOK CHU becomes the prosecutor and he assigns YUE to work with LUNG on the case. They believe that one witness is not enough to win the case. HIM bails HEI out successfully and he assures HEI that they will win the case. LUNG continues to carry out investigation and he eventually discovers that a Thai ecologist has taken video of the harbour area on the date of murder. LUNG tries to seek help from his Thai friends to search for the ecologist. During the hearing, HIM helps HEI to overturn all the evidence by saying that LUNG has taken advantage of his rank in the police force to accuse HEI for murdering YING just because he is jealous. In order to rescue HEI, SANG asks HONG to come home and takes video of him which proves to everyone that HONG is blackmailing him. This makes HONG’s words untrustworthy……

CHU announces that he has got new evidence for the case and HIM is startled. TAK learns from YUE that LUNG cannot touch the videotapes since he has close relationship with YING. LUNG wants TAK to give false evidence in the court so that they could continue to use the videotapes as an evidence for the case. CHUI overhears their conversation and she seeks help from HIM. HEI is shocked to realize that his action was videotaped and he tries to commit suicide. TAK tells SUN that LUNG wants him to make false evidence in the court. SUN informs YUE about this and YUE successfully helps to prevent CHU from showing the videotapes in the court. HEI is sentenced to be innocent due to insufficient evidence. YUK and BUN go cycling together. SUN tries to take leave to join them secretly but he realizes that CHUNG is accompanying them already. SUN therefore goes away silently……

LUNG publishes some intimate photos of HEI and his ex-boyfriend on the Internet. SANG questions HEI about this. HEI takes the advice of HIM and lies to SANG that these are only fake photos modified by the computer software. SUN asks LUNG to stop doing nasty things but LUNG doesn’t listen to him. LUNG plays tricks to steal HEI’s murdering video from YUE’s office. LUNG dubs the murdering video to a DVD and tries to hand it over to the press but SUN stops him on time. LUNG changes his mind and delivers the video to SANG. SANG is shocked after watching the video. He starts a quarrel with HEI and gets a heart attack suddenly. HEI is enraged and he rushes to LUNG to take revenge but SUN stops him on time. LUNG’s sister FUNG receives a strange threatening birthday cake. Later, her son disappears. LUNG carries out investigation on HEI. HEI deliberately hurts himself and accuses LUNG for harming him……

Somebody kidnaps HEI. While visiting SANG in the hospital, HEI’s mother WING MUI suddenly receives a phone call from the kidnappers and they request her to pay 20 million dollars. MUI is startled and doesn’t know what to do. HONG suggests that they should settle the matter by themselves. They consult HIM for reallocating their capital and HIM strongly suggests them to call the police. HONG is actually the organizer behind the scene. He secretly asks the kidnappers to kill HEI. However, HEI grasps HONG as a hostage and tries to run away. LUNG discovers some hints from the kidnapper’s phone call and rushes to their hiding place. Upon arrival, he finds that HEI and HONG are fighting with each other… The police arrive at the scene to discover that HEI is died while LUNG has lost his consciousness. HONG has run away. Everybody is happy for HEI’s death but LUNG remains silent about this all the way……

CHUNG’s operation is successful. YUK reveals to him that she actually loves SUN but they don’t know how to explain this to BUN. Surprisingly, BUN is very open-minded and he accepts their relationship happily. PO tells LUNG that he will move to China and LUNG is sad about it. LUNG asks PO to treat him as his son and PO is deeply touched. SUN suddenly gets an impulse that he will be killed by a gunshot. SUN therefore tries to stay away from YUK in order to prevent her from getting hurt again. CHUI reveals to LUNG that her sister YUE actually loves him whole-heartedly. LUNG thinks through his relationship with YUE and finally rejects her by leaving a voice message to her. LUNG tries really hard to look for HONG. He even beats his informer for this and everybody finds him strange. LUNG learns that HONG is going to escape by boat and he rushes to the site to kill him but HONG eventually escapes. SUN meets HONG at HEI’s grave unexpectedly……

SANG meets HIM and he expresses that HEI’s death is suspicious. HIM agrees with him. SANG gives HIM 5 million dollars and asks him to carry out investigation. SUN brings CHUNG to YUK’s birthday party and YUK doesn’t understand his intentions at all. YUE is pregnant and she wants to tell LUNG about this. However, LUNG tries to keep a distance from her all the time and YUE finally gives up the idea. LUNG discovers HONG’s hiding place. He rushes to the site to kill him and he is shocked to find SUN and YUE there. SUN doesn’t want LUNG to kill HONG so he deliberately makes a complaint on LUNG to his boss CHUNG. CHUNG decides to stop LUNG from continuing investigation on HONG’s case. SUN continues to keep a distance from YUK. He even tries to match YUK up with CHUNG again. YUK finds it unbearable and proposes a separation with SUN. SUN finally reveals to YUK about his impulse and he doesn’t want YUK to get hurt. They hug each other and cry.

CHUNG asks SUN to keep a watchful eye on LUNG and SUN feels uneasy. HIM brings SANG to HONG’s hiding place. HONG cries in front of SANG and pleads for his help. SANG is softhearted and agrees to help him running away. LUNG doesn’t listen to his boss and he chases after HONG with his subordinates. SUN arrives at the scene to stop him and they fight with each other. Somebody rescues HONG while he is trying to run away from LUNG. LUNG learns that YUE knows the whereabouts of HONG and he forces her to reveal the truth to him. YUE insists to keep the secret and LUNG pushes her down from the staircases. YUE is sent to the hospital. SUN and TAK finally understand YUE’s difficulty. SUN asks YUE to reveal the hiding location of HONG and he rushes to the place. LUNG follows him. SUN couldn’t find HONG in his hiding place. Later, he discovers that LUNG is holding a gun towards HONG. SUN has no choice but to take out his gun and steps forward…
