YING hurries to the shipping company to check. However, YING cannot speak English and cannot check about KWOK`s status. YING is very anxious. YIN passes by. YIN initiates to help YING and cancels his Macau appointment. KWOK is all right. YING is glad. LAN is very angry at the cancellation of the Macau trip. KIN suspects YING who is bothered by some spirit. They ask YING the truth. SIN appears. All are scared to death.

SIN scares them terribly. YIN asks the staff to choose some good foreign movies. LAI again teases YIN. SIN explains why she felt guilty to YIN. Twenty years ago, SIN instigated the eight years old YIN to steal three thousand dollars from CHAI in order to help her boyfriend, BO. However, BO fled to Macau soon after he got the money. SIN tried to trace him but was drowned in the sea instead. SIN is determined to find BO before she would start her next life. All are not scared at SIN anymore after listening to her story. YING is glad to know that KWOK will return soon. YING sees the preview. YIN buys foreign films according to YING`s response. LAN is very dissatisfied.

YIN concerns a lot about YING. LAN is jealous and always finds fault at YING. SIN knows that LAN always humbugs YING, she thus plays trick on LAN. YIN is very angry. He worries that this incident would spoil Tung Sing Cinema`s reputation. YING accompanies YIN to the beach. YIN starts to develop special feelings towards YING.

LAN strongly believes that she was bothered by spirit. Hence, she dares not return to the cinema. YIN suspects the spirit is his mother. MUI asks a Taoist to drive the spirit away. CHAI scolds MUI angrily. YING brings CHAI and YIN to see SIN. CHAI is very disappointed that it is not his wife. SIN lies to CHAI that his wife has already started a new life. MUI and LAI are secret lovers. MUI is very dissatisfied with CHAI who had scolded her. The typhoon signal is hoisted. YING is sick. She still goes to the Telegraph Office to answer KWOK`s call. MUI and CHAI find that the contract terms are not fair. In order to help YIN, SIN again incarnates into LAN`s body and bargains with MARGARET. YIN insists to sign the contract and guarantees that he would resign if the outcome is not good. In order to help YING, YIN finds an inexpensive office for KWOK. However, KWOK does not thank YIN at all. KWOK meets the girl, KWAN. KWOK has kept her photo in his wallet. In order to win KWAN`s favour, KWOK claims that he is a businessman. The new film attracts a lot of attention and there is long queue in the cinema. It seems that YIN is very successful……

There is a fire in the cinema warehouse. Two reels of the new film are burnt. SIN devises to help but is in vain. There are too many audiences. It is out of control. Fortunately, MARGARET got two copies in time. KWOK rents an office in Central despite the fact that he does not have enough money. The landlord breaks his promise and rents to another tenant. SIN sees that YING is very upset. She thus goes to the office to scare the potential tenant away. KWAN buys KWOK a gold watch. The relation between KWAN and KWOK improves. KWOK treats YING coldly. SIN thinks that YIN and MARGARET are dating. SIN changes YIN`s gift to a white jade bracelet. White jade bracelet means love. MAGARET is glad. YIN knows that it is SIN`s deed. YIN immediately explains to MARGARET. MARGARET is very disappointed.

MARGARET knows that YIN has no affections for her. She decides to return to Singapore. SIN discovers that KWOK has bought a wedding ring. KWOK even tells CHEONG that he would move out soon. SIN is angry to see KWOK humbug YING, she incarnates into KAO`s body to beat KWOK. KWAN`s father is in great debt. KWAN seduces both KWOK and TAK to make them help her father. KWOK borrows money from the bank so as to help KWAN. However, KWAN follows an old man over fifty at the end.

Both TAK and KWOK are sufferers and pity each other. Both regard YIN as their enemy. They join together to smuggle illegal drugs so as to make big money. KWOK buys a luxurious flat. He shows off by giving everybody money. He even treats YING badly. YING is heart-broken. KAO and LUNG move to KWOK`s new flat. YING misses them. YIN admits that he is very fond of YING. He even expresses his love to YING. YING is so embarrassed that she resigns. YIN discovers that TAK is smuggling illegal drugs. CHAI throws away all illegal goods angrily. TAK shouts at CHAI. CHAI is so irritated that he faints.

CHAI drives TAK away. YING has set up a flower shop. KIN and SUK always go there to console YING. In fact, KIN takes the chance to get close to SUK. YING encourages KIN to charm SUK. KIN eventually wins SUK`s heart. TAK and KWOK borrow money from HUNG to buy goods. Unfortunately, their goods were discovered by the police and were confiscated. YIN goes to U.S. for a business trip. MUI takes the chance to seize CHING`s wealth. KWOK has no alternatives. He needs to work at the gum plant in Borneo. He goes back to YING`s place to get his gold bracelet. However, the bracelet was put up in pawn. KWOK goes mad. SIN scares him away. KAO tells KWOK SIN`s story. KWOK finds out that the gum plant owner is BO, who SIN dreams to see. KWOK, TAK and MUI threaten SIN to help them with BO`s trace as exchange. They eventually seize Tung Sing Cinema and CHAI`s other properties. MUI gives part of her shares to LAI. KWOK asks a Taoist to lock SIN in a wind-bell. YIN comes back home and knows about MUI`s bad deeds. He leaves home together with CHAI. YIN hurts LAI unintentionally. MUI sues YIN. KWOK knows about MUI and LAI`s subtle relations.

SIN has disappeared. YING worries a lot for her. YIN is being detained. YING takes care of CHAI. KWOK gets evidence regarding MUI and LAI`s secret relations. He tells TAK the case. TAK scolds them. KWOK takes the chance to instigate TAK to seize the authority. KWOK then devises to buy LAI`s share and become the biggest shareholder. KWOK eventually seized Tung Sing Cinema. MUI and TAK eventually awake. YIN is released. He swears to get back Tung Sing Cinema. CHAI persuades YING and YIN to become friends. YING agrees. KWOK is determined to ruin YIN`s future by all means, including losing money. He even dismantles the Tung Sing Cinema signboard. CHAI is so irritated that he faints. BO suddenly appears in Tung Sing Cinema.

SUK takes BO to see CHAI. They suspect that SIN`s disappearance is related to KWOK. MARGARET proposes a plan in movie co-production. KWOK wins the contract with very unfavourable terms. YIN is very upset. YING consoles YIN. KWOK orders the Taoist to exterminate SIN. LUNG mistakenly takes the wind-bell away. LUNG finds out that SIN is being locked in the wind-bell. YING asks Aunt ERH KU to save SIN. SIN is happy to see BO again. SIN swears to take revenge. She scares the audience in the Tung Sing Cinema. The box office of Tung Sing is very bad. KWOK sells the cinema. With BO`s help, CHAI gets back Tung Sing Cinema. YIN shows ghost films and the box office becomes very good. TAK is so depressed that he crashes his car. TAK is sent to the hospital. CHAI and YIN worry a lot for TAK.

TAK repends and changes himself. LAN is going to get married soon. CHAI and YIN are happy for both TAK and LAN. KWOK is jealous of YIN who manages the cinema well. KWOK attempts to set fire to the cinema. Fortunately, SIN stops him and makes him burn his own cotton mill instead. YIN knows that he must move on and decides to work in Singapore. MARGARET advises YING to treasure YIN. YING enlightens. KWOK strongly believes that it was YIN who ordered SIN to burn his property. KWOK hates YIN deeply and beats YIN to death. KWOK is sentenced to life imprisonment. LAI cheats MUI all her money. YIN’s death breaks YING`s heart. YING asks SIN to help so that she could tell YIN that she also loves him.
